Only minor complaint would be that there were just three very small pillows for a king bed. Breakfast was just coffee, yogurts, cereal, but we rarely eat hotel breakfast anyway. Great service

- John (10/5): Comfortable and Clean - but more for business - The hotel itself is fairly basic, but the staff were wonderful and the room was clean and spacious. The only drawback during our stay was that there was no breakfast because they were in a transition period. This hotel is probably a better fit for business travelers rather than families with kids, but it is comfortable and safe regardless. We stayed in Cotulla to be close for the 2024 total eclipse, and I had to do a class presentation midday Sunday. I was able to get an early check-in to do this, and I greatly appreciated that! Very friendly and helpful staff.

- Yanira (10/5): Great service/rooms. - The front desk offered me the room closet to the entrance. I was grateful for this as i was exhausted after getting off a 12 hour shift. The room was very clean, bed tightly made and fresh towels. Bigger size (mini) fridge in room than most hotels, convenient for those with longer stays. Price per night was one of the better prices in town. I will definitely be back.
- Doug (10/5): Clean you boots - Truly a great experience. The hotel was very clean, had some unique features including an industrial sink, obviously catering to the oil field workers. Very quiet and convenient to the area. The front door had a sign that asked you to wash your boots off before entering. Only in Texas....love it.

We have stayed twice and both rooms were great. The bed is a bit firm for my husband but didnt bother me. The owers and staff are the friendliest. This place looks brand new and feels brand new. They really take care of it. Both of our rooms had a larger fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, 2 burner top stove, and an extra kitchen sink in the bathroom. Seriouslu live this place!! Totally worth it and the place is excellent.

I needed a hotel due to an all day power outage in town. Glad I decided to stay here. I will stay here again if I need a local hotel.

- danielhF4284YU (10/5): Very friendly staff - Stayed there 9 days for work. The rooms were as I expected, but the staff was extremely friendly. They were nice enough to give me their last roll of quarters for my laundry. There was one day when they forgot to clean the room, but I wouldn't mind staying here again.

We did not have a vehicle and needed to go somewhere and they took us. Anything we need they made sure to get it for us. We will be staying at this location next time we are here for sure. - ChristinaBNguyen (10/5): Awesome staff and clean hotel - My husband and I went to visit some family friends in Cotulla, and this was a great experience. From check in to check out, the staff took great strides to make sure we were treated well. At the end of our stay, my husband accidentally left his credit card in the room, and we didn’t realize it until Ms. Patel called from the hotel. She let us know she had the card, and she made sure of the address where she could send it. It came in the mail promptly after we got home. Amazing service and cleanliness!!! Would definitely stay there again!

- 439himeshp (10/5): Great Service, Clean Rooms for a Great Price - Picture this, you have an unexpected mission to drill and collect all of the oil in the southwest Texas region. You gather all your tools and prepare for your expedition when suddenly, you are left with a very difficult dilemma; you need a place to stay. Now there are over 25 different hotels in Cotulla, TX despite the randomness of the town, the question is where do I go to get the biggest bang for my buck? The answer is SureStay Hotel. My visit included a very friendly family leading the management who work hard to provide a well put together breakfast. Rooms were spotless and odorless and comparable to the name brand competitors such as the Marriott's and Hilton's. Quiet at night, and had no interruptions. Considering myself as an adequate Hotel and travel connoisseur, SureStay Hotel is a whopping 10/10 and completed, nay, EXCEEDED all of my expectations for my adventurous visit to Cotula, TX.

- letaurus (10/5): Great location - Rooms were cleaned on time and the breakfast was filling. Close to the interstate so easy access to the high way and all the local truck stops. Also has a small gym to stay in shape. I would stay here again in the future.
