- Luis enrique (6/5): Needs to be cleaned - Food is ok but cooker took a long time to refill It’s very dirty as soon as you renter there’s shoes outside the rooms , floors are very dirty and you can smell dirt In the shower the curtain smelled so bad like it was left wet inside the washer for days Used sheets at the sofa bed but I went down for clean ones Food is ok I will keep staying at hamptons next time

- Nickolate (7/5): Not bad and probably stay there again - The lighting in room was so nice. It had plenty of lighting,some lights dimming so can use to get up in night without tripping. The room clean and nice . We loved the freezer , used it to freeze water bottles for our things in our sm cooler for rest of trip. The toilet not flushing very well at all! I told the front desk when checking out , he was very glad we let him know. I have no doubt it will be fixed. The breakfast wasn’t much at all. If want breakfast you will have to go somewhere else. That isn’t convenient at all! Another concern the place smelled like mildew, don’t know if it was from the pool or a prior leak or something.

- William (8/5): We arrived fairly late in the evening and the staff was still very hospitable and kind, they provided an excellent break - It was near most attractions on Main Street Roswell. The walk in shower was broke, but it did have a bathtub to use at least.

- vanya (8/5): the man behind desk did not fis 110 volt outlet with no cover - room was alright had to wiggle wire on back of tv to get it to work by the sofa sleeper there was a 110 outlet with no cover which is stupid because i told man at front desk and he failed to do anything about it and we had a 4 yr old child in room and worried the whole time this could of been major law suit swimming pool was very cold and the room very very hot hard on kids getting out the cold pool and hitting 90-100 degrees room

- Albert (6/5): - This hotel is a little dated. Rooms could use new linens and curtains and a thorough deep cleaning. The drain was plugged on the shower along with hair from previous guests. There was also a stain on one of the comforters. The breakfast was ok, very simple. The kids did enjoy the pool and the front desk staff was friendly and attentive. Its a decent place for 1 night.

When we arrived to the room, the toilet was clogged. The front desk gave my teen a plunger wrapped in a plastic bag. This is what leads me to leave this review. What makes anyone think this is an appropriate reponse? The lady at the counter couldn’t have cared any less.

- Aaron (8/5): - The air conditioner in my room was very noisy but I can sleep through almost anything. I would suggest adding some Tesla destination chargers for costumers with electric cars due to the lack of charging in Roswell.

The mattress wrap had a lot of nasty stains but the linen was clean. Bathroom looked dingy and dirty. The elevator was broken and the place had a weird smell. I hate leaving bad reviews but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Pillows smelled like sweat. The kitchen attendant was very sick she was coughing all over the kitchen tables were filthy. Just overall dirty.
