We are early risers and would have liked to start the day with a sauna, Checkout was also later than we would have liked given that we left a cash deposit

• J (8/5): Great location, great value for money & a wonderful place to enjoy with family. - I love all the activities you can do and enjoy during your stay. The park is always clean & the staff are lovely. I have been visiting this park forc15 years now multiple times per year ! definitely our go too! ahhh I hate to give a bad review on this park but the pillows were uncomfortable 😩 il pack our own next time other then that everything was perfect.

Overall completely misrepresentation from promotional material. Now that you have prompted me perhaps you would like to reach out and we can discuss a form of compensation for disappointing my wife and 2 children on their weekend away?
