• Bashar (9/5): Beautiful, relaxing stay in a great location, we thoroughly enjoyed it. - Beautiful, private villa with a very relaxing atmosphere, perfect for switching off. The pool and outdoor space were a highlight, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Great location in Canggu with easy access to cafes and beaches. A few minor maintenance details could be improved, and the Wi-Fi was a bit inconsistent at times. Restaurant service was occasionally slow, and communication could be a little challenging as some staff had limited English. Traffic around Canggu can also get quite busy, which sometimes made getting around slower than expected.

The atmosphere is very peaceful as the Villa is far away from the main road. Overall we had an awesome experience as a family with 2 teenagers. Personal butler service is great too. The in-villa spa is also great. Nothing.

• Fadzrina (9/5): Good stay! - Location is good for the family. Busy enough with pretty nooks but not as busy as other trendy hotspots . The villa is spacious for us with butler requests are done via WhatsApp.
• Muhammad (10/5): Santai = relax, unwind; this is what we expect and they delivered - Friendly and accommodating staffs, always checking in if everything was fine, and housekeeping checks in twice daily to ensure cleanliness and comfort. We did not opt for breakfast as the portion is too large for kids, hence a kid friendly menu would be great.

• Fawaz (7/5): Good choice for family with kids and excellent pool - Staff are very helpful and kind, breakfast is awesome and you can eat it anytime in the room itself, swimming pool is very large and there was floating mats for children and adults in the pool , toilet and shower and jacuzzi plunger are outdoor ( full privacy) which was a good experience , location is very good ( grocery store around 24/7 , some coffee shops and restaurants are very near can go by walking) Cleaning of the bed sheet and some sofas not that much ( need more cleaning) , doors of the bedrooms need maintenance , doors of the bedrooms need door netting to protect from bugs and the doors. Swimming pool needs more cleaning and water heater ( water is too cold )

• Ola (10/5): Great place to stay - What a great place. First of all the staff, very nice, very professional and responsive. The villas are big, with a comfy bed and with a nice big pool to use. The breakfast has a lot of very tasteful options and can be delivered every morning to your villa. Massage at the villa was also great. There is a number of nice restaurants in the area within walking distance. The only issue was the Wifi, it was slow and need improving.

• Young (9/5): Superb - Friendly staff. Air conditioners to keep the room comfortable in humid weather. Spacious and well equipped bedrooms, toilets and open showers were a nice change of pace. Breakfast was visually stunning, healthy and varied, arrived on time and was prepared to the best of my ability with no inconvenience for late orders. The marble tiles around the pool were very slippery and dangerous when wet. In fact, two of my family members slipped and fell, but luckily they were not seriously injured. After the fall, I laid a towel on the floor to prevent the children from having a serious accident when playing in the water. I think it would have been much safer if the flooring around the pool was made of non-slippery material. The breakfast was visually appealing and very varied, but the flavours were boring to repeat a week in a row. The fridge door in the kitchen needed to be closed tightly or it would stay slightly open, causing food in the fridge to spoil the next day.

Can't wait to head there again. - Wonderful breakfast in the suite living room every morning, the resort staff were super friendly and helpful, the villa was spectacular, slightly well used, but overall well maintained. Our 2 bedroom villa is big, the rooms are super comfortable and well appointed. There's enough space and walls between villas so you can hardly hear your neighbours. Location is great, away from the main streets and areas of Canggu, but near enough so you can get there easily by a Grab taxi. The only minor complaint is that the overall lighting is rather dim, especially in the shower and toilet areas. Otherwise this is a wonderfully relaxing oasis in the middle of up and coming Canggu.

• Catharine (8/5): - The staff are lovely, really accommodating and will help in any way they can. It is a beautiful set up, although could do with a bit of renovation. The outdoor bath is a lovely idea but we didn’t use it because it was too old and dirty. The area is very busy and like most busy areas in Bali, pretty dirty and noisy. This hotel is particularly noisy on a Saturday night when we got no sleep at all. The overall though is if you want a decent hotel with amazing staff and this is the area you want to be in, it is great.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Heavenly Villas, Improvement on Maintenance - Booked 2 villas (1 3 bedroom and 1 2 bedroom) for 11 of us. Overall, we had a wonderful time. The whole property wasn't too big so everything seems very private. Straight from the welcome, breakfast servings, and housekeeping, the staff were very helpful and polite. The villas were heavenly. The pool, the spacious rooms, the layout of the living rooms. The 3 bedrooms villa had an open living room which was just nice during sunny days like what we had, but I would think that it would be disastrous during the rainy season. The 2 bedrooms villa had a closed living room which was much more ideal for me. There were few things I wasn't a fan of. For instance, there was very minimal number of sockets in the rooms. By this I mean the sockets are used for portable lights in the room, and if those lights are plugged out, the room would be quite dark at night. Also, the "open" bathroom does give a nice feel to it, but sometimes this also mean that the bathroom is prone to bugs coming in. The shower door couldn't close in my room and it was so hard to adjust the shower to get warm water. One unfortunate experience is that we saw a rat in one of the 2 bedroom villa rooms during one of the nights. We were ok because no one was particularly scared of rats, so we chased it off. But I would say this requires more attention from the management to improve maintenance of the property. Overall, had a wonderful stay, and I would come back again when going to Bali in a big group.

• Ayano (10/5): 夢のような1週間☆ - 1週間3ベッドルームに滞在しました。プールもとても大きく、ミニキッチンやダイニング、アウトドアリビングもあって、とても快適に過ごせました。 ホテルのスタッフの方々もとても親切で、いつも笑顔で対応していただきました。 出かける際にはホテルの車を片道目的地まで手配していただいたのも助かりました。 キッズアクティビティも毎日16時から日替わりで開催されていて、前日に予約をすれば無料で参加できます。 我が家はブレスレット作りとバリニーズダンスに参加しましたが、子供達もとても楽しかったようです。 コンビニやスーパーが近所にないので、お酒やちょっとしたお菓子などの買い物をしたい時に不便さを感じましたが、街に出た時にスーパーで買い出しをしておくといいと思います。 ホテルのレストランがとても美味しいので、毎日朝ゴハンが楽しみでした。 ルームサービスをお願いした際も素早く対応していただき、助かりました。 総合的にとてもいいホテルだと思います。 のんびりとした滞在をしたい方には是非オススメしたいです。

• Verified traveler (10/5): - バリに行くなら、プールがあってとにかく広くて、高額すぎないヴィラに泊まりたいと思い、いろいろ探して見つけたのがザサンタイでした。今回はセントレジス、ベルモンドにも宿泊したのですが、ザサンタイでの宿泊が唯一無二の最高の体験ができました。 小さい子供が居たのですが、プール遊びのおもちゃも充実しています。 食事はレストランがありますが、全てヴィラに持ってきてもらう事ができ、美味しいうえに比較的安価です。 ホテルのフロントが近いので、英語が苦手でもすぐフロントまでいって、直接リクエストができました。 少し不便な点をあげるとすると、専任の日本人スタッフは居ません。ですが日本語が通じるスタッフが居ますので、なんとかなります。あとは繁華街から少し離れているので、ホテルから車を手配してもらわないといけません。またホテルの前の道路は道が狭く、歩いたり、自転車で出かけれるような場所ではないです。 ですがヴィラの中で全てが完結できます。スパもBBQもヴィラで出来ましたし、BBQは最高でした。 子連れの家族には特に最高かもしれません。 とにかくこの価格でこんな体験が出来るホテルは他にはないのでしょうか。最高でした。

• Verified traveler (10/5): ザ サンタイ快適でした - 今回は2ファミリー+独身の7人で、3泊の滞在でした。プールで遊ぶ子供たちを見ながら、のんびりゆっくり過ごすには最適です。 ただ、ハイシーズンということもありホテルからウブドなどで買い物を楽しんだり、観光地やレストランへの移動は渋滞に巻き込まれぐったりしました。

• Pak Cheung (8/5): 環境舒服，員工非常有禮，可以好好享受假期的酒店。 - 酒店服務員非常好，非常有禮及樂於助人。 房間枕頭不舒適。 附近沒有什麼好玩的東西，但留在酒店內游泳已感到不錯，可好好休息，享受假期。
• Verified traveler (10/5): - 子供二人の4人家族での滞在でしたが、ヴィラのファシリティ、メンテナンス、スタッフ全員のホスピタリティのいずれも素晴らしく、快適に過ごすことができました。 ヴィラの立地自体は繁華街からも離れており、地の利はよくはありませんが、セミニャックエリアへはヴィラの車を無料で手配していただけますし、帰りについては、タクシー代も50Kから70Kルピアでさほど高くないため、特に不便さはありませんでした。 自室にプライベートプールがあるというのは子供たちにとっても格別であったようです。大人も自室てくつろぎながら子供たちがプールで遊ぶことができ、常に目の届くところにいるという安心感があり、リラックスすることができました。
• Seunghyun (10/5): 아이동반 여행 - 아이를 동반한 가족여행으로 갔습니다. 시설이나 가격면에서 아주 만족했어요 ㅎ 위치가 좀 안 쪽이지만 무료 트랜스퍼 서비스가 있어서 너무 편하게있다가 왔어요 후에 다른 고급 숙박시설에 묵었는데 ,, 서비스나 시설, 가격면에서 여기가 휠씬 좋았습니다. 또 이용하고 싶어요~ ㅎ

The Privacy of the villas are great , the staff is dedicated and take responsibility in ensuring the best possible stay for you as a guest. Restaurant provided great service and terrific food. The was a high level of flexibility provided to ensure we had everything as we wanted.
• Yuen Fung (10/5): very nice villa with pool - a cozy villa....everything is fine except transportation is quite far away to down town market.....shuttle bus service is limited.
• Siu Sum (10/5): - Nice hotel, good & helpful staff Resort exactly the same as website picture 2 newly open cafe opposite to resort providing good all day breakfast just 15mins to Seminyak by free shuttle bus
• Yiu Hei (10/5): Good service - 非常好的服務，只要你想做的都會盡量幫客人安排，十分滿意
