• Margaret (8/5): - Clean room, small but not cramped, the location was good with shops, restaurants and metro stops nearby. The staff was polite and friendly. The only negative was the size of the shower being very small with a door that did not contain the water. The first day the floor got drenched and we had to use towels to sop it up. After that, we adjusted to holding the shower nozzle to rinse and turning the water off in between. This appears to be common across Europe.

• Lorrie (10/5): - Although the rooms are rather smallish, the hotel itself is more like a boutique property with charm. It's nicely located in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops within half a block's walk. The breakfast buffet they put out was wonderful with plenty of options. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage prior to check-in so we could explore the area. They have a 24-hour concierge available at the front desk. We will definitely consider this hotel if/when we visit again.
• jourika (10/5): - de service is uitstekend kamer ook er is eigenlijk maar 1 nadeel en dat was dat als je het raam opendeed het zo,n herrie was en als het raam dicht was was het goed. onze kamer lag aan de voorkant . maar je krijgt weinig frisse lucht met raam dicht .maar dit was het enige nadeel. verder zeer tevreden
• J. Marc (10/5): Great, cozy stay - The hotel was exactly what I needed for a solo stay that I extended from a previous hotel. I wanted to stay as close to the 6th without spending too much and this hotel was exactly what I needed. I knew I was going to spend most of my time out in the city and although the room seemed small at first glance, when I opened the curtains and the tall traditional Paris-style windows to the courtyard, the room seemed so much bigger. For a couple that still likes each other, this room would still work. The air-conditioner did its just when it was needed and the staff were so friendly. The location was very close to the Métro and trainstation and close to many restaurants. It also had a fridge that I was not expecting. The only thing that I did not like as much was having to leave my key at the desk each time I left but this is a typical expectation of historical Parisian-style hotels and not the first place that required this. I would definitely stay again.

• Edwin (4/5): Geen aanrader - Een slecht onderhouden oud hotel. Ook het ontbijt houdt te wensen over. De eigenaren hebben duidelijk de visie dat er altijd toeristen zijn in Parijs. Ik denk niet toeristen terugkomen naar dit hotel.
• Hannah (8/5): - The staff at the hotel were incredible. So nice and welcoming. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do and easy to get to many popular destinations.
• George (8/5): - We had a problem with dripping water over toilet. Staff wasn't able to fix it. However, the day manager, Edyete let us have a free breakfast, got us some drinks and cakes for next day 5;15am departure. The night before we left, on her own time, she showed us us the place where she eats crepes and where a sovereign shop was for my wife to shop. Outstanding service from her.

• Dominique (8/5): Très bien pour une nuit - J’étais là pour une nuit pour assister à une reunion dans cette rue plus loin. J’ai apprécié le calme de ma petite chambre qui donnait sur une courette. Pour une personne seule la chambre bien que petite me convenait. Toilettes un peu étroites malgré tout. Douche très bien eau chaude sans problème.

• Naira (10/5): Lovely hotel - This is an amazing little hotel. Perfect location, very close to the city centre around half an hour walk from Louvre museum. Room was very spacious as well as the bathroom and It was spotless. If I have to find one negative, it would be the elderly gentleman who was at the reception on the day we arrived and he seemed not to like us asking couple questions and seemed quite unfriendly. The gentleman we saw next day was super friendly and booked a taxi for our departure. All in all very happy and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Our room faced the quiet front street so we enjoyed undisturbed sleep. The staff is excellent - friendly and kind and very helpful providing us with ice upon request (my husband's back was acting up after playing with grandchildren we were visiting in town) and allowing me to hold an afterhours zoom business call in the breakfast area at 11 PM. A small and personal hotel. I strongly recommend!
• CPLG (10/5): - This is a very charming little boutique, hotel And an excellent area Montparnasse. It has an interesting interesting history, which means it’s a little older. The only complaint I have is that they charge extra for an Nespresso in the morning.

La rue Delambre comporte de nombreux petits commerces en activité (boulangerie, pâtisserie, boucherie, traiteur, épicerie et même poissonnerie) ce qui devient rare à Paris. Séjour très plaisant.

Pour le reste, cela reste très basique avec une isolation phonique très mauvaise sur l'intérieur, un équipement vieillissant et quelques réparations à effectuer dans la salle de bain. La literie est confortable, le orix du petit déjeuner un peu élevé étant donné qu'il y a des brasseries à 200m qui proposent la même chose pour moins cher. Globalement mitigé.
• Paul (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. - We had to catch a train from Montparnasse in the morning so the location of this hotel was convenient. There are lots of dining options around as well as shopping. The hotel was clean, quiet and the reception staff were welcoming. Good value for money.

Laundromat nearby. Many options for food, but mostly crepe restaurants. Nice grocery store nearby for essentials. Breakfast had fair amount of choices but staff did not refill items promptly so you either waited a long time or just ate what was available.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - When we checked in, they had no elevator service. Our room is on the 5th floor. My husband is 70 with heart disease and Parkinson’s. I tried explaining to no avail. We had to make multiple trips with our luggage which meant, I, at 62 had to carry most of the luggage. I asked for another room closer to the lobby but was told NO. The bath had a shower with no partition or curtain. The water floods the floor. Our WORST Expedia experience. I expect remuneration
• Anne (10/5): - The hotel is located in an area that has a lot of eating places as well as close to a weekend market. It has character and is nice area to walk around. The hotel is basic but is clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and can speak English. It is also easily assessible by the metro.
• Leon (10/5): Great location, Great hotel - This area is brilliant for access to cafes, restaurants, parks and metro. The hotel staff were very welcoming and super-helpful and family friendly. We took the mini-suite on the top floor - two linked bedrooms (double and twin) and an en-suite. Ideal if you are travelling with one or two children, as they effectively get their own room you can close off if wanted! It's in the roof, so the ceilings slope and you will bang our head at some point around the edges of the room, but we had seen that from the photos already. The rooms are lovely, good aircon too. As it's in the roof, you have to climb one set of stairs after exiting the elevator. Both rooms in the suite have TVs, there's also a fridge and safe. Room is totally quiet too. Have stayed in this area a few times, but first time in this hotel, which is our new favourite.

We were surrounded by great cafes, boulangeries, restaurants, boutiques! We were in the mini suite on the top floor. So private and quiet. The staff was fabulous! We will go back!

They couldn't recommend any restaurants for us to have dinner at and knew nothing about any sightseeing tours we could catch close by. The breakfast was expensive and had little to offer. Definitely not worth it. This hotel is overrated for the quality of service and hotel amenities.

• Virginia (10/5): great little hotel in a terrific neighborhood - We really enjoyed the location of this place, right in the theater district. The hotel staff was extremely welcoming and kind. Just about every meal we ate in the neighborhood around the hotel and we never went wrong--great food, for any budget. We had the suite--a double room for the parents and two twins in a separate room for the teens. That worked out great and was budget-friendly. The only drawback was the extreme pitch of the roof in the bathroom...hard to shower standing up! Also, the suite is on the top floor and not disabled-accessible, FYI.
