• KEITA (8/5): 美麗島駅から近い便利なホテル - 美麗島駅11番出口から近く、六合夜市最寄りで便利な場所にある。（美麗島駅11番出口は階段のみなので、大きな荷物がある際は、EVのある1番出口利用が良い）観光バスでのツアー客も受け入れできる規模のあるホテル。夜便で高雄空港に到着し、地下鉄移動する場合はホテル到着時には日付が変わってしまうが、それなりの規模のあるホテルなので確実にフロントが機能するので安心。。建物が新しくはないが、水回りの設備などは問題なし。１Ｆの朝食会場も奥行きがあり、2泊の宿泊中両日とも団体客と朝食時間が重なったが座席は余るほどあった。他のレビューにもあったが、ベッドのマットレスはかなり固いタイプだった。自分的には快適に眠れたが柔らかなベッドでないと困る人は留意したほうがいい。 部屋にセーフティーボックスがあれば更に便利だった。
• Shota (9/5): - ・スタッフの方が懇切丁寧に対応してくださりました。何と日本語で対応される方もいらっしゃいました。 ・部屋は広めで、1人で使うにはもったいないくらいの広さです。 ・バスルームも清潔そのものでした。 ・地下鉄美麗島駅や六合夜市のすぐ近くなので、観光にも最高のロケーションです。目の前は車が通れる道路ですので、タクシーを手配して各所へ観光に行くこともできます。 ・エントランスのドアが少し重めなのでお気をつけください。 ・外出時はドアがきちんと閉まっているか必ず確認してください。閉め方が甘いと、開きっぱなしになっていることがあります。 ・クローゼットの開け口がドア側ですので、少し使いづらいです。 ・最寄りのコンビニ（High life）までは少し離れています。 ・部屋のWi-Fiが繋がらないことがあります。

• 育珮 (7/5): 有一說一，請大家自行評估。 - 環境清潔，大廳、房間都沒有異味、霉味，以老飯店而言算是蠻難得的。 浴室也明顯有翻修過，看得出來是很努力維持，地理位置也不錯，離捷運站很近，旁邊就是六合夜市。 服務人員整體算是親切 臨時訂房，剛好遇上大港開唱，高雄大部分飯店都已經客滿，所以沒什麼選擇、比較的空間，考量預算，只能訂房。 房間隔音不佳，木頭門隔音效果很有限。 床很硬，旁邊的人翻身都會受到影響，床有一邊靠牆，但是牆上有一些污漬，睡的時候會很怕碰到牆壁。 冷氣是中央空調，只能調風量，不能調溫度，在整體舒適度打折扣。 早餐不怎麼美味，蛋白質選擇少，粥是溫的偏冷，就是有提供，但不保證好吃、滿足，所以最後我們還是再去附近吃早餐。

• 姵穎 (1/5): - 位置接近美麗島站以及六合夜市 過年期間基礎三人房房價一晚漲至5000多元，為了舒適加價選擇了高級三人房，依照圖片應該是有沙發以及浴缸簡潔舒適的房間 但是入住當天被安排了跟照片完全不符沒有沙發以及浴缸的房間、門框鎖鏈處的木板嚴重被破壞，明明是三個大人但是卻被安排有兩個單人床一個雙人床的房間，驚訝之餘一進房間看到房間品質之後直接用房內電話跟總機反應跟booking.com上面的照片不一致的時候飯店人員只是用沉默沒有具體的對策潦草回應，最後自己和家人走下到一樓櫃檯直接反應，家人很鎮重的告訴櫃檯人員我們看到房型完全不符合而且詢問為什麼上鎖門鏈處壞掉，他們怎麼沒有維修的時候竟然先是沉默回應或只是不斷的”嗯“、直到家人一直不斷反覆詢問後才擠出一句每個客人使用習慣不一樣他們沒辦法控制，會再叫水電人員維修 最後換到了一間仍然沒有沙發而且牆面骯髒設施老舊，門鏈處的門板仍然被破壞的房間，真的是失望之餘只能勉強接受並告知飯店人員我們會要求退款，他們也只是叫我們自己跟booking 聯絡 住在品質低下的房間還不是唯一這次糟糕的住宿體驗，隔天在吃早餐的時候竟然還在炒蛋裡面吃到蛋殼，吃到蛋殼還是我在台灣住飯店的初體驗，回想一樓擺放了這麼多的紅紙毛筆字寫了這麼多藝人前來入住，不免想他們到底是不是跟我住在不同的時空，這些藝人到底都被安排了什麼樣的房型入住，家人當場也跟負責早點區的飯店人員告知我們吃到了碎蛋殼 回到家後依照家人要求跟Booking 申請退費，結果離譜的是booking告知我們飯店和booking持不同意見，結果從頭到尾只是booking非常有誠意的道歉並也提供了跟房價差距極大的點數當作損失賠償 這家旅館已經正式列入我的黑名單了，從房型和房況差距極大欺騙消費者之外， 面對客訴消極的反應（完全沒有道歉還推到其他客人身上），最後還拒絕退款，希望大家不要踩到雷，過年受這種氣心情也是相當不愉快
