• Magadite (8/5): - Breakfast was very good. Air con could have gone lower (19 degree celsius was lowest which wasn;t enough to keep cool). Also the bathroom mirror is heated and makes the bathroom feel like a sauna. Asked to be turned down/ off. They said no.

• Emma (9/5): Lovely hotel close to the main parts of the city, clean, comfortable stay, would recommend to all. - Location was in a central point in the city with multiple travel options for speedy, stress free commuting. Staff were always welcoming and friendly and helped with any questions/ problems we had. The drink and food machines were a plus and appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable with multiple good attributes e.g the option for a Do Not Disturb and Coffee machine and fridge. Unfortunately, we did not have breakfast on our stay so cannot comment on that. Price could have been a little cheaper as it’s not completely central like some hotels which offer a similar price. Apart from that there was not anything we particularly disliked. Our stay was comfortable, relaxing and stress free. It exceeded our expectations on all fronts.

• Burak Gencer (10/5): Clean, Comfortable and Highly Recommended Stay - I had a very pleasant stay at XO Hotels Couture Amsterdam. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a city hotel. The beds were also very comfortable, which made the stay even better. The self check-in kiosk was very successful, fast, and easy to use. It made the arrival process smooth and efficient. One small point for improvement would be the water in the room. I know Amsterdam tap water is drinkable, but it would still be nice to have at least one bottle of water provided in the room. I also really liked the coffee, snacks, nuts, and chocolate kiosks behind the reception area. It was a thoughtful and practical idea for guests. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is clean, comfortable, practical, and a good place to stay in Amsterdam.
• Hans-Peter (7/5): Empfehlenswert für einen kurzen Städtetrip - Für uns Top-Lage, direkt an der Haltestelle zur Linie 2, 10-Minuten-Takt, ca. 20 - 25 Min. Fahrzeit über die Innenstadt zum Bahnhof. Dazwischen wichtige Haltestellen (Museen, Königspalast etc.). Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und Safe im Zimmer. Gute Sanitäreinrichtung mit ausreichend großer Duschkabine. Gute Schallisolierung aussen und innen. Check-in und - out incl. Schlüsselkarten in Selbstbedienung. Frühstück für die Hotelkategorie und den Preis nicht angemessen, wenig Auswahl an Wurst; Rührei und Säfte offensichtlich aus Pulver angerührt, Obstsalat aus der Dose. Keine Bar, lediglich Snack- und Getränkeautomat mit alkoholfreien Getränken. Keine Auslage von Stadtplan und Hinweisen zu Veranstaltungen oder gastronomischen Einrichtungen.

• Dan (5/5): קצת מאוכזבים שהמלון נעצר במקום ולא התפתח לטובה. - מבחינתי מיקום המלון מצוין. כבר 8 שנים אנחנו מתארחים במלון לפחות פעמיים בשנה. המלון לא עבר שיפוץ. השטיחים בחדרים במצב רע. כבר אין תיונים וקפה בחדרים. המגבות דיי מיושנות.

• Mary (7/5): Ok, but..... - The stop was just outside the hotel, easy access to the centre, not so close though. Three bedroom apartment, a bit small, not enough space to move. Beds very comfortable Clean and neat. Coffee machine in the room, fridge. Safe neighbourhood. Safe hotel. I was pretty satisfied with the hotel in general, but the day I checked out I realized I had left something in the fridge and I asked the hotel if they could send it to me. However, they said they had found nothing (which cannot be true) and I was very disappointed. I got the impression they did not even try or care. All in all, for me the human factor, providing good service and help to the people are very very important. That spoiled the good impression I had. Such a pity!
• Taylan (10/5): - De fácil acesso pelos trams, a paragem fica quase a porta do hotel. Muito bonito e elegante. Na recepção há um espaço reservado em que podemos sentar para comer e há máquina de expresso e microondas. O hotel consta com 4 elevadores, quase nunca se encontra com outro hóspede ou então precisa aguardar para poder utilizá-lo. Os recepcionistas são simpáticos e solícitos, em especial Cintia. No quarto há 2 travesseiros e 1 almofada por hóspede, mas todos eram muito altos e causavam incomodo ao dormir. No banheiro, há um sistema de aquecimento, entretanto estava na temperatura 27 e não se conseguia mudar, o que tornava incomodo se você tivesse que estar ali por mais tempo. Também no banheiro, o box do duche não veda 100% a passagem de água por baixo, o que acaba molhando bem o chão. Apenas em 1 dia da hospedagem solicitei a limpeza e somente para o banheiro; ao retornar ao quarto, também estavam feitas as camas - o que não é um devidamente um problema, mas como não iria ser mexido, deixei roupas e pertences na cama.

• STAMATIA (9/5): - Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα! Το δίκλινο δωμάτιο που μείναμε ήταν ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Στα μεγάλα "συν" του ξενοδοχείου, η τοποθεσία του! Η στάση του τραμ για το κέντρο ήταν ακριβώς έξω από το ξενοδοχείο. Υπάρχει και σταθμός μετρό λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια. Δε συμπεριλαμβανόταν στη τιμή μας το πρωινό, όμως σε κοντινή απόσταση (3 λεπτά περπάτημα) υπάρχουν γνωστές αλυσίδες Super market.

Les poignées de fenêtre sont enlevées pour ne pas pouvoir les ouvrir laissaient passer un courant d'air ainsi que le bruit de la rue ou l'on pouvait même entendre les passants parler à l'extérieur. (1er étage fenêtre donnant sur la rue)

The hotel was neat, clean, and very comfortable throughout my visit. The room was well-maintained, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The employees at the front desk were especially helpful and welcoming. They were always polite, quick to assist, and provided excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. Their friendly attitude made the experience even better.

Cicha, spokojna okolica, sporo zieleni. Przyjazny i pomocny personel. Możliwość pozosotawienia bagażu w przechowalni hotelowej. Sprawny, automatyczny check-in i check-out. Wszystko było ok.
