• Osvaldo (8/5): Albergo funzionale, ben organizzato, in ottima location. La SPA è eccezionale. - Ottimi i pasti e la qualità del cibo. Camera spaziosissima. Facilities carine in particolare la SPA. Personale cordiale e mai invadente. Posizione perfetta. Palestra molto bella. - L'aria condizionata non ha funzionato per 2 notti su 7. Lo staff ha risposto con prontezza 1 volta, mentre un'altra volta ho passato la notte senza aria condizionata che sarebbe stata necessaria visto il forte caldo. - Non ha mai funzionato l'idromassaggio della piscina indoor. Segnalato e mai aggiustato. - Lo staff a volte non capisce l'italiano ed ha sbagliato a prendere le mie ordinazioni (cotoletta invece di bistecca etc). Ma hanno sempre risposto con gentilezza e riportandomi il piatto richiesto.

Wir kamen auf Empfehlung und werden diese überzeugt weitergeben. Uns fällt nichts ein, was man verbessern könnte. Der - leider nur kurze - Aufenthalt war perfekt.

It was getting really hot in the afternoon and evenings. - I found the bed not super comfortable and pillows were too thin in my view.

• Mika (10/5): Great family holiday - Perfect hotel and location for a holiday. The staff was geat, rooms clean and a bonus was that with the blinds the room could be dark for the night. The only regret was that we didn't stay for longer. Same as everywhere, most tourists speak German so that's the default language, but the staff also communicates well in English.

• Mark (10/5): Best hotel I have ever been too - This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is amazing and its never ending if that’s what you like. The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. The yoga and pilates is great and the saunas and pools are amazing. We also took advantage of the shuttles to walking areas and the free bus pass that is provided. The landscape and architecture is stunning. I hope to come back one day.
