• Dana (9/5): Amazing views, short walk to the lift - Amazing location, 5 min walk to the family lift. There was storage lockers for the equipment downstairs and the view of the volcano was epic. Heated floors were a nice touch to The dryer kept turning off so took awhile to dry our clothes and there was no hot tub in the apartment like it suggests, it was the Onsen that you had to get a shuttle to which was a little disappointing!

• Nive (10/5): - Guests of Miru Nozomi have access to the Miru onsen which was a nice surprise that I didn't see on the website. The accommodations were excellent and the location can't be beat. The hotel staff is responsive and efficient. We look forward to staying again in the future.

• manaji (10/5): Beyond words amazing! - By far the most exceptional place we’ve stayed in Japan. Enormous. Spectacular view of Mt Yotei. Just at the base of the family lift and in the center of Hirafu. Convenience stores on either side. Free shuttle buses throughout the other resorts. Very grateful for the hotel arranged pickup and drop off to the bus and train station. Exceptional communication. Ski lockers in the lobby. Really a great experience. Traveled with our family of 5 (3 teenagers) but also friends in another unit. Easily hosted all 10 of us for dinner one night. Fabulous! Breakfast :) but with so many restaurants and convenience stores around, it wasn’t a problem.

• Nive (10/5): Excellent - Miru Nozomi Views worked perfectly for us. It was in a perfect location, all of the staff was extremely helpful and efficient before and during our stay, it was clean, had a good ski locker and lobby, sufficient storage, well stocked. We will definitely stay here again.

We didn’t ask for room service, in the morning around 9+am the cleaner just decided to unlock the door without checking and walk into our room while we were inside. 2.Check our time was at 11am around 10+ the cleaner knock on our door again and ask if were gonna check out as they wanna clean the room asap .

• Dustin (10/5): Very good value and would book again - Easy shuttle from Kutchan station. Frequent communication through booking.com messaging system to arrange time for pickup. Once arrived to Kutchan, there was a person holding a sign with my name on it. We then got shuttled to Miru to check in. We couldnt check into Nozomi views because it was early, but they allowed precheck and we left our items at Miru. After a full day of skiing we went to Nozomi views and they moved in our stuff from Miru to Nozomi for us. Nozomi views 1bd1ba had great views of Mt Yotei when it was clear out. Overall it is an amazing place to stay for skiing. walkable to Quad Ace Family chairlift and many dining options including Seicomart for cheap groceries. Nothing really.

Had to go to the other resort to check-in but not too much of a hassle as all of the transport was laid on by the resort. Just after such a long journey to get there check-in where we were staying would have been the preferred option

• Linda (7/5): Overall stay was nice, just small drama with the check in but we spoke to the manager and everything was all clear out. - Good location and apartment have a nice view of Mount Yotei. They had a land line which was convenient to call and book restaurants near by if you didn’t book online or couldn’t book online. There have a washer and dryer in the appartment, and locker room and ski storage room on 1/F. They can arrange to pick up/drop at from welcome centre or maybe nearby station. They have shuttle bus service dropping you off at the gondola or .base and back. This apartment had no front desk, the checking was at the Miru Niseko location, so if you needed anything, it takes awhile for them to deliver it to you from the other apartment. I have small issue at the front desk, there was a hidden tourism tax I need to pay which was not clear in the booking. Their front desk was clueless about the washing machine if it was in the appartment or 1/F common area to share. The front desk didn’t know if the land line was only to call the Miru Niseko front desk or can use to call out locally.

Five mins walk to ace family chair lift, a walking distance to gondola base and free shuttle bus stop is just outside the property. Supermarket is just 3mins walk. Had Mt Yotei view which was amazing. The apartment is excellent size for a couple. All the utensils are available to cook own meal. Bed was comfy. Location is very safe and secure. The instruction to use microwave was different to the microwave model. Had to use google translate to operate the microwave. Wish there was a space to air dry clothes.

Although there is no staff in the building, everything can be managed with fast response via message and call from the phone provided. Staff is very friendly and can speak good English. There is a shower and bathtub in the room, we enjoyed the big bathtub after skiing & snowboarding whole day. They also have ski room and boot lockers available for each room. We’ve got picked up by Miru Nozomi van from Niseko Welcome Centre with prior request and sent us to drop our luggages at apartment before check in time. They also sent us to Kutchan station after check out which is very convenient and helpful. Make sure you request it early so that they can make arrangements.

There were lockers in the foyer for boots with a key provided in the room, and a lockable ski / snowboard rack in a ski room. Great washing machine and dryer, and very clean beautiful room - excellent hot bath! Loved the location as it was a stone's throw from the convenient store and perfectly situated around shops, restaurants, and food trucks. Nothing!

The room was very comfortable and clean, we loved the large bath after a day skiing. We didn’t fully understand the check-in process, that the reception here was not staffed. However, a staff member was there to check us in, within 15 minutes of our arrival.

• Oliver (7/5): Great location, view, modern facilities. Clunky on check-in and the front door code has to go. - Location is excellent, right by the skifield and has ski lockers for your gear. Modern and tasteful. -For this price the bed should be a queen or king, not two single beds pushed together. -Although they go out of their way to pick you up and drop you off, key collection is at a different location which can be confusing and adds time to check in. -The most annoying thing in the world that the other people staying in the building bonded over was the electronic key access to the front door. For the love of god get key passes please as entering the code into the front door code system thing is clunky and annoying. The room key codes are fine, just the front door one is finnicky.

• Elina (8/5): Very good - Excellent location and room was spacious . It was cleaned every other or so days and really worth the money. They were accommodating in dropping us off at the next accomodation. Communication with property was not great, we tried to arrange a pick up from welcome center but the option "to contact propery" went into nothingness. We emailed them several times and as well got no response. Room was private but there was a common area (wardrobe & entrance) with another apartment which made it less private.
• Eadie (9/5): Great location and beautiful apartment. - Excellent location - right in the centre of town. A beautiful apartment with excellent view of Mt Yotei. Staff were very helpful picking us up and driving us where we needed to go upon arrival/departure. A bit annoying to have to go to the other hotel to check in and then come back to the hotel but not the end of the world. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The light switch for the aircon in our room also wouldn't turn off (an absolute nightmare for someone who really struggles to sleep).
