- shadgerami (6/5): Great location - My second time staying at KL Sentral hotel which has a great location, but it needs some renovation as it is getting dated. I had one of the worst rooms which was directly under the breakfast restaurants and from 7 o'cklock in the moring the noise did not let me sleep. However the room was pretty good size with nice bed and pillows.

Thank you 🙏🏻 we will come back again to this hotel 👍🏻 The price and quality are the same. The administrator Murugaa and Staff especially Amin was very attentive are understanding and kind, polite and friendly, attentive! Love this place -

The staff on the other hand were very friendly, welcoming & helpful. The location is quite central being in Brickfields.

Check-in Experience When I arrived to check in, the front desk agent, Arvind, did not greet me or smile. Despite the counter being empty, the check-in process took an unexpectedly long time. Once I was finally checked in, he didn’t provide any details on the room location, the Wi-Fi password, or breakfast information. Breakfast The hotel doesn’t have an in-house restaurant. Instead, they provide a voucher for a nearby restaurant called ABC. At ABC, breakfast is limited to a menu where you can only choose one item. Overall, I’d rate the hotel as just average – not great, but okay.

- Robert (7/5): Convenient location for KL Sentral - The location is great for convenience. It’s very close to KL Sentral train station, so easy to access the airport too. Lots of great restaurants all around. The check-in process at the front desk took a long time. We even had to wait for the card charging machine to charge up (it was unplugged and flat). I also didn’t like having to pay a 50% surcharge for the privilege of checking in 2.5 hours early. The bathroom floor was constantly wet due to a leaking pipe.

- A (10/5): very pleasant! - the location! many restaurants are open 24 hours, there are also many mini markets. close to the Nu Sentral mall which is connected to the central station so it is very easy if you want to take public transportation. I took a deluxe room, cheap price for a large room size, clean and comfortable. I checked in at 2 am, the staff was still on duty and the check-in process was very fast. I always book this hotel when on holiday to Kuala Lumpur!

- Mel (8/5): Keeping it simple but clean - The room and the entrance lobby was newly renovated. The tiles in the bathroom were new and clean. Only the halls leading to the rooms give away the old state of the building which in our case didn't matter. Location is perfect just a few minutes walk to KL sentral (thru the NU sentral mall) where you can get LRT, monorail and MRT. The coffee they serve at the breakfast place is good. Breakfast itself is okay keeping in mind the price paid. The bidet. It's the same as everywhere else in Malaysia. It's just like a hose. There are better and more convenient types of bidet if management wants to be ahead of competition. Other than that, nothing comes to mind.
