• Sharon (10/5): Wonderful break in a charming property in a lovely town. - Lovely characterful property that was beautifully presented. Bedroom was a good size with a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent and the location couldn't have been better - right in the centre of Dartmouth. Nicky, the owner, was very helpful with suggestions on places to visit and places to eat (there is a good selection in the town). Nothing - all good.

Nicky the lady who owns and runs the B&b along with her family was such a lovely lady and the family too!!! There was absolutely nothing that we could complain about.

• Mike (10/5): One of the best B&B experiences we have ever had - and we have had many. - From the time my wife and I stepped through the door to when we came to leave Nicky and husband Mitch could not have been more helpful and friendly. We immediately felt that we were long time friends. The room we stayed in was beautifully furnished in tune with the Georgian heritage of the building while the ensuite was modern and immaculate. Breakfast was great with a good and flexible choice. Information on Dartmouth and the surrounding area was plentiful and accurate and having discovered a mutual interest in antique clocks Mitch went out of his way to share information he thought I would appreciate. Wonderful Beware if you arrive after 30 April when parking becomes a real problem. This is not Anzac's fault, indeed during our stay local knowledge from Nicky meant that we had no problems but much changes in the "high" season. Come prepared.

I didn't like the potatoes in the beef bourginione. They tasted like they had been cooked the day b4 and kept in the fridge all day uncovered. The beef was very good. We had trouble finding the light switch in bathroom... finally found it as we were cleaning up. Lol. Not a problem.

Eigenaars Nicky en Mitch (twee geweldige mensen) zo behulpzaam echtpaar (met alles). Zelf was ik ziek geworden tijdens ons vakantie, en Nicky en Mitch deed alles mij te hulpen en mij zo comfortabel te maken,(deze echtpaar ben ik voor altijd dankbaar net zo als de hele NHS). Thank you Nicky en Mitch. NOT ALL HERO'S WEAR CAPE'S De trappenhuis (2de etage) van wege mijn probleem/ziek worden (maar wist ik van de de booking)

Yarmouth is a beautiful town. Lack of Parking but we resolved it in the end. Used park n ride during the day & bought the car down over night to Mayors Avenue Car Park.

I would say the best room we've ever stayed in. The breakfast was amazing with more than enough delicious food to set you up for the day. Thankyou Nicky, Mitch and family for a wonderful stay. Having to leave.

• David (9/5): Superb - The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very good with fresh fruit and a great fried breakfast. Also the vegetarian breakfast was very good too as my partner said. The room was clean and tidy with fresh water and milk everyday. The guest house was well placed right in the middle of town, so not far to walk to the shops or river boats. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Nicky and Mitch were as warm and welcoming as ever, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious - definitely a highlight of the stay. We were lucky the Bistro was open this time, and it did not disappoint. Fabulous food, attentive service—highly recommended!
• Price (10/5): Highly recommend accommodation for our mini break. - Sweet little B&B situated in the centre of Dartmouth. Tastefully decorated in county French style. The bedroom was a good size (Samphire room), an ample bathroom with floor space, TV, coffee/tea facilities and a fridge with real milk provided, one of my ultimate bug bears is UHT milk it’s disgusting!! The bed was super comfy. We didn’t eat dinner as we stayed when the kitchen wasn’t open but the breakfast was lush with plenty of choice to suit all. Nicky greeted us with a quick run down of our room and she gave us plenty of local information. Nothing

• Mags (10/5): Exceptional - The Bistro was cosy, relaxing, and ideally located. Walking distance to the town and River Dart, harbour and shops. Nicky and Mitch were fantastic hosts. The choice and standard of breakfast were amazing. We will certainly be back. Parking in the area is not good, but they have a park and ride that is very efficient. Buses to surrounding areas to visit are very good. It made a nice change not to have to drive all the time.

Nestled in the heart of Dartmouth, everything easily accessible and with walking distance. The B&B itself has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, our room was spacious with homely touches that made us feel most welcome. Breakfast was another highlight, all beautifully cooked and presented. Nicky and Mitch are friendly and attentive hosts, knowledgeable about the area and happy to offer recommendations for activities and dinning.
