- Feruza (3/5): Hayal kırıklığı - Temizlik gayet güzeldi Hayal Kırıklığı Yaratan Bir Konaklama Deneyimi İş seyahatlerimde sıklıkla otellerde konaklayan biri olarak, bu oteli tercih etme sebebim genellikle merkezi konumu ve daha önceki deneyimlerimdi. Ancak bu seferki konaklamam ne yazık ki beklentilerimin çok altında kaldı. Sadece bir gece konaklamama rağmen yaşadığım olumsuzluklar, bu sürenin bile fazla olduğunu düşündürdü. Konakladığım odada balkon bulunmuyordu ve havalandırma sistemi çalışmıyordu. Oda kapalı ve havasızdı. Temiz hava alabilmek için camın açılmasını rica ettim, ancak talebime rağmen herhangi bir geri dönüş ya da çözüm sunulmadı. Bu durum, gece boyunca ciddi bir rahatsızlık yaşamama neden oldu. Ayrıca odada ağır bir sigara kokusu hakimdi. Oda sanki uzun süredir sigara içilmiş ve bu koku yerleşmiş gibiydi. Temizlik konusunda ise herhangi bir şikayetim yok, odanın genel temizliği oldukça iyiydi. Ancak havalandırma ve koku sorunu temizlik kalitesini gölgede bırakıyor. Minibar konusunda da bir bilgilendirme eksikliği yaşadım. Girişte minibarın ücretli mi ücretsiz mi olduğu hakkında hiçbir açıklama yapılmadı. Ben birçok otelde minibarın oda ücretine dahil olduğunu tecrübe ettiğim için, burada da öyle olduğunu düşündüm ve birkaç ürünü kullandım. Çıkışta ise bu ürünlerin ücretlendirildiğini öğrenmek beni şaşırttı ve hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Misafirlere bu konuda açık bir bilgilendirme yapılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Fiyat-performans açısından değerlendirdiğimde, ödediğim ücretin karşılığını kesinlikle alamadım. Aynı fiyat aralığında, balkonlu, manzaralı, havalandırması düzgün çalışan, açık büfe kahvaltı veya öğle yemeği dahil olan çok daha konforlu otellerde konakladım. Bu otelin konsepti gözden geçirilmeli ve hizmet kalitesi artırılmalı. Ne yazık ki, bu yaşadıklarımdan sonra tekrar tercih edeceğimi sanmıyorum.

Location is a little less convenient than others, but the trade off is great guest service. They try to accommodate all your needs. They quickly address any issues. Great breakfast service. Wonderful management staff. They make you feel like home instead of focusing just on profit. Kudos to Dinçer Alevli for being extremely caring, professional, attentive, and proactive.

- Nomad65918592644 (8/5): pluses and minuses of Holiday inn cukurambar - I stayed at this hotel with 4 of my colleagues for a business trip for 3 nights. As one of the best hotels of Ankara I expected a better SPA in comparison with other hotels. There are some even 4 star hotels with better SPA sauna and swimming pool facilities. Steam room should be at such a hotel. So I give minus to its SPA. Regarding cleaning I expected a better cleaning services for the rooms, In my opinion my room was not cleaned well at the first day specially my bathroom, I could clearly see this. But altogether the attitude of the cleaning team was good and smiling face, saying good morning and etc. So I respect their efforts and dont give minus :) Bed and pillows are quiet nice and comfortable. You can have a nice sleep, so I give it Plus, TV service is good, It is great that the hotel uses smart TV's which have youtube and netflix. So you are not bored with only TV channels. Breakfast of the hotel is one of the best in Ankara I am sure. Great breakfast. Variety of cheese and desserts and breads. Last day our colleagues asked for the croassan with cream inside and the chief quickly provided us, thanks to the restaurant breakfast chief (the young lady in formal dress) and kitchen team. Public areas are enough and comfortable . You can have your drinks and watch TV + there are 2 play stations which you can play a lot of games (Very good idea) Front desk also got Plus from me , smiling faces, helpful and respectful. - Cigdem (8/5): Yüksek fiyat ortalama hizmet - Öncelikle otel çalışanlarının extra nazik olduğunu belirtmek isterim. Girişte çok fazla bekledik ve oda müsaitliği ile alakalı dialogları bize çok fazla yansıdı. Ancak kibar oldukları için anlayışla karşıladık. Kahvaltı gerçekten çok iyiydi, ama restorantan sipariş verdiğimiz yemeklerden çok memnun kalmadık. Odalar rahat sessiz konforlu, iklimlendirme su sıcaklığı vs gayet iyi, ancak çıkış yapmadan önce kat görevlisi kapıyı tıklatıp direkt kartıyla açarak içeriye girdi ve bu kabul edilemez. Check out saatinden önce bu şekilde odaya girilemez. Front deskteki kişiler çok saygılı ancak otele 9 ya da 10 puan vermeniz konusunda aşırı ısrarcıydılar. 10/10 deneyim yaşamadığım bir yere neden tam puan verip diğer misafirleri yanıltayım? Çalın anlamında tatmin eden ancak 5 yıldızlı otel standartları için çok yol kat etmesi gereken bir işletme. Yüksek bir fiyat ödeyip ortalama bir hizmet almayı tercih ederseniz deneyimlenebilir.

Herkesin ilgi ve alakası güzeldi ama özellikle Uzay Beye ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum.Güler yüzü ile sabah kahvaltımıza gerçekten neşe kattı. Kahvaltı sonrası çay ve kahve servisi güzeldi. Bundan iyisi olamazdı sanırım.
- Ömer (10/5): MÜKEMMEL - Ankara'da kaldığım oteller içinde ilk üçte rahatlıkla yer alacak bir otel konaklaması oldu. Her şey çok güzeldi.
- Mediha (6/5): Ortalama - Güzel bir otel ancak suıt (oda no 1101) odada kalmış olmamıza ve gecelik 10.000 tl ödeme yapmış olmamıza rağmen bu paraya değmeyeceğini düşünüyorum. Kaldığımız odanın küvetindeki elektronik sistem çalışmıyordu. Suyu durdurmak için gerekli olan küvet kapağı/vanası çalışmıyordu. Küvetin Gider kapağı kırıktı ve gider kısmı çok pisti. Küvete o şekilde girmek mümkün değil maalesef. Ayrıca oda manzarası kötüydü. Direkt olarak direk binaya bakıyordu.

Odanın balkonuna üst kattan izmarit atıldı.( Bu otelin hatası değil tabiki) Kaldığımız odanın (714 ) banyo çeşmesi biraz sıkıntılı idi,bunu bildirmeyi unuttuk. Birde mini bara su eklenmesi iyi olur.

- rschagrin (8/5): Very Nice - Surprisingly a real nice Holiday Inn. Nice lobby and very nice rooms. Off a major highway outside of Ankara so there is much around except retail stores. Just a restaurant next door that closes early so I had eat dinner in the hotel. Just fair. Breakfast was decent.
