• Sara (2/5): - Sufrí un resbalón en el baño por la falta de medidas de seguridad, como consecuencia se rompió un cristal, después de avisar en recepción y decirme que lo sentían, al llegar por la tarde a la habitación me encontré una carta reclamando 16000Bath(400€), los cuales tuve que abonar antes de abandonar el hotel... Todo esto con un trato pésimo y casi riéndose de nosotros la Manager del hotel.

• Real (9/5): worth every penny spent - friendliness of the staff some facilities needs to be updated like the tents at the pool are outdated and some equipments are not working but the pool area is still a good place.

• Ibrahim (10/5): This hotel is wonderful. - The location, the elevator staff, and the security guards were all excellent. The bathroom, beds, pillows, air conditioning — everything was perfect. There was nothing I didn't like about it.

• HAKIMA (8/5): - Très bien situé avec un personnel très aimable. La piscine sur le toit est agréable et jolie avec un petit bar très appréciable La présence de la clientèle indienne (la majorité de la clientèle) qui est beaucoup trop bruyante notamment la nuit.

• Chloe (10/5): 10/10 merci - J’ai logé 1 mois dans l’établissement Best Western Patong, que dire à part merci à tout le personnel de l’hôtel ! J’ai testé pas mal d’hôtel sur Patong mais le rapport qualité prix localisation est pour moi exceptionnel. J’ai logé dans la chambre 704 et je m’y suis sentit comme à la maison, le personnel m’a aidé quand j’ai fait une crise d’angoisse dans la nuit et ils ont veillés sur moi tout le long du séjour avec des petites attentions. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement dans les chambres, la piscine de l’hôtel en roof top est génial, la réception est ouverte 24/24. Positionnement idéale dans la ville, les chambres sont bien insonorisés, tout est parfait. Encore merci à tous pour ce séjour. Une chose est sur, c’est la que je reviendrais loger à mon prochain passage ! Chloé Rien
• Angela (9/5): Prime location and good facilities - I enjoyed my stay at best western. It was in a great location, staff were friendly, and the room was kept clean. The pool was my favourite part as-well as the amount of day beds/sun beds there were. The room sizes are small although not much you can do about that.. It can get noisy at night so if you’re a light sleeper I wouldn’t suggest this place. You can also hear everything happening next door..

• Wayne (9/5): First time - A very comfortable stay!! The staff was excellent! They are very helpful and their service was wonderful. The pool was lovely!! Good relaxing vibe. Everything was good. No complains!

Bizim katımızda bulunan bazı misafirlerin gece saat 1 gibi fazla gürültü yapıp koridorda bağırışmalarından çok rahatsız olduk. Belli bir saatten sonra yapılacak gürültülere müdahale edilmesi gerekir. Bir diğer konu ise havuza bazı misafirlerin kıyafetleri, tshirtleri ile girmesi. Bu hiç steril değil. Biz bu yüzden havuzu kullanmak istemedik. Buna bir uyarı ya da yasak koyulmalı. Teşekkürler
