The staff were always helpful and accommodates every need of ours The road leading to the resort was not very good. It is very dark since the road leading to it does not have any lights

The pool was a perfect temperature and beautifully kept. The breakfast was very affordable. Very close to the bridge that crosses over to Nusa Ceningan. The breakfast available could have had more options, however the food was amazing! It was about a 10-15 minute scooter ride into "town" where a lot of the shopping and beaches were.

Sita est exceptionnelle pour organiser et faciliter tous les transports jusqu’à Nusa Lembongan. Elle est réactive et professionnelle. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Laguna Reef. Nous recommandons les chambres vue mer! Les équipements sont un peu vieillissants même si les lits restent confortables. Le restaurant n’est pas à la hauteur de la vue, c’est un peu dommage. Nous conseillons à l’équipe d’entrer davantage dans une démarche écologique qui serait parfaitement en harmonie avec la nature environnante (beaucoup de petits détails comme emballage en plastique exemple beurre, confiture…)

• Vicky (8/5): - The property is well kept and run by a small family. Rooms are lovely, bathroom a bit dated. Geeta was very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much for him. Pools in a great spot. Easy walking to a few shops and restaurants. Disappointing that they had no alcohol on the menu other than Bintang. Would be nice to see some cocktails on the menu. The food was nice but very limited. Don’t keep any food even if unopened in your room. Local wildlife may just pay you a visit in the middle of the night to steel it. We enjoyed our visit here.

They were really understanding and offered the night we did not come, which is a really nice gesture ! Thank you again ! Some things could be a bit refreshed, like a plug not working, or the fridge with marks on the outside. I mean, it was still great but a few improvements could be made to be even better. Also, the breakfast choice could be improved, but it’s good there are options !

• Elizabeth (9/5): A beautiful, quiet & relaxing week at Laguna Reef. - My friend & I spent a week at Laguna Reef in separate beach huts. We loved this hotel!! The quiet location & ocean outlook was exactly what we wanted. The rooms were comfortable, cold fridges & a/c. Staff were kind, attentive & so friendly, just like staying with family. There is a minimart at the end of the street for snacks & drinks & there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. If you hire scooters it’s very easy to get around the island & across to Ceningan. Taxi prices are high on Lembongan tho, be prepared to pay $20 for a round trip to jungatbatu beach. Overall we loved it here & were sad to leave! I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you to the staff that were so kind & accommodating!! Once you’ve exhausted the nearby restaurants, it can be annoying to get to places further away. Don’t leave any food out in your room - the rooms are occasionally visited by rats looking for food, this can be disruptive during the night. A fresh towel should be offered daily, due to the damp nature of the bathrooms.

The staff were so great and so friendly, always willing to assist. The shower pressure was not great, but enough to wash a little.

• Christoph (9/5): Wonderful place by the beach - Amazing location overlooking the ocean and channel between the islands. View of the seaweed farms in operation. Nice pool overlooking the sea. Ocean front restaurant. Nice cabins with all you need. Cabin beautifully presented on arrival. Walking distance to some major sights and Mushroom Bay. All you can hear is the sounds of nature. Loved that there was no TV anywhere and only quiet gamelan music at the restaurant. Restaurant was ok, but limited choices, which is understandable, as there were only two cabins occupied and limited staff. Most staff didn't speak English, but were friendly.

Only the front row beach view get kettle. Even though we had a small seaview. Photos make it look better than what is was . Breakfast basic, need to go out for dinner . We didn’t really use pool (very clean ) but very cold with sea breeze all the time (August) Would stay western side of Lambogan if we went back . Location pretty quiet, if you are wanting more choice stay the other side

However, when walking through the gardens and you see the view, you realise it's totally worthwhile. The staff were so lovely, especially Sita who couldn't have done more to help us. The grounds are immaculately kept, the food was delicious and freshly made, rooms were super clean. There's nothing bad we could say at all about here. If you're looking for somewhere to escape the hustle and bustle of life this is the place to go. Thank you for such a chilled stay ❤️

The view was stunning either at full tide with a sea of blue, or low tide with the gorgeous seaweed farms ❤️ The sun coming up, the mist between the islands, and people working and kids playing 🤗 was wonderful. And the staff are absolutely gorgeous 🙏🏽 A very peaceful, magical place 😊 I loved it 😊 Just needs some tlc and a few repairs and some new small bits and pieces.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Incredible value for money. Lovely gardens. For this price point there was nothing at all to complain about.

• Edwina (1/5): Awful, don’t do it to yourself - This hotel has a lot of potential, however it has a serious rat problem. I booked for four nights, on the first night that I arrived I went to put my bag on the shelf inside the room and a rat jumped off of the shelf onto my shirt. I called the staff and they could see that I was very shaken. They told me that they sometimes get rat because either side of the hotel is open land. The huts are also completely open at the top, so anything can crawl in. There is also massive gaps under the front and bathroom door. My bathroom door also didn’t lock and the staff told me ‘it’s all good, not many people come here’. The staff moved me to another room. On the second night in the second room, I woke at 4am to rustling and turned the light on to see a rat climbing out of the rubbish bin in my room. I messaged the owner straight away, packed my bags and sat next to the pool until 6:30am when the staff arrived. I asked for a refund as there is obviously a rat problem, and the staff at the hotel told me again that they get rats because there is open land either side of the hotel. I had to message the manager to ask for a refund. The manager, Sita asked me if I had a photo or a video of the rat. I told them that my first reaction was to get away from the rat, not to take a picture. So they refused a refund, even though I won’t be staying there for the next two nights and I have to pay for another hotel now. Unfortunate because it is in a great location but has a huge rat problem. There was also a peep hole cut in the timber looking straight at the bed.. Make of that what you will
• Beth (10/5): Would stay again! - Staff very attentive and helpful. Rooms lovely, cleaned daily. Location was good, close to yellow bridge but necessary to get a bike or taxi to other side of island which can get expensive if going out for food each evening.

• João (7/5): +Pleasant Stay -Rusty Doors - It's a quiet and comfortable hotel. The view is beautiful, and it's nice to be so close to the ocean. The bed is comfortable and I slept very well every night. The staff were nice and the breakfast was ok. The front desk can help book a snorkeling trip or other activities around the island which is very convenient. The doors need maintenance. They were so rusty from the salty water that they were hard to slide open or close and it took me so long every time i wanted to lock the door because the lock was rusty and falling apart, and the doors wouldn't line up properly for the lock to engage. Just replace the locks and put some lubricant oil and it will be fine. The road to access the hotel is rocky and dark at night. If you're not an experienced motorcycle rider, be extra cautious.

• Danielle (8/5): Tranquil paradise with hard working and kind staff and beautiful spacious and comfortable chalets, can recommend, we’ll - Beautiful location, great pool, kind and friendly staff. Big rooms and outdoor bathrooms. We had a small issue with the AC which was resolved the next day by moving us into a different room. We extended we loved it so much. So peaceful but close enough to all busy / main areas. There are a lot of gabs in the wooden chalets, but they provide mosquito nets which work perfectly.

• Karleigh (10/5): Amazing hospitality from an amazing family - I was sick with Bali belly on my arrival and the staff went above and beyond to look after me! They would send me messages to check in on me and bring me lemongrass and ginger tea and drinks, as well as getting medication for me from the pharmacy. Unbelievably kind and caring. Nothing was too big an ask! The facilities are great, beautiful pool, nice quiet place to rest and beautiful views. Definitely recommend staying here.
• Sarah (6/5): Pleasant - The staff were really lovely at this location and the view was really beautiful. The pool was lovely and the place was clean. The hotel also picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry terminal which was very generous of them. We were also able to hire a scooter for a good price. We had problems with payment when we arrived and staff very kindly allowed us to pay later on. Breakfast was basic but included in the price which was a nice bonus! In general the hut itself felt like it needed some updating. Our lock was incredibly stiff and really difficult to open and close the doors which was an annoyance. The air con was also really dodgy - it was incredibly, incredibly loud during the night to the point that we had to just switch it off as it was impossible to sleep.

Seaweed farming was getting interesting to watch! Is a little out of the way from the main bits but only a short scooter ride away. Breakfast was basic, not that I didn't like this but I know others would probably rather further options

• Joana (9/5): Very beautiful place with kind people and a great pool. :) - Beautiful location facing Nusa Ceningan and overlooking the algae farms! The staff were extremely friendly! The room was cleaned every day, including towel changes. The air conditioning in the room was potent and the bed was very comfortable. We were missing some shelf/ storage space for our things and clothes in the room. There was a small wardrobe with hangers and some shelfs, but for two people it was a bit too little. Hence, it was a bit difficult to keep our stuff organised. Otherwise it was nice :)

Pool was amazing and the view from the pool and the sandy restaurant area was beautiful to watch the sunset, Rooms were huge and very clean. Loved the big veranda on the front to sit and chill. Nice big mirror in the bathroom and fridge is handy.
• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - This hotel was tucked away on the far side of Nusa Lembongan which let us enjoy quiet sunsets on an empty beach. We couldn’t be happier with our hosts who were very helpful in arranging motorbike rental and a snorkelling tour (much cheaper than other booking companies). The daily breakfast was simple but delicious each day.
• Natasha (10/5): We'd stay here again - The staff are super friendly, kind, and helpful. The room/hut itself was beautiful and they cleaned and remade the bed every day when we were away. Me and my partner ate at the in-house restaurant every night because the food was really yum :)
