Smell at bathroom, TV was not working properly - the signal got lost every 5-10 seconds, old fashioned bedroom, nothing in the fridge.

Amazing rooms. The pool and bar area is beautiful. The food was lovely. The breakfast had lots of choice and everything we ordered off the menu was 10/10 I had no complaints.

Came because of good reviews, must have people who were fresh out of prison leaving those reviews!

Plaja este la o distanță de 3-4 minute, iar personalul este foarte amabil. Camerele sunt foarte spațioase și se face curățenie zilnică. O zonă liniștită și foarte relaxantă. O sa revenim cu drag!

Πολύ καθαρό και όμορφα στολισμένο Χριστουγεννιάτικα αν και πήγαμε μετά τις γιορτές. Αυτό που μας άρεσε πολύ και μας έκανε εντύπωση είναι το πλούσιο πρωινό με ποιοτικές επιλογές. Επίσης, τα πιάτα/μερίδες του γεύματος και του βραδινού είναι τεράστιες.

• Damyanova (10/5): Great location, but… - The location is absolutely perfect — right on the beach and close to everything. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and had incredible views. Definitely a top pick if you want comfort and great vibes in Ayia Napa! The staff was not the friendliest and seem annoyed to be working.

• TSOFIA (8/5): מי שאוהב נוף ים-מיקום פריים בעיר איה נאפה - מיקום המלון מהמם, חדר משקיף על הים והנמל חדר מרווח ומרפסת ענקית עם מיטות שיזוף. בריכה יפה עם הרבה מיטות נוח, על הטיילת, אמבטיה (למרות שלא היה להם את השסתום אז תביאו אתכם) ארוחת בוקר שיש בה גיוון (למרות שכל יום אותו הדבר) הניקיון במדרגות וברחבות של החדרים הרחוקים מהמבנה העיקרי לא נוקו למרות שהתלוננתי- קצת פגם באווירה של מלון נקי. ביום הראשון כשהגענו היו 2 בקבוקי מים במקרר והיה נחמד שהיו שמים בכל יום חדשים. הטלפון לקבלה לא עבד ונאלצנו לגשת אישית כשהייתה לנו בעיה, גם לא היה מקום לגהץ.

• DANICA (9/5): - Sjajna hrana, lokacija sa pogledom na more, čisto je i sve je novo. Svake večeri druga tematska večera. Super je za par dana. Osoblje bi moglo da bude malo ljubaznije. Od recepcije pa nadalje, nije bilo osmeha. Takodje uticnice nisu prilagođene tako da se dobijao prikljucak uz depozit, jedan po sobi, sto je nezgodno za vise od dve osobe koje hoce uvece da pune uredjaje. Teretana je mala, i samo osnovno sto mora da ima. Nije bilo dodatnih sadržaja. Plaza je blizu, ali najbliža plaza je jako kamenita, sa ostrim kamenjem i mora se ici dalje uz obalu za lepši prilaz moru.

• Limor (10/5): מלון מצוין ממליצה בחום - מלון מצוין מכל הבחינות. מיקום מעולה דקה הליכה מהנמל, חוף הים ומרכז העיר עם המון מסעדות וחנויות. נקי מאוד, החדר מרווח. צוות אדיב ושירותי. ארוחת בוקר עשירה מעל המצופה. עשינו צק אאוט בבוקר ואיפשרו לנו להמשיך להשתמש במתקני המלון ואפילו להתקלח לפני הטיסה שהיתה רק בערב כולל זה שנתנו לנו מגבות נקיות וכו. חדר שקט עם נוף מרהיה. נהנינו מכל רגע. הכל היה מצוין!
• Enrika (7/5): - La posizione, la colazione varia ed abbondante, il dolcetto di benvenuto al nostro arrivo. Il letto era molto scomodo, la biancheria non é mai stata cambiata dal nostro arrivo. A mezz’ora circa dall’orario previsto per il check-out, un signore ha bussato e aperto la porta del nostro appartamento senza il nostro consenso. Il motivo apparente di questa “brusca visita” sembrava fosse la segnalazione di un problema relativo all’aria condizionata. Beh, 10 minuti dopo l’uomo ha nuovamente bussato e sollecitato il nostro check out (faccio presente che rientravamo perfettamente nell’orario previsto) ed ha aspettato seduto di fronte alla porta della stanza.
