- Couly Colette (9/5): Un petit havre de paix au milieu du tumulte de la ville - L'établissement et la situtation.centralisée.a tous points de vue (proche de la plage, au centre ville sans les inconvénients du bruit des rues, a côté d'une grande surface et de la station des bus) ,la gentillesse du personnel,la qualité de la nourriture,la propreté des lieux, l'accessibilité pour les personnes à. mobilité réduite. .. Le.manque de rangements , d'étagères dans l'armoire de la chambre et aussi dans la salle de bain. L'étagère est soit trop haute et difficile d'accès, ou au ras de terre où il faut se mettre à quatre pattes pour y accéder aussi!! C'est le seul bémol

- Consuelo (8/5): - Ottima esperienza! La stanza era sempre molto pulita e l’hotel nel complesso è davvero bello e curato. Anche la posizione è comoda e strategica. Il cibo è stato uno dei punti forti: ottimo, vario e diverso ogni sera, con una buona scelta di piatti. Un piccolo aspetto da migliorare riguarda la privacy durante i pasti: a volte i camerieri, non avendo molto da fare, tendevano a osservare spesso i tavoli, mettendo un po’ a disagio. Inoltre, qualche volta gli asciugamani non erano perfettamente puliti, ma con un po’ più di attenzione il servizio potrebbe diventare davvero impeccabile. Nel complesso, soggiorno molto piacevole e hotel sicuramente consigliato!

- Raffaele (7/5): Non ci ritornerei mai in questa struttura - La pulizia e la posizione della struttura La camera aveva un balcone piccolo e mal organizzato, così come all’interno della stanza gli spazi erano mal gestiti. Il frigo posizionato nell’armadio. Mancanza di una cassettiera e lo spazio nell’armadio non poteva essere sfruttato al meglio. Ho dovuto togliere il frigo dall’armadio e posizionare all’ingresso il tavolo del balcone ed un puff presente nella stanza per poter consentire all’altro ospite di poggiare le sue cose. Accappatoi non presenti, così come un solo dispenser stitico nella doccia per il bagnoschiuma. Materasso scadente e senza topper. Il ristorante è posizionato in un seminterrato. C’è poca varietà di alimenti ed il cibo è di meglio livello. Impresa impossibile poi per richiedere una colazione al sacco, mai avuta neanche il giorno della partenza, la reception mi aveva assicurato di poterle ritirare alle 7:00 ma ciò non si è verificato. Piscina molto piccola.

- Maria Athina (10/5): Fabelhaft - Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel rundum genossen! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal, einfach top! Total zuvorkommend und mega freundlich. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend – zentral, aber dennoch ruhig genug zum Entspannen. Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung durchweg positiv. Saubere Zimmer, gutes Essen und ein angenehmes Ambiente. Ich kann dieses Hotel ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

- Kateryna (9/5): Дуже сподобався готель! - Чудове розташування, буквально декілька хвилин від пляжу. Смачна кухня: сніданки були зазвичай однакові, але хороший вибір страв. Вечері завжди були різні, були десерти, фрукти, морозиво. Дуже приємний та ввічливий персонал, який допомагає в усіх питаннях. По приїзду нам дали два купони на безкоштовний напій в барі біля басейну. У номері чекали фрукти та вода. Також якщо ви не маєте можливості поснідати або повечеряти - надають невеличкий бокс із собою. Ми проживали у додатковій будівлі на цокольному поверсі, усе гаразд. Єдине що нам не вистачало - балкону, щоб сушити речі. Проте, це не критично

- Anastasiia (10/5): - Були в травні в цьому готелі з дитиною 1,5 роки. Все сподобалось, розташування супер, поруч магазини , пляжі та розваги. Персонал дуже привітний та приємний, особливо персонал у ресторані- приділяли кожного дня окрему увагу для дитини. Їжа смачна та завжди було що поїсти дитині. Хотілось би більше розваг для дитини на території самого готелю.

Nice pool. The man, who shoved the way to my room asked for tips. So I asked him-how much? He said-10euros. I think it's way too much just for showing the room.

- Sebastian (9/5): - Widok na morze moim zdaniem lepszy niż w pokojach z pełnym widokiem, wygodne łóżko , dużo gratisów , duża łazienka Pan prowadzący gości do pokoju, który jest w innym budynku niż recepcja zażyczył sobie za pokazanie jak działa wyposażenie pokoju 10 euro... Ja rozumiem że serwis i w ogóle ale litości 10 euro??? Tak więc radzę nie dać się naciągnąć ( bagaże mieliśmy małe i wniosłem je sam 😉) poza tym reszta personelu bardzo miła 🙏

- Amit (8/5): - השירות מדהים, אנשים מקסימים!! ארוחות נחמדות ממש לא נגיש בכלל לעגלות. הגענו עם תינוק וכל הזמן היינו צריכים להחזיק אותו בידיים כי יש מדרגות בכל מקום והמעלית מאוד קטנה כך שהעגלה לא נכנסה. מגבת לבריכה מקבלים אחת לארבעה ימים והחלפת מצעים גם משהו כזה

Posizione ottima fuori dal caos ma con 10 minuti di passeggiata sei nel centro Solo, se devo fare un piccolo appunto per miglioramento c'erano solo 2 appendi abiti, gli altri erano inutilizzabili.

- Themis (10/5): - Τα παιδιά στο κατάλυμα φανταστικά . Φαγητό εξαιρετικό υπεύθυνος φαγητού σερβιτόροι και σεφ οι καλύτεροι . Ήμασταν από τους λίγους έλληνες όπου το επισκέπτονται και μας έκαναν πραγματικά να νιώσουμε ξεχωριστοί . Θα επιστρέψουμε αδιαμφισβήτητα Όλα ήταν σωστά

- Anna (9/5): - Відпочивати сподобалось, персонал привітний , їжа дуже смачна і різноманітна, готель знаходиться в 2 хвилинах від моря, знаходиться в хорошому районі всі магазини знаходиться рядом біля готель . Можна попросити пляжні полотенця на рецепції 👍🏻 відпочинок удався на ура Уборка номера , прибирали кожен день але , так на швидку руку . На 3 день зміна постілі нам змінили на іншу але постіль була в плямах фото в низу. На 5 день проживання в нас взагалі не прибирали в номері😕

- NIKOS TAIMPISKAKHS (9/5): - Η ευγένεια όλου του προσωπικού. Στην ρεσεψιόν,στο εστιατόριο και στο μπάρ. Τα προϊόντα στον μπουφέ ήταν υπέρ αρκετά και καλής ποιότητας. Επίσης και οι καφέδες που ήπιαμε στον χώρο της πισίνας πολλοί καλοί. Οι χώροι ήταν πολύ καθαροί,πολύ καλό ίντερνετ και καυτό νερό στο δωμάτιο.
- Ilaria Lupinetti (8/5): - Camera pulita, personale gentilissimo, cibo buono e posizione ottima per chi cerca la movida di Hersonissos. Purtroppo il penultimo giorno abbiamo trovato la piscina sporca.
- Marion (10/5): Tout était parfait - Le personnel, le cadre, la proximité avec la plage et les commerces. Tout était très bien. Mention particulière à l’attention qui a été faite la jour de mon anniversaire avec un gâteau et une bouteille de vin que j’ai trouvé dans la chambre en rentrant de la plage.

- Morena (1/5): Pessimo!!!!! - Niente… tutto pessimo e falso di ciò che avevo prenotato… un hotel a 4 stelle ke nn ne vale neanche 2… L’hotel non corrispondeva alle foto viste sul Booking per non andare via abbiamo pagato un supplemento in più per cambiare camera, di male in peggio buttati in una struttura a parte con camera sporca, porta del bagno rotta, condizionatore mal funzionante, luce del bagno come se non ci fosse, sedia rotta, telefono rotto e sostituito dopo aver dovuto percorrere 2 volte il tragitto dalla struttura dove si trovava la reception… pessimo tutto mai più…

- Rita (8/5): Bella struttura - Della struttura mi è piaciuto il personale gentile soprattutto il direttore con cui abbiamo stretto amicizia davvero una bella persona, la posizione scegliendo quella zona si ha il mare vicino e anche il centro con locali e negozi aperti fino a tardi, il cibo il più delle volte con vasta scelta di alimenti nonostante abituati ai sapori italiani ci è piaciuto, la piscina molto confortevole anche se piccolina , signore delle pulizie davvero gentili insomma prevale la gentilezza . Mi spiace dirlo perché siamo stati davvero bene questa settimana ma alcune pecche ci sono state almeno dal nostro punto di vista e dalle nostre esigenze , innanzitutto la camera dalle foto sembra più grande e più moderna e nuova invece è più piccola e discreta almeno quella che ci hanno dato a noi, poi i bidoni della spazzatura troppo vicini al ristorante / piscina /hotel che anche quando erano vuoti puzzavano tanto , essendo del mestiere ho notato soprattutto il personale in sala davvero gentile ma un po’ ansiosi a togliere subito i piatti dal tavolo non appena ti alzavi(al nostro fianco una scena comica , la coppia si era alzata 1 minuto a fare un bis di portate al ritorno nn hanno trovato più la mise en place al loro posto 🤣 dovendola rimettere pulita e loro un po’ imbarazzati ) per me dovrebbero essere un po’ più sciolti e lasciar la clientela più a loro agio senza pressione e sentirsi osservati in ogni cosa. Del cibo : le uova a occhio di bue cotte in un mare di olio spero che quando ritorneremo (perché nonostante alcune pecche abbiamo intenzione di ritornarci) mi accontenteranno a cucinare senza friggere ogni cosa 😂 ultima cosa spero che rinnovino un po’ la palestra perché la struttura di multipower che hanno e’ rotto il mio fidanzato ci stava rimanendo sotto davvero pericoloso ⚠️ meglio toglierlo che averlo così …infatti noi abbiamo prenotato lì anche per aver la comodità della palestra ma siamo dovuti andare in un altra che fortunatamente abbiamo trovato a 3 min a piedi davvero ottima per fortuna 🙏 detto ciò ringrazio comunque della settimana passata lì ci ritorneremo e speriamo di trovare migliorie per renderlo perfetto 😙💪🏻❤️

- grigore danut (1/5): - J'ai rien aimé l'hôtel ne correspond pas aux images postées sur le site et la chambre ne correspond pas à la photo postée sur le site je suis vraiment déçu pour cette location pour séjourner en vacances car le service ne correspond pas au 4 étoiles après chaque personne à son opinion le mien je suis vraiment déçu de cette réservation j'ai rien apprécié je déconseille vivement à d'autres personnes de héberger à cet hôtel car le dîner c'est toujours le mêmes le petit-déjeuner aussi dans les 10 jours j'ai dû manger trois fois à cette établissement car la bouffe n'est pas correcte j'ai dû manger à l'extérieur dans des restaurants corect je déconseille vivement de séjourner dans cette établissement les chambres ne correspond pas aux photos sur le site elles sont dégueulasses pour le prix que j'ai payé à l'avenir je viendrai plus dans cette établissement à la location de séjour il y avait marqué vue sur mer regarder les photos quelle vue sur mer les poubelles j'ai d'autres photos que je peux pas les rajouter car il y a pas assez de place et le personnel il n'est pas aux attentes car pendant le dîner il se presse à débarrasser les assiettes alors qu'on a même pas fini de manger que déjà il débarrasse on était assis à la table on a fini de manger dans l'assiette on s'est levé pour prendre le dessert et à notre retour à table elle était débarrassée alors que on était dans la salle à manger l'impression que j'avais que le personnel était dérangé par notre présence d'un regard si méchant pas un seul sourire il se dépêcher à débarrasser il semblait mécontent de notre présence à l'avenir je vous conseille de bien regarder où vous séjourné pendant vos vacances les photos c'est que du blabla les rideaux des chambres ils n'ont pas été changé depuis 10 ans au moins vu l'état et la saleté qui s'accumulait dessus
- Natalina (9/5): - Wat een geweldige hotel. Ik kwam aan en werd ingecheckt door Yara geweldige receptioniste zo vriendelijk zorgzaam. Ik was alleen op vakantie en voelde mij zo veilig hier. De huishoudster Maria zorgde dat mijn kamer elke dag super schoon was lieve dame. Echt ik raad iedereen dit hotel aan ga zeker weer teruh

- Silvy_tas (10/5): Eccezionale - La camera è carina e pulita, lo staff gentile e sorridente il cibo buono anche se un po' fuori dalle nostre abitudini ma c è molta scelta la posizione è comoda alle spiagge e alla movida serale Nulla che centri con l' albergo in se col senno di poi avrei spezzato il soggiorno in due punti per visitare meglio l' isola

La camera molto più piccola del previsto con due vetrate al posto dei muri , dove già alle 5 entrava luce a go go ..nonostante le tende oscuranti... letto molto comodo..
