• Argal (1/5): - Tesis resmen bir fabrikanın 3 katını otel odasına çevirmişler. Otel değil bir mülteci kampına benziyordu. Büyük bir hayal kırıklığına uğradım, bir dakika bile kalmadan çıktım, başka otel aradım ve çok büyük bir mahrumiyet yaşadım. Param çöpe gittim, tatilim berbat bir moral bozukluğu ile geçti. Kalmadığım bir otele para ödemek kandırılışmış ve dolandırıcılmış hissi yarattı. Tüm tatili bu nasıl olabilir ile geçti. Tesis yok bir fabrikanın bir katına yatak atmışlar ve otel diye satıyorlar. Dieses „Hotel“ war nichts anderes als drei Etagen einer alten Fabrik, die notdürftig in Zimmer umgewandelt wurden. Es fühlte sich nicht wie ein Hotel an, sondern wie ein Flüchtlingslager. Ich war schockiert und zutiefst enttäuscht. Ich bin keine einzige Minute geblieben und musste panisch ein anderes Hotel suchen. Mein Geld war komplett verschwendet und mein Urlaub wurde von Frust und Enttäuschung überschattet. Für ein Hotel zu bezahlen, in dem man unmöglich bleiben kann, hinterlässt ein Gefühl von Täuschung und regelrechtem Betrug. Die ganze Reise drehte sich nur noch um die Frage: „Wie kann so etwas überhaupt als Hotel verkauft werden?“ Es gab keine echte Hotelatmosphäre — man hatte einfach Betten in eine Fabriketage gestellt und es als Unterkunft vermarktet. This “hotel” was nothing more than three floors of an old factory converted into rooms. It did not feel like a hotel at all — it felt more like a refugee camp. I was shocked and deeply disappointed. I left immediately without staying even a single minute and had to desperately search for another hotel. My money was completely wasted, and my vacation was ruined by frustration and disappointment. Paying for a place where it is impossible to stay makes you feel deceived and scammed. My entire trip was overshadowed by one question: “How can something like this even be sold as a hotel?” There was no real hotel atmosphere whatsoever — they simply threw beds into a factory floor and marketed it as accommodation. Nicht so viele Infos z.b.: Terrasse, ob nur wir die benutzen oder auch andere Kunden, weil bei der Terasse, waren auch viele Fenster wir wussten nicht ob die es auch benutzen

• Reto (6/5): Gut für einen Businesstrip. - Das Hotel ist gut zu erreichen und an ruhiger Lage. Das Zimmer gut eingerichtet und es war sauber. Es hat Teppichböden, welche jedoch auch ausreichend sauber auf mich wirkten. Ich konnte mich nicht in das W-Lan einwählen und das Anmalden am Empfangsbildschirm ging nicht ohne telefonischen Support (Namen systembedingt vertauscht).

• Basvinc (9/5): Hôtel étonnant et surprenant - La taille de la chambre et le parking gratuit. Petit-déjeuner simple mais apprécié. Zone calme étonnement malgré le passage des avions et de la police à côté. L'emplacement n'a pas été compliqué à trouver mais le site laisse perplexe au début entre zone industrielle et entreprises dans le bâtiment. Un deuxième linge pour la douche aurait été top.

Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig bemessen, mit Lounge zum lümmeln.... - ich glaube, ich habe ein Upgrade erwischt - Danke! Die Gänge sind etwas sehr industriell - der Zutritt etwas kompliziert. Wenn man die Formalitäten Online im Vorfeld erledigen könnte und dann easyer eintreten könnte, wäre das sicher (noch) cool(er)!
• elodie (8/5): Très bien mais pas pour un long séjour - La chambre très spacieuse. Les lits confortables. L'emplacement idéal pour nous entre les chutes du Rhin et Zurich. La place de parking gratuite juste devant l'hôtel. Il n'y a pas de personnel sur place donc personne en cas de problème ou de demande particulière. Les rideaux laissent passer la lumière du jour sur les côtés donc nous sommes réveillés avec le soleil. Le dernier matin l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait plus et nous étions au 3ième étage avec 2 gros sacs 🥴

• Nellita (6/5): - Chambre très spacieuse avec un coin canapé. Espaces généreux pour la salle de bains , grande douche. Très propre. L'hôtel se trouve dans une zone industrielle, entouré de garages. Il s'agit d'un ancien bâtiment industriel transformé en hôtel. Pas de personnel sur place, il faut faire son check-in soi-même sur la machine devant l'entrée de l'hôtel. Nous nous sommes trouvés devant la porte fermée à clés de l'espace petit déjeuner alors que nous avions réservé avec l'option petit déjeuner ... finalement, nous avons trouvé du personnel sur place qui nous a répondu que l'espace fermait à 10h ; il était 9h45 !

• Michael (8/5): Gutes Hotel für eine Nacht - Zu der Frage, wie das Personal war kann ich leider keine Angaben machen. Da es kein Personal gab. Ging alles online. Hat aber alles super geklappt. Es gab zwar ein Getränkeautomat.. Der war aber sehr spärlich bestückt.. Da könnte man den Gästen etwas mehr anbieten..
• Markus (6/5): Gut für eine Nacht, doch nichts für länger. - Das Zimmer war sehr gross und ruhig und standardmässig ausgestattet. Dazu Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und es hatte auch einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Leider ging die Buchung irgendwie unter, so dass ich rund 1/2h draussen mit dem Helpdesk telefonieren musste, bis mir eine Ersatzkarte ausgegeben wurde (Empfang ist nur bis 18 Uhr besetzt). Da ich nicht sagen kann, wer daran schuld ist, erwähne ich es einfach. Das Frühstück war etwas mässig. Alles abgepackt und nichts frisches ausser ein paar Gurkenscheiben und Tomätchen und die Aufbackwaren waren nicht der letzte Schrei. Ist sicher gut für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise doch nichts für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

• Gordy (9/5): Now the we have figured out the registration process, we will stay here again whenever we have a morning flight. Althoug - Great room, nice large area and big bathroom . The location made it an 8 minute drive to the airport. Booking failed to send acknowledgment to my email, thus with the self service check in took several tries to figure out entry. The WiFi in our room was nonexistent, I had to go to the hall for great reception

As for the staff, I have nothing to say since we didn't see anyone because you make your chek in on your own via the automatic screen..And they should inform about the exact hours for breakfast because when we went to have breakfast it was closed and we couldn't find anyone to serve us.
