- Vien (10/5): - The property is great and the rooms are relatively quite considering we were facing the traffic. The bathrooms are pretty modern, the rooms pretty clean and beds are comfy. The only thing that annoyed us was that we could smell smoke coming into our room. Due to people smoking outside. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

- Sheeridantaaylor (10/5): Family Trip. - Can't say a bad thing about this place. Although on a busy road, and within the vicinity of a pub and a train line, not all that noisy. Great staff, so helpful and happy to do anything (including warming my baby bottles between open hours 8 am-8 pm). A very rare motel stay these days, as we own a camper trailer, a great time was had by all. A family trip the the Sydney Zoo. Spacious rooms, ours had 2 double beds, and our travel portacot - our 4yo loved that she had a big double all to herself. Our 4yo also loved that she had the big desk to herself for her drawings and the hidey holes in the bedsides for all her toys. A decent sized bathroom with a great shower, and plenty of cabinetry. And although the parks were not allocated, we were so lucky to almost have the spot right outside our room every time we came back from being out. The little coffee nook is always great, too, for our morning coffee and tea when the children wake up. Will be happy to return again in the future. Thanks for having us.

- Joanne (10/5): Worth staying and friendly - Great place to stay, they rang in the morning to check all was ok for our stay and offered us the room for earlier check in which we appreciated and arrived early instead of filling in time. Very friendly on arrival, easy check in. Ground floor unit requested and provided. Room & bed felt clean, had all the usual amenities, tea/coffee/biscuits etc, cold water filled, body wash etc in large containers on the wall, easy to use & nice smelling. Easy parking and free. We were going to Panthers for an event and Select Inn was around the corner (5min drive). Value for money. Very happy and would stay again.

- K6823LFluket (6/5): Lovely clean room . Queen beds are actually double - Lovely clean room , beds were a little firm but fine . Lots of room for a family of 4. We were advised that our room was a queen bed and 2 singles . When we arrived , the room consisted of a double bed and 2 single beds , the "queen" bed rooms do not have queen beds . This was disappointing as my husband is 6 ft 5 & found it uncomfortable sleeping in a double bed .

More importantly the bed linen was found to have several visible stains including top cover in several places & both pillows. The wall next to the bed also looked like it had not been cleaned for sometime. Otherwise other areas of the rooms were very well maintained. Staff were pleasant and friendly at check-in

- Melanie (10/5): - Our stay was very short but very pleasant, we had a queen room & all the facilities were great for us. Modern, very clean, smelt nice inside room, bed was very comfy. Everything was in good condition, nothing broken,no fading or peeling paint, no gross marks or dust or anything. It was like it just opened that week and everything was brand new! The shower was so great, we couldn’t remember the last time we stayed somewhere with decent water pressure! The reception lady was very friendly and check in and out were very easy, her instructions were clear and she gave us all information we needed. I liked that the room had a full length mirror! We really can’t fault anything with our stay. We looked up other accommodations and this place was one of the cheapest, closest to the penrith city centre so, for the price and how perfect it was we will stay again!

- Hannah (10/5): Loved our stay - Beautifully done up hotel. It was a last minute booking. We booked the family suite and it was really lovely and so big and perfect for us travelling with small kids!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Receptionist/Manager👎 Cleaners👍 - Receptionist/Manager was very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful, created "hotel rules" saying we were not allowed visitors, no kids allowed in our specific room and even had yelled at us and would hang around outside our hotel room the whole stay. She threatened to lock the key to our room and call police because we had children visiting us during the day. The cleaners and maintenance people were all lovely towards us all and customer service from them was good.

- Toowoombatourist (8/5): PLEASANT SURPRISE - This property is well maintained and gives a good initial impression when you enter it's reception area. It has ample on-site parking with some being undercover. We had no trouble accessing our keycard after hours due to our late arrival and found the room easily... although a lift would be handy if you have difficulty negotiating stairs especially with luggage. Our interactions with the staff were polite and their directions for access were clear and concise. The room was nicely presented, very clean, quite spacious and well-appointed with all the usual motel must-haves. The property is situated an easy drive from numerous dining options and would be a great choice if you were attending a football game at the local stadium. Reasonably priced for the quality and position of the motel.

Would recommend , good value also. No complaints.
- S5147ZTpaulb (4/5): Poor Experience at Select Inn - Beds and shower were the best part of the experience. If you expect to do a basic self cater, no toaster nor microwave. I asked why and they said potential for fire damage. I travel and use accommodation regularly and this is an absolute disappointing rarity. Also we had strange smells which were sewage venting smells, but with their limited desk hours and access to report, it was useless. With an engineering background, I ensured all waste traps were charged which seemed to limit the odour, but could be indicative of a larger issue. We also had a family in the room above with kids bouncing around the timber floor and noisy until after 11.00pm. Again, with no desk access its hard to report and have management sort the issue. We also noticed that even though it was accommodation close to many things around Penrith, it was not well patronised and I was pleased to leave after our few days and unless things change drastically, I won't be stay at Select Inn again.

- 356susieb (10/5): A Great Accommodation Experience and Service - We cannot recommend this establishment highly enough. Great accommodation and location (a fabulous tavern very close by) but it was the service we were given by their receptionist Smita, which impressed us the most. We stayed there over the long weekend in early October. Our prebooked confirmed accommodation in Wyong was suddenly not available and we were in danger of spending the night in our car. We made numerous frantic phone calls. A last minute cancellation was offered to us. After driving from Wyong we were very stressed and eternally grateful for the service we were given. Smita took care of us so well, not just doing her job professionally, but doing it in such a kind and compassionate way! A huge thanks to you!!
