J’ai regretté que notre demande de lit double, pourtant acceptée, n’ait pas été respectée, puisque nous avons eu deux lits simples, sans en avoir été informés ni que cela soit discuté ou expliqué durant notre séjour.

• Robin (10/5): - Beautiful courtyard! Nice historic property with fabulous rooftop views. Walk to harbor, lighthouse, museum, shopping and restaurants. The staff were very kind and helpful! The on street parking is a challenge with very narrow streets.
• Hélène (9/5): Un endroit très agréable, très bien situé. - Tr;ès bel hébergement. La cour intérieure est magnifique, fleurie. En mai, calme. Très très bien situé. Nous avons trouvé un stationnement à proximité. Endroit propre, lit confortable. Personnel courtois et toujours présent pour répondre à nos questionnements. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Lorsqu'il fait beau, il est très agréable de prendre la petit déjeuner sur le toit terrasse qui offre une vue magnifique. Par contre, lorsqu'il fait froid, qu'il vente ou qu'il pleut, c'est un peu moins agréable mais nous avons toujours la possibilité de prendre notre petit déjeuner dans notre chambre.

• Michael (10/5): Stunning, peaceful and in the BEST location - We travelled here with our two children from Australia and stayed here for 10 nights. The location is unbelievable. Only a 6/7min walk from the free car park and 100m away from the port in the old town. Despite being super close to all the action it’s super peaceful and a great little refuge to base yourself. It’s a stunning building with lovely staff and nothing is going to beat sitting having the most gorgeous, peaceful breakfast in the rooftop overlooking the water and the old square. That we didn’t stay longer

• David (8/5): We had an enjoyable stay in Suites Pandora which is ideally located near the Old Port. - We had a good, spacious room with a view over the old Venetian Port. The owner and staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was served on the roof terrace which would have been pleasant in nicer weather. During our stay it was extremely windy. The breakfast itself was very limited.

Emplacement au top Tout est propre Le personnel adorable Terrasse magnifique avec une vue sur le port Le + du petit dej : le jus d’orange frais Point négatif à la période où il n’est pas possible de prendre le petit dej sur la terrasse, il faut mettre le petit dej sur un plateau et descendre deux étages, c’est assez laborieux, et ensuite tout remonter. Petit dej pas assez varié et les œufs brouillés sont froid. Bref tout super mais déçue du petit dej !
• Jutta (7/5): - Die Lage und die Dachterrasse waren sehr schön. Nachts war es bis 5 Uhr morgens sehr laut . Da es regnete , könnten wir auf der Dachterrasse vom Hotel nicht frühstücken . Wir haben uns das Frühstück auf einem Tablet geholt , Kaffe Rührei waren kalt . Im Zimmer haben wir gefroren , die Klimaanlage haben wir als Heizung genutzt . Wir sind mit einer dicken Erkältung nach Hause geflogen. Die Unterkunft ist jedoch fantastisch, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. In der Woche war das Wetter halt außergewöhnlich für diese Jahreszeit.
• Denis (6/5): Not worth the money - You are paying for the fabulous rooftop terrace view and there is a nice courtyard ( which we could see from one window in the halll, thus providing " our garden view") BUT, when the terrace is not usable ( high winds, dust, rain) you have to go up two flights, fill your breakfast tray, schlep it down two flights by which time it's cold... Noise.. dance club went on to 4 am.. not exceptionally loud but enough to bother light sleepers And in addition outside our bedroom window were numerous heat pump bases (see picture) This was our most expensive stay in all of Greece, I expected touches like tea bags and coffee to go with the kettle in our room...unfortunately no

• Rachel (7/5): Nice place with helpful staff - Great location and the staff was really helpful. The hotel is located right above a club in the heart of town so keep that in mind. Also, nothing closes in Greece till 1am and the restaurants and clubs don’t seem to ever close. 2 hour drive to herecklion and Elafonisi beach. We almost rented a car, but glad we didn’t because there wasn’t any parking and driving definitely looked intimidating there.

• Robert (9/5): I would recommend Suites Pandora to other travelers. - The room was unexpectedly special. It had a private patio that was quite large with a beautiful view of the harbor and the lighthouse. We entertained our friends there and spent more time on the patio than in our room. The location was excellent, close to the center, the port and other sites. If we had been staying longer, we would have made use of the kitchenette. Though many of the rooms at Suites Pandora have beautiful view of the harbor, or is I think the only one with a private patio. We were lucky. I would try to rent that room if we were to have a return stay. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop for breakfast was great. If I have to pick one thing to change, I would have liked to have had ample yogurt with granola and fruit for breakfast.
• Agnès (10/5): - chambre avec balcon et vue magnifique sur la baie, petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux servi par une dame charmante sur une grande terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle sur la baie et la ville. Emplacement parfait pour se promener dans la vieille ville; accès facile à tous les restaurants. Charme de cette maison historique. Très agréable du matin jusqu'en fin d'après-midi. Le défaut résulte de l'emplacement si proche de la zone d'animation nocturne avec des établissements (bars ou restaurants) qui mettent de la musique extrêmement fort, transformant la baie en boîte de nuit de plein air. Cacophonie, bruit jusque très tard dans la nuit, obligés de fermer les fenêtres (double-vitrages, heureusement) ce qui est dommage car la température était douce.

• Antonia (9/5): Die Lage - Die Terrasse - ein Traum - Unser Zimmer war sehr groß. Blick auf den Hafen... wunderschön. Sehr bequeme Betten. Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ein absolutes Highlight. Dachterasse ist auch abends nutzbar - mit seinem eigenen Getränk. Das Bad in unserem Zimmer war sehr sehr klein. Das Waschbecken war viel zu klein und der Wasserhahn passte nicht dazu. Ist halt direkt in der Altstadt - Hafen. Da kann es auch mal laut sein. Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag bis 5 Uhr Musik aus dem Club.

• Alexander (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert! - Die Lage ist fantastisch: Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße ohne Durchgangsverkehr direkt oberhalb des alten Venezianischen Hafens. Damit hat man das Beste aus Welten - absolute Ruhe aber man ist dennoch in weniger als 2 Minuten zu Fuß am Hafen. Der Innengarten ist sehr schön und eine Oase der Ruhe, die Dachterasse (da gibt es auch das Frühstück und sie ist 24/7 geöffnet) bietet einen echt grandiosen Ausblick. Sehr freundliches und kundenorientiertes Personal! Das Badezimmer ist etwas beengt im Bereich des Waschbeckens aber nicht so sehr, dass es wirklich stört. Dafür hat die Dusche eine gute Größe.

Very comfortable mattresses. Rooms with air conditioning. A handy little kitchenette. Very quiet as we had a garden facing room. Staff extremely welcoming. It was lovely having breakfast on the roof terrace. But on the one day it rained in the morning, it was a bit awkward fetching breakfast from upstairs and taking it down to our room.

It’s a good breakfast but not a lot of choice The owner holds parking spots for guests in front of the hotel We stayed in the Aphroditi room. It offers a balcony overlooking the harbour My only caution is the nightclub area is below the hotel and can be loud until late into the early hours of the morning

• Anne-Marie (10/5): Un pur bonheur - L’extrême gentillesse de l’accueil L’emplacement très central mais très calme (sauf le samedi soir la musique de la boite voisine mais on ne peut pas tout avoir et ça n’a pas duré toute la nuit !) La vue est à couper le souffle ! La propreté bien sûr Et le soin apporté à la décoration des chambres, qui portent le nom des dieux de l’Olympe : vitrail, icônes, draps brodés, robinetterie à l’ancienne etc .. Absolument rien !

Adult guests, adult atmosphere - best location end September - Located in old town, yet ever so quiet - we loved the inner yard and the decor of the hotel - let’s call it a boutique hotel - with an excellent staff caring for the place itself and its customers. • armourgg19 (10/5): Beautiful hotel in historical building alongside harbour in central Chania - A lovely hotel in a beautifully restored historical building by the harbour in central Chania. The decor and general ambience were in character with the style of building. A real bonus was car parking on the street right outside the hotel. A lovely breakfast was served on the roof top terrace and guests were free to use the terrace at all times of the day and evening. The staff were very very helpful and made many suggestions about places to visit. The Pandora Suites are in a perfect location and a wonderful base for exploring the delights of Crete.

La localización es inmejorable para descubrir La Canea: a unos pasos del puerto, poder desayunar en la terraza, justo sobre la mezquita Tzami Kiutsuk Hasan y con vistas directas al puerto (“encima”) es un auténtico privilegio. El desayuno no ofrece una gran variedad, pero la calidad es excelente. El personal es atento y destaca la amabilidad de la responsable del servicio de desayunos.

Rooms were spacious and tastefully done, excellent service from advice on where to eat to cleaning to the outstanding rooftop breakfast. We will definitely be back!

• Theodosia (8/5): We loved the location and would stay there again. - Great location, the views from the terrace were amazing. Dora at reception was very helpful. If I have to pick something I would say the bathroom sink could have been more functional.
