- Alsalem (9/5): سأحجز في هذا الفندق مرة أخرى باذن الله. - استمتعت بالإفطار ولديهم منيو غداء جيدة، والأثاث جديد ونظيف، والتعامل راقي. طلبنا وجبة غداء، ولكن المطعم لم يرد على الهاتف، فاضطررنا إلى ترك الطلب مع موظفة الاستقبال. وقد حدث تغيير لرقم الغرفة لا أعرف من تسبب به. وبعد انتظار طويل أرسل الغداء إلى غرفة أخرى. فطلبنا غداءنا من هنقر ستيشن بعد أن عانينا من الجوع والانتظار.

- Ahmad (1/5): كابوس . - - سكنت أولا في غرفة مظلمة وليس فيها إطلالة والثلاجة تصدر صوتا مزعجا جدا اضطررت بسببه إلى فصل الكهرباء عنها . الهاتف كان شبه معطل . طلبت تبديل الغرفة ولم يتم الأمر - بعد وعود متكررة من الاستقبال - إلا بعد خمس ساعات!! الموظف المسؤول قال لي إنه لم يبلغ إلا الآن .

- Alistair (8/5): A friendly stay in Buraidah - The reception staff were particularly friendly and helpful, sourcing information regarding the opening times of the museum. The bed was really comfortable. The gym had seen better days, it urgently needs some TLC, many of the machines don't work.

- Ata (4/5): please improve your stuff skills - location The path tube was blocked and I ask the staff to come and open it to let water to release . I also ask reception to bring me 4 water bottles , but he refused in a bad way .
