On se sent comme à la maison et le feu dans la cheminée offre une atmosphère très chaleureuse le soir après une journée de visites. Alexandra et Pascal sont très accueillants et de bon conseil, que ce soit pour les visites, les restaurants ou le vin. Je recommande très fortement cette maison d’hôtes

Le petit déjeuner est super, des produits frais de qualité, faits maison, et jamais les mêmes. Je recommande fortement cet établissement. L'établissement est trés bien situé pour les visites, prés de Chenonceaux, Chambord.....

• Lorna (10/5): A magical place away from the hustle and bustle of tourism, hosted with much thought and care. - Breakfast devine - selections of home-grown fruits, homemade yoghurt, preserves and granola, local goats cheeses and breads, the best coffee I have ever had in France, delightful selection of teas. Host/ess unobtrusive yet attentive to all our needs. Location was a delightful surprise - an escape from tourism, and gave us a the recharge we needed. Had a quiet picnic dinner in the garden as the peace and quiet was best for us. Our room was large and incredibly comfortable, with carefully chosen artefacts and design. Bathroom couldn't have been better. We didn't get to use the pool but saw other guests having a great time. One of our party had trouble walking up the front stairs as there was no banister, although he was permitted to use the lift which is normally reserved for luggage.

The setting is beautiful, and the atmosphere calm and relaxing. Our room was very comfortable, breakfast was ample and tasty, and we really appreciated the peaceful location. It was also fascinating to see the old, now defunct mill that forms part of the property — a lovely historical touch. The swimming pool looked inviting, though we didn’t have time to enjoy it on this visit. We would not hesitate to return and hope to stay longer next time. Nothing

What made our stay so enjoyable was the friendliness of the owners who were happy to chat in French/English and give advice on where to visit and eat. Alexandra provided a lovely breakfast each morning with lots of local produce...some from her own garden. We plan to stay again next year!! Nothing!

Great location on the river, alongside riverside walking / cycling paths. Nothing controllable in that it was very hot while we were there - fans were provided (and not sure we would have survived without!) - and being on the riverside you had to be careful with opening windows in afternoon / evening due to the bugs. And lovely to be outside town, but it did limit access to restaurants within walkable distance.

• PIERRE (10/5): Parfait - Excellent accueil, la maison est très propre et décorée avec goût. On se sent comme à la maison. Le lieu est charmant, à l'image de l'hôtesse.
• Ari (10/5): Old mill B&B - Lovely old mill with tranquil surroundings and peaceful environment. Perfect place for stop over or even longer stay. Near by village offered top class cuisine and service from hostess was superb. Highly recommendation to visit and you can enjoy French countryside as it best.
