- William (10/5): Even the roses shimmy and shine - My fifth stay at The Peninsula Paris, I love everything about it. The building, the warmth of the rooms, the quality of the food, and especially the friendly and helpful service of the staff. The gym is spacious and modern. My partner loved the spa treatments. For my birthday we arrived at the room after dinner to find they had decorated the bathroom with candles and rose petals and had drawn a bath topped with rose petals. Spectacular!

They left dirty dishes in our room for our entire four nights stay, which they didn’t remove until we asked. Except for the croissants breakfast was very underwhelming.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Better options in Paris - The property is great, bed is comfy, towels are plushy and delicious, cleanliness is amazing and the hotel staff were very nice but the restaurant was highly disappointing. I am unfortunately rating the hotel based on the restaurant experience as well. The one part that was completely unacceptable on the hotel's part is that I had amenities delivered to our suite twice during my stay that included an allergen for me and when I expressed this at check out, the answer I received was, "It would have been better if you had let us know yesterday." Well, it would have been better if the hotel had read all of the notes on my profile as they were fully aware from weeks beforehand and in writing. Also, I felt very ill during my stay so calling In-Room Services was not a priority and I should not have to be the one pointing this humongous mistake out if I have already given the hotel the information. This is particularly dangerous if you have children! Regarding the restaurant, when I ordered the 40 Euro "Exotic Berries" plate which was simply a tiny plate (size of a handful at best) of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, it came with visibly moldy blueberries. Also, part of Wait Staff was very rude.

They were no way mean or nasty. It just seemed sterile and generic compared to its competitors who were more on the personal level. I would think hotel in this level, this item should be the foremost. May be it was one off thing, least I hope.

It’s close to La Arc de Triumph and easy to get to anywhere in the city. The dining room was tastefully decorated in elegance and opulence. Very comparable to the nicest Four Seasons if not better.

Both sings in the bathroom were clogged, the breakfast service in the main dining room was very disappointing, specifically, the wait and confusion for a table, my wife rcd her breakfast 10 minutes prior to my cold eggs arriving, and we had to constantly wave at the staff to get a coffee or water refill.
- MIGUEL (10/5): Almost perfect 9.9/10 - Please excuse my very informal review 1. Checking in was very quick around less than 5mins 2. The hotel lobby was beautiful 3. Concierge service was extra amazing 4. We got a deluxe suite (room 511) which too was heavenly (but my only wish is that the curtains were more “blackout” because im a very light sleeper and light seeps in through the wooden window gaps 5. Room service is good and quick 6. The fully automated room is very modern and i love it 7. The bathroom is gorgeous 8. Room is very very quiet 9. Minibar is great 10. Staff are very friendly and helpful 11. Id definitely stay here again next time 12. Was able to watch netflix (thank you) 13. Maybe the bedroom tv could have been made bigger We were very well taken care of in this hotel. We felt very safe and at home but with luxury and exclusivity.

- Jose (10/5): Romantic for anniversary in the City of Love - Awesome stay highly recommended. The terrace bar has the worst French Fries but drinks are amazing. The ground floor restaurant has no chef recommendations on the weekend and you must make a reservation, no paper napkins so swallow your gum or throw it out in the toilet. These are not actual part of the hotel stay so I didn’t take off any point for these minor things. Will be staying there on June 16 so let’s see if these things are corrected. Concierge was awesome with getting us a hotel affiliated photographer to take some romantic pictures throughout paris and the Romantic Hotel.

- Anne (10/5): A truly exceptional hotel - Our stay at the The Peninsula Paris was to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary, it was truly memorable. The hotel had only been open 4 years it was spectacular, the attention to detail regarding the decor and furnishings was exceptional. We were made so welcome by all the staff from the minute we checked in to checking out, they created a relaxed friendly atmosphere. My husband started to read a book in our room about the history of The Peninsula, he was disappointed not to be able to finish it before we left, we asked if we could purchase it. The assistant manager kindly said we could take it complements of the hotel, he was delighted. The highlight of our stay was dinner at the roof top restaurant with views of the Eiffel Tower, the service was superb and the food amazing. I have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world but this one is the best.

- AC (10/5): - The Peninsula is an oasis of tranquility in the middle of Paris. The historical building has been beautifully restored, and it was always a nice and calm experience to walk through the elegant lobby. Although there were unfortunately some initial issues during the stay, the manager went above and beyond to rectify things. He did an excellent job in terms of communication and turning what would have been a good stay into a fantastic one. The L'Oiseau Blanc restaurant on the top floor offers some of the best views in Paris, and the food deserves a Michelin star.

- Walter (10/5): Top Notch Service - The Peninsula Hotel is one of the best hotels available. This one in Paris is very centrally located, you really can't do better in that regard. Staff is polite and at your finger tips always. Spa is very clean and well stocked, if not the best bang for the buck (we have had better for the money spent, but it is very good). The room is clean beyond most and the size is adequate, by and large. The lighting and blinking tell tales are annoying though, to be honest. Everything electrical is on a touch pad and it takes some time to figure it out; there are no switches. So to use the lamp at the desk all of the lights have to be on and there is no separate dimming: They are all on the same level so no bright lamp at the desk and lower everywhere else. Middle of the night is a blinking light show for the light sleepers. But absolutely a top experience. We will be staying at other locations as travel plans allow.

Two only things were that the Breakfast waiter forgot what we ordered both of the mornings and no sound from the tv at the bathroom. But we will be back at Peninsula, thank you :)
- Verified traveler (10/5): Overall pleasant stay. - Everything was fantastic. Always love staying at other Peninsula property. There was one minor glitch and it may have just been an isolated incident but I happened to check in early at around a little past 11am and the manager had said that my room will be ready in a hour, so I waited for about an hour an a half and no one came to get me. I had to go up the front desk again and ask another front desk staff if my room was ready and she was on it immediately while the manager was literally right next to her doing something, so perhaps she didn’t hear or noticed me? That’s why she didn’t acknowledge me or the issue? Anyway, it’s no big deal and the rest of my stay overall was pleasant. The room service staff were very polite, respectful and courteous.
- Mike (10/5): Wife's 50th birthday trip - The hotel was perfect in every way. Everything was 5 stars, from the staff, to the room to the restaurants, to the view of the Eiffel Tower from the roof top patio and restaurant.
- C (10/5): Great hotel and service - Impeccable service from arrival to departure. From guest liaison, concierge, receptionist, and house staff. Our room was modern, immaculate and roomy with decadent bathrooms and nicely furnished separate sitting area and desk. We stayed at a junior suite with a stylish separate changing room and large modern bathroom with rainfall showers and spa like separate bathtub. The hotel itself was beautifully and immaculately restored. There was a reception for the president of Portugal there on our last day. The lobby, restaurants and bar are some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The free mini bar was well stocked with drinks. The indoor pool is stunning. And the steam shower, sauna and relaxation room in the spa were wonderfully relaxing. Concierges were extremely helpful in arranging restaurant reservations, skipping lines for attractions, and even reserving great seats for a concert. View from our room was beautiful, with gorgeous Parisian architecture lining the street. Room was quiet at night, seemed sound proof. Bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. My only complaint is that hotel Asian restaurant prices were a bit high, although the food was very were prepared. But we encountered this issue at other restaurants in Paris. I’ve stayed at numerous fine hotels, mostly in the US. The service at this hotel was the best I’ve ever experienced— professional yet friendly and always attentive to details. I look forward to staying here again.

EVERYTHING!!! lili restaurant is so good!!! 5 minutes walk from arc de triomphe, 10/15 min walk to eiffel tower!!! pleasant walk by the way!!!

No initiative to make our stay special, ipad controlling room facilities not working in the first night, check in staff, powerless, poor rapport and very robotic.
