Olena (8/5): Great location and overall a pleasant stay, with clean, spacious rooms and complimentary drinking water provided. Howeve - Great location, spacious rooms, hotel provided daily drinking water bottles The hotel unfortunately had an issue with electricity during my stay. In my first room, the home automation and key card system malfunctioned in the middle of the night — the lights suddenly turned on at around 2am and continued switching on and off several times. This significantly disrupted my sleep. To their credit, the staff changed my room in the morning and I did not experience the same issue again afterward. However, the initial experience was quite uncomfortable and unexpected.

The hotel offers excellent service, very clean rooms, and an amazing view. My room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. A special thank you to the F&B team, especially Amit, Suleiman, for the warm hospitality. Also, big thanks to the Front Office team: Rania the front Office Manager Naima, Caroline, Yasser, Pewina , Imam, and all the bellboys Nicolas, Quincy, Fahad, Abdelnabi, and Ghaffour for their kindness and professionalism. I would also like to thank Noval from Housekeeping, who was very helpful and attentive during my stay. I highly recommend booking through the hotel application.
