- Bodour (4/5): - Nothing It is unreasonable for the cleaning staff to come after dinner. Last night, they came at 9:30 PM just to clean, which is a sleeping time, not a cleaning time. The water is either cold or there is very little hot water available in the bathroom. Also, the room feels closed and stuffy because no sunlight enters it.

- MAHMOUD (5/5): لا تعليق - سلوك الموظفين للأسف تجربة سيئة لسببين الأول يضعون مفجر كفرات للسيارات وحرفيا تسبب في مشكلة بسيارتى التانى ازعاج منقطع النظير كنت اسكن بعائلتى لمدة يومين وتقريبا الغرفة اللي جنبنا شباب سعوديين وصوت عالي وإزعاج منقطع النظير واشتكيت الفندق وبعدها انحلّت بس بعد ساعة تقريبا وتانى يوم نفس الوضع صراحة لا انصح فيه للسببين ذولا وإلا هو كموقع جيد و خدمة جيدة

- Jennifer (1/5): Worst hotel i have ever stayed at- not hilton standard at all. - I liked checking out We had to move rooms twice. The first room had no hot water. The second room had a rancid smell. Finally the third room was dirty, brown stains on the walls in the bathroom, water from the bath and shower was orange. We gave up and put up with it for the remainder of the stay. The food was terrible, just for the fact that it had been sitting out and was dried and cold. Most of the dishes had developed a crust or film over the top. Each table had a coffee pot with Khawa, and we witnessed the staff pour the remaining coffee into a large vessel from which coffee was later served. The rooms looked onto a function room so there was no privacy- ended up with curtains drawn sitting in the dark as the reception area had no lights. We cant believe this is a hilton. It was absolutely disgusting. We we alerted staff to all these issues they couldnt have cared less.

I waited for out for the check-in. And they said it for me your book wasn’t there. Because the first name was my family name and then my name so they did a problem about this thing there is nothing in the fridge
