La habitación en la que nos quedamos la alfombra sucia, el huesped anterior se ve que comio galletas y todos los grumos estaban en toda la alfombra, no la aspiraron, la habitación no estaba limpia. En lugar que las toallas estuvieran blancas, estaban grises.

En cuanto a los cuartos son amplios con muy buen AA, sugeriría tener la opción de un cobertor extra.La ubicación es buena, con gran vista a la marina y ciudad, pegado a la salida para los que vamos a disfrutar sus playas. En cuanto a la limpieza siempre han estado bien limpios pero en esta ocasión encontramos en uno de nuestros cuartos una cucaracha, entendemos que la ciudad batalla en esta temporada de la plaga pero al ser un Hotel de calidad debieran de considerar extremar sus políticas de fumigación. Es el tercer año que nos hospedamos con ustedes y lo repetiría. Se batalla un poco en las noches con el estacionamiento y que alrededor no hay una pequeña tienda de conveniencia para abastecerse antes de salir a las playas.

- Estefanía Saray (8/5): Personal con mal trato - La comodidad, la limpieza El trato del personal es muy indiferente y a veces grosero... solamente me tocó una chica del área de cafetería muy pero muy amable que hasta le fue a buscar a mi tía un croissant cuando ya se habían terminado para ofrecerle una atención que a mi parecer sobrepasa los niveles, ella es la única que de verdad 10/10. Tuvimos una experiencia con recepción que me decepcionó mucho ya que nosotras llegamos un día antes y mi tía se debía registrar al dia siguiente en su habitación pero llegó temprano, estaba esperando la hora de check- in, pero se dio cuenta que aún mi hermano ya le habían asignado su habitación en cuanto llegó y fue a intentar su check- in y se lo negaron, que por ka hora. Nos esperamos en la recepción y vimos llegar fácil a otras 7 familias a hacer check- in y los registraron y les asignaron su habitación, mi tía se volvió a acercar y le negaron... la verdad es que yo ya molesta me acerqué (ojo, molesta más no sin educación y siempre con respeto y comunicación asertiva) y solicité una explicación a estarle negando su habitación ya que habíamos visto varias familias a las cuales le habían entregado la habitación incluso de la misma capacidad que mi tía y en ese momento nos torcieron los ojos (literal) y nos asignaron la habitación. La verdad no sé qué pasó con la persona encargada porque mi tía siempre fue muy amable y atenta a solicitar su habitación y hasta esperó como le solicitaron, hasta que vimos que ya estaban abusando... la verdad es que no está lindo que desde que llegas ya te hagan pasar malos ratos y ni se disculpen. En fin solo felicito a la chica de cafetería, mis respetos, estoy segura que cuando la vean, sabrán quien es por su manera de atender.

- Adriana (5/5): - La limpieza y hubicacion Que en la aplicación te dan un costo por la estadía y cuando llegas a el lugar te cobran más de lo que indica la aplicación, mi reserva se hizo meses antes y cuando llegue a el hotel me cobran un 50 %mas de lo que la aplicación decía😠

- German (10/5): Muy buen hotel en una excelente ubicación y con un desayuno muy completo. - Desayuno completo, con alimentos de muy buena calidad y frescura. La ubicación es de las mejores de La Paz. Hay algunos restaurantes buenos cerca del hotel y está más cerca de las mejores playas de La Paz Los colchones se hundían un poco. Podría mejorarse la calidad de las camas para un mejor descanso.

- Francisco (10/5): A relaxing and enjoyable stay with stunning views and excellent service we’ll definitely return on our next trip to La P - We felt very comfortable during our stay. The facilities were spotless, the breakfast buffet was small but delicious, with great variety. The views from the property are absolutely spectacular, and the staff was always kind and attentive. The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is a bit far from downtown La Paz, so having a car is highly recommended. However, the comfort and peaceful atmosphere make it totally worth it.
- Paloma (9/5): Buen hotel para hacer excursiones a la playa - Está muy bien ubicado para ir a las playas. Las habitaciones son amplias y el personal es muy amable. El único pero es la humedad en las habitaciones, aunque había aire acondicionado no se podía eliminar la Humedad puesto que tampoco se pueden abrir las ventanas de ninguna manera.
