An average hotel for the price. - Convenient location, friendly staff, fairly clean overall, pretty good assortment of options for breakfast. The bed was not very comfortable, the TV had terrible cable options, which consisted of American news and sports, and it was not a smart TV. We could not connect our own devices or use streaming services. There was no Splenda or artificial sweetener available for the coffee and tea. Many, many people can't use sugar due to health conditions, but still like to drink coffee or tea. Myself and my husband included.

- Guest (9/5): Very enjoyable and would come again if in Dawson Creek. - Breakfast was excellent. Room was great, spacious, comfortable and relaxing. Really liked the idea of the restaurant/pub attached to the hotel so did not have to go outside to get something to eat. Restaurant menu was limited and tended to Pub food, and was OK. Breakfast closing at 9:00AM was early for those who did not have to work, but understandable when it opened at 5:00AM.

Staff was friendly and helpful when we had issues with the hot tub (since maintenance had gone home for the day). Cons: side emergency exit was locked from the inside at night (thankfully we were on the first floor in case there’d been an emergency), fireplace was not working, only basic tv channels - no cable, slow WiFi. Outdated property that has definitely seen better days. Summary: if you’re just looking for a bed and shower, get the standard room. If you’re looking for better quality, try somewhere else - maybe the Best Western.

Comfortable beds and all standard in-room amenities (coffee maker, fridge, microwave, shampoos, lotions). Laundry facilities open 24 hours. Simple, but comprehensive breakfast. Something for all my picky/allergic family members. I can't think of anything. We will absolutely stay again next time we're in town. Excellent value!!

- T5188OUmarkh (8/5): Above average budget hotel that checks all the boxes - I spent one night and this above average budget hotel, right on the Alaskan Highway. It was clean, it was convenient. It has a restaurant attached to the hotel. There’s a grocery store across the street. What more can you ask for on a motorcycle trip? The complementary breakfast was average. You don’t eat it because you like it, you eat it because it’s convenient or you’re just really cheap. I usually skip it, but I wanted to hit the road early today. I’m sure there are nicer hotels in Dawson Creek, but if all you’re gonna do is just sleep, I spend the extra money.

- Crystal (6/5): Kinda meh for the price you pay - Staff don’t seem to care too much, like when we checked out the lady only said “okay”, no asking how our stay was or thank you for staying with us. Just a very cold send off. When we arrived to the hotel after hours it was locked so we had to ring a doorbell to get let in. Must’ve rang it 5 times before someone finally came, apologizing over and over. We were on the main floor and it was quite noisy in the morning plus I heard footsteps above us. On the positive side the beds were comfortable and the room was modern and nice.

Very central location and close to site attractions. Travelled here for a business trip, but looking to book a family trip here as well. Highly recommended!

We were just starting to eat breakfast when an attendant came in and packed up all the food and turned off the tv that we were watching. She never said a word to us just noisily cleaned up and took everything. We didn’t get to finish, we wanted a cup of coffee never got to have one. It was a very disappointing end of our stay and spoiled our stay.

I hated asking to extend and got a dirty looks for morning breakfast and zero accommodation for an extended stay. If I could share that woman's face whenever she seen me I would. It was horrifying and she should be fired.

Overall, although I did experience some noise from a neighboring room which could happen at any hotel at any time, it was a pleasant stay and clean comfortable surroundings.

The one staff in the breakfast room was rude and kept banging everything real loudly as she cleaned, refreshed and put things away. She kept glaring at me and giving dirty looks. When I paid the bill they charged me more for the room than what was stated on my reservation.
