- John (3/5): ok, just average - breakfast was good, the lady running the breakfast was a rock Star Rooms have no real extras, no pen, no paper, two towels, no extra pillow.... rooms are very cold with no comfort items.

Staff could be more attentive at the front desk. Cleaning staff could do better. None of my pre check in requests were even close to being meet (top floor,away from elevators). Elevators were out of order during our stay.

Everyone could find something they liked. The only inconvenience was that there were not enough chairs in the dining room. Also some of the chairs were dirty. The coverlet on the bed enclosed the blanket and the top sheet. Every time I moved the sheet would come out followed by the blanket . The fabric the coverlet was made from was not comfortable against my skin. I thought the bed itself was a bit too firm for my liking.

There was no control over the people in the pool that were super loud, screaming and jumping nonstop, the adult of the 7 children has socks on in the jacuzzi and was carrying her baby around recklessly while on the phone this happened both nights we stayed. When brought to the front desks attention he brushed it off and said ok ok we know. The whole reason we booked this hotel was to use the pool and both nights we had to leave early due to how loud the room was and how chaotic it was. There needs to be rules in place to keep these amenity features exciting for everyone staying.

Our room was right around the corner from elevators and all day & into late at night all we could hear was the LOUD elevators going up & down. They were right on the other side of the wall. Reported it to the desk after dinner (checked in a 4:30 then went to dinner)never got back to us till 10pm. Wanted to move us to a new room at 10pm at night...we were checking out in the morning

There should be a handrail to enter and exit the shower; I'm 5' tall and 60+ and the step over the tub was higher than my knees. No removable shower head and small towels, but all clean. For one night it was fine. Breakfast was adequate- eggs, premade cheese omelets, bacon cereal juices coffee muffins yogurt and toast. Staff was friendly. Good price for the area for a wedding nearby. Hamptons are usually reliable and good value. I would return if needing a hotel in the area.

- xmasangel (10/5): Good overall stay - Very nice clean rooms. This was the best hotel that I stayed in on my recent trip; Very clean and comfortable. Good wifi and cable. Good breakfast. Beyond the basic stuff. Molly travelled with me and fee is $75 for a dog 4 or fewer nights. Close to restaurants.

- Kumaraswamy (10/5): - Amazing place surrounded by restaurants within few minutes to less than 10 Min drive. Highlight Costco is just walking one block away .. we had 5 rooms for a family gathering and Hampton never disappoints.. enjoyed our stay .. highly recommend for families and couple anytime
