- Ulrike (9/5): Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und auch die Kinder waren begeistert - Die Zimmer waren sauber , groß und komfortabel. Das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet.

- Matthias (9/5): - Toller Wellnessbereich. Zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Gutes Frühstück. Restaurantpreise zu hoch. Da geht man dann leider doch lieber woanders essen. Unser Zimmer ging zum Innenhof. Da störten beim offenen Fenster schon ein wenig die Unterhaltungen.

- Christian (8/5): - Wirklich ein tolles Restaurant im Haus für Abends, super Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, Tiefgaragenstellplatz möglich für hochwertige Autos (am besten vorher fragen, es sind nur 3 Stellplätze vorhanden) Das Haus ist seit der letzten größeren Renovierung schon wieder ein klein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, das merkt man hier und da.

- Klaus (8/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Das Hotel ist schön in der Altstadt gelegen. Kein Verkehrslärm. Der Wellness Bereich hat alles was man braucht. Das Personal ist schnell und flexibel. Das Frühstück mit 15 Euro p.P. ist es absolut wert. Einzig der Preis für Hunde ist meiner Meinung nach etwas happig. Zwei Yorckis mit je 2 Kilo für 20 Euro pro Nase ist etwas viel.

- Charlotte (10/5): Idyllisk ophold - Dejligt idyllisk hotel lige i hjertet af Uslar. Der er parkering lige uden for bagindgangen til hotellet. Maden er fremragende, værelserne pæne og rene, gode behagelige senge. Alt i alt et dejlig ophold der kan anbefales til få overnatninger

Small old towm.V dog friendly..(charged 20 euros) I had booked as a stop off the motorway...due to snow it took me 4 hrs to get to it...and drivung back on good roads 35mins. When i arrived despite being told earlier they were open for another hour i had to plead for food

- Andrea (8/5): Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut - Wir hatten ein Zimmer im "Solling" Style, welches winzig klein war. Die Kapseln für die Nespressomaschine müssen mit 2,50 pro Kapsel bezahlt werden. Es stand auch keine kostenlose Wasserflasche bereit und es stand bei den Pflege Produkten ausschließlich Dusch – uns Haarwaschmittel zur Verfügung. In Anbetracht des Zimmerpreises finden wir das alles sehr kleinlich. Das Zimmer und Bad war sehr sauber. Der Garten beim Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Der Pool und die Sauna sind sehr klein. Aber es gibt einen sehr schönen Bereich außerhalb des Saunabereiches zum Entspannen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant war ok aber nicht besonders gut und überteuert. Die Produkte werden regional bezogen und das wird in einem kleinen Prospekt anschaulich erläutert. Das hat uns gut gefallen. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig und sehr gut. Die Backwaren eher durchschnittlich.

Bij navraag bij de receptie wist de dame te vertellen dat dit echt onze kamer was. Best teleurstellend als je de foto’s op de site ziet. Zeer kleine kamer. Diner en ontbijt waren uitmuntend!

Zimmertür hatte Aufbruchspuren. Saunabereich gut, Renovierung der Innensauna müsste bald anstehen, Außenbereich und Schwimmbad sehr schön. Spabereich modern und ansprechend.

For some reason the hotel did not receive our reservation despite the fact that Travelocity said it was confirmed. However, the Menzhausen employees were wonderful, and were able to find our family of seven rooms at another hotel 5 minutes away. Thanks to Johanning Gasthaus for accommodating our family at such short notice at 20;00 hours!!

- David (10/5): Lovely hotel - Beautiful hotel with clean attractive rooms and friendly staff. Restaurant very good and I was lucky to arrive during the season for forest mushrooms! Only negative was noise level of traffic in the evenings and night.
