- Keith (3/5): Disappointing - Location was good since we are planning to visit the osulluc tea museum. It was just 10 mins walk from the hotel. The service at the front desk was disappointing. The staff appeared aloof, with no greeting or acknowledgment upon our arrival for check-in. When we asked for assistance to dispose of a small paper bag (smaller than A4 size), we were simply directed outside to find a bin, without any effort to assist. We eventually had to dispose of it ourselves. This reflects a lack of basic service and hospitality. Given this experience, a self check-in machine would likely provide a similar level of service. While we understand this is a 3-star hotel, a basic level of courtesy and service should still be expected.

- Diego (7/5): - The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They helped me call and check for tickets for the Udo Submarine. The room is very big and it has two showers. There is a convenience store at the lobby. There is no washing machine or laundry service. We had to drive 8min to a self service laundry . But the hotel staff was nice to help us find the place and checked the payment methods.

- Ross (10/5): Large and comfortable rooms, great location. - It has very large rooms, great location literally right next door to the aerospace museum and O’Sulloc, convenient, comfortable and very inexpensive. 24 hour convenience store in the lobby. We stay here every time we come to Jeju. Fixtures feel a bit dated and basic but it’s well maintained and has everything you need.

- Veronica (10/5): Muy buena ubicación a dos minutos en auto de Osulloc. - La ubicación perfecta para finalizar el día después de recorrer la parte centro- norte de Jeju City e iniciar temprano al otro dia el itinerario por la zona oeste y sur de Seowipo City, visitando primero Osulloc ya que está a 2 minutos en auto o taxi. El restaurante muy bueno, cenamos mi esposo y yo en el restaurante que está junto al lobby y la cena estuvo deliciosa. Muy limpio y cómodo. El mesero amabilísimo. Muy bien, me gustó todo.

The location was more suited to those intending to rent a car to travel around. There are buses right outside the hotel, but it required multiple transfers to travel to further locations.

- Jacquelynn (8/5): A comfortable stay but pity only stayed 1 night. - It’s a short walk to the Osulloc Museum & Innisfree. There is a convenience store right at the lobby. Got an upgrade to the family room. It was humongous, a lot of space, 2 double beds and separate toilet and shower rooms. 2 people can shower concurrently. Staff were super friendly and allowed luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Room had multi-point wire provided. Nothing else in the vicinity. Have to take bus (bus-stop nearby) or taxi. Breakfast buffet is rather sad. Not worth the value. Can get better food and cafes elsewhere.

- Joy (8/5): Very good - I arrived to the hotel later in the evening but the parking lot had plenty of space, and the staff was extremely attentive and checked me in. Based on the photos I saw of the hotel when booking, I had my expectations and knew that it is an older hotel. If you want a newer-style accommodation, book somewhere else.

- Jun (7/5): Very good value for the money. - It was very good value for the money. The room is extra spacious. Has balcony. View is very serene. Floor is wood laminate. Showers water pressure is very good, drainage very good. Location is close to Tea museum and Aerospace museum. The hotel feels a little aged and lighting is poor affecting the overall look and feel and mood of the space. The lights in the room were LED white lights. Door handles, shower fixtures has stain/rust. Shower and toilet design is a little inconvenient because they are separate rooms. Shower room has no dust bins, no dry counter space So there is no good place to put your clothes in the shower room. Rooms are not well sound proof, could be noisy.
