• Daisy (6/5): Convenient but not suitable for travel with dogs. - The breakfast was amazing with several homemade pies and cakes - lots to choose from. The location is also close to city, and communication prior was easy. Nice soft mattress, perfect after a full day of hiking. The room was incredibly heavily scented incl the bedlinen, towels, pillows, tissues which was overwhelming and unpleasant for us, but caused my dog to have breathing problems during night, which meant we had to take him out and we didn’t get much sleep because he got so unwell. This was unsettling - even with a full night with both windows wide open (which caused a draft) the scent in the room was intense. In addition the room door was very noisy to open and shut.
• Ova (3/5): - Niets Wc badkamer buiten op de gang . Ontbijt te laat lunch pakket niets waard . Medebewoners hoorbaar storend . Ontbreken van koffie machine en koelkast. Ook geen muggen net in de ramen.

• Pieter (9/5): - Goed ontbijt; vriendelijke ontvangst; goede prijs-kwaliteit Jammer dat de douche niet op de kamer zelf is (dit was overigens wel duidelijk). Het is een oud gebouw en de gangen zijn wat smal.

Het tweepersoonsbed heeft zachte matrassen en één 2-pers dekbed. De waterkoker zat niet een beetje maar enorm onder de kalk. Het was wat stoffig hier en daar. Niet zorgelijk ook niet spik en span.

• Marjo (8/5): Een smaakvol knus verblijf - Zeer goede ligging dicht bij de vele restaurants, een verrassend ruim en lekker ontbijt met veel soorten eigen gemaakte taart, kamer is schoon met een waterkoker voor een kopje thee of oploskoffie. Een ruime lichte badkamer. We hadden een klein balkonnetje. We sliepen aan de straatkant. Met het raam open dan helaas wat straat geluiden.
• Henri (8/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar. - Er is een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Ik had hier echter weinig tijd voor omdat ik vroeg moest vertrekken. Geen parkeergelegenheid, waardoor ik voor € 30 bij een parkeergarage moest parkeren.

• Rasma (10/5): Great place to stay if you want to be close to everything and have a friendly host - Was easy to communicate with the host in advance. Super friendly and accommodated all our wishes. The accommodation is perfectly situated close to the centre. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was clean and functional. We were able to park our car behind the property. Everything was perfect. Just be aware as Valkenburg is hilly there are some steps to navigate but we were aware of that before we booked.

(9/5): Kind landlady, comfortable room, fantastic breakfast - Lovely decorated, comfortable family room, our son slep very well on the sleeping sofa (and we in the bed), there was a fridge with some nice refreshments, enough towels. The landlady was very kind, hospitable and accommodating. She got up earlier for us to make breakfast a bit earlier so we could be on our way in time. And wow, the breakfast was amazing, with lots of home made foods. Enjoyed staying here a lot! Some parts of the room were a bit dusty / there were spider webs.

The room was comfortable, clean and as described. Nice and quiet at night, for a good night rest. Very kind owners; they really care that you have a pleasant stay. Excellent breakfast, with a very generous selection for all tastes. We hope to be back! There was nothing we didn't like.
