We arrived in hotel at 21:00, desk teller was unwelcoming, not anyone give water or tea, just give some hotel rules, what was shocked us: shezlongs, umbrellas, towels just in rent for €2 each every day, for use safe in room, we paid $35, we didn’t bring food , water in room ???, just need buy in hotel bar for 4time exspenciver than in any supermarkets, give just 2 bottles water in room for 9 days stay in hotel???. Our vacation was stressful, without satisfaction, we not recommend this hotel to everybody!!?

Palvelu oli ystävällistä, ruoka erinomaista. Allasalue hyvä ja siisti - ei ruuhkaa, aurinkotuoleja riittävästi (kenenkään ei tarvinnut varata tuoleja aikaisin aamulla), siivottiin joka aamu (mm. kaikki aurinkotuolit pyyhittiin). Rannanpuoleisista huoneista hienot näköalat rannalle ja merelle.
Torill (8/5): Alanya - Hotellet ligger på Ataturk Street så om du har vindu ut mot gaten, som vi hadde, var det me trafikk og aldri sol på balkongen, Be om rom mot poolen/havet! Og perfekt, midt på Kleopatrastranden Rommet var rent og de byttet sengeklær og håndklær hver dag! Maten var helt ok!

Şikayet edeceğimi belirtince odam verildi. Otel de öyle fullbooked falan değildi. Bu yerli müşteriye 2nci sınıf muamele Antalya yöresinde genel hastalık maalesef. Halbuki para tur turistinde değil bizde. Odaya su söyledim ikinci telefonda geldi. Kağıt kalem kullansalar not alır hatırlatlar. Nesyse komi çok efendi bir çocuktu. Ön büronun robotik davranışlarını unutturdu.

Verified traveler (6/5): - We were on the ground floor and the room was fine. It was largish as it was a triple room with two single beds and a double sofa bed. The outdoor balcony area was also large and certainly better than other rooms. Although we were half board, we only ate breakfast and there was plenty of choice and eating space both inside and out. The hotel is situated near the sea and amongst shops and restaurants. So to the negatives- I have never stayed in a hotel that charges for use of the room safe (2€ per day) and for pool towels. As I was attending a function this hotel served its purpose but it isn’t the type of hotel I would normally choose to stay at.

Esin (10/5): One of the dream holidays in Mediterranean - Our first welcomers Havva and Mehmet were examples of friendliness of all staff during our holiday. Room was spacious and comfortable. Cleaning was perfect. Obtaining daily amenities needed an extra effort but no refusal. Meals were very tasty and set of choices was beyond satisfaction. Hotel is a good choice for swimming in the sea. Shore is very close and there is dedicated area. Sunbathing around the pool is free but a negligible fee is required for the shore. This is contribution to municipality and well worth it.

Göran (10/5): This is the place to stay in Alanya - This is now the third time we come to the Grand Okan Hotel And we will come back again. The hotel, the location, the food, the staff, the rooms, everything is what we expect from the hotel. They welcome when you arrive, the smile you get down for breakfast. The buffet in the evening is all very very delicious. When you look at our pictures, you see the wonderful view that we have from our room. To wake up in the morning with the deep blue Mediterranean in front of you and to sit on the balcony at night watching the sun go down in amazing sunsets, that is something to look forward too and to look back to. This is the place to go. What are you waiting for go ahead and make your reservation!
Pentti (6/5): - Hyvä hotelli , hyvällä paikalla. Ruoka oli hyvää kalaruokaa lukuunottamatta. Yleensä grillatut ruuat oli grillattu liikaa Mennessä ongelmia, huone oli buukattu myös venäläisille. Yrittivät juoda meidän huoneen laskuun, kun oli sama numero kortissa.

Erki (6/5): The bed is wery hard. - Hello! The location of the hotel is very good, the beach is very close. Breakfast and dinner were very good at the hotel. The hotel room was satisfying, but the bed was not a good for sleeping!! Such a feeling was like sleeping on the floor. The mattress is hard as a stone.

Sean (2/5): Alanya und all seine Hotels... - Alanya und all seine Hotels haben schon lange an ihrem Glanz verloren. Das Grand Okan zeigt den Verfall durch den billig Tourismus ganz gut. Hotel lobby und Flur Teppich sieht so alt und dreckig aus, das es einem schwer fällt sogar mit Schuhen darüber zu laufen. Der Dreck im Zimmer auf den Boden. Überall harre und Staub. Das Bad hat schon schimmel angesetzt. Im großen und ganzen sehr unhygienisch. Aber man bekommt die Zimmer für einen ganz kleinen Preis aus diesem Grund brauch man nicht viel erwarten. Man bekommt das was man zahlt. Frühstück und Abendessen habe ich garnicht benutzt, da es noch ein paar gute Restaurants in der Stadt gibt. Komme schon seit 10 Jahren nach Alanya aber die letzten 3-4 Jahre ist der Zerfall deutlich spürbar die Stadt hat nur kleine hotels mit bedürftiger Ausstattung, draußen auf den Straßen wird man nur noch abgezockt egal ob Roller mieten oder Klamotten kaufen überall versuchen die Leute jeden abzuziehen. Das blaue Nachbar hotel ist noch in Schuss und wird gut GEFÜHRT der Rest in Alanya ist nicht mehr das was es war. Für mich definitiv der letzte Besuch in dieser einzt tollen Stadt mit viel Party, guter Laune und gutem Service. Geht lieber nach Antalya.. Da spart man sich den weiten Weg nach Alanya.

Ystävällinen ja palveleva henkilökunta sekä vastaanotossa että ravintolassa. Pidin Grand Okan hotellista paljon ja voin tulla uudelleenkin, jäi hyvä tunnelma vierailusta.
