- brian (3/5): Pissed off due to broken coffee machine. - There was no breakfast, which is fine, I don't expect much with a cheaper hotel,,,,,,BUT come on man at least have a coffee machine that is working!! When you want to get rolling in the morning and you go down to the kitchen area and pour yourself a COLD cup of coffee , you realize you should have paid for the better hotel. Coffee machine that works?

- Guest (2/5): It’s a dump. - There wasn’t any bed bugs? Not sure what else to say the place is a dump. Better than sleeping outside I guess I had a mouse in my room. Place was musty and dirty. High likelyhood that sleeping on the floor of a McDonalds would be more cleanly.

- Zarnke (1/5): The current mgmt has let this place run down very badly - Breakfast? What breakfast. They advertised a free hot breakfast, but upon check in a sign on the counter said NO Breakfast; but they gave you a free cup of juice. The refrigerator was broken - my food spoiled, and they did nothing when I complained. The microwave flashed and started on fire. They moved me to another room. The refrigerator was stale and heavily frosted up, but cold. Several face plates were missing from the outlets. The bathtub drain was plugged.

- Nick (7/5): It wasn't to bad. If you need a room it works - The room was nice size and the bed was comfortable. The location was bad it was right off the highway I booked two rooms, one for me and one for my mom and dad. They were overbooked, so they asked if I'd cancel one room and share a double queen with my parents. The tub didn't drain very fast so showering you stood in water, I also didn't ask them to fix it.
- Delbert (1/5): Don’t fulfill the reservation and then no refund! - Location I reserved three rooms for six people, when I arrived I was told that one of my rooms was closed for maintenance so they “upgraded” me to two king rooms, this required two people to share a bed rather than having our own beds as we would in three queen rooms. When I asked about a refund for one of the rooms, I was told I needed to contact Booking.com. I called customer service to ask about the refund as was told the agent would need to call the hotel to confirm, surprise, no one answered. A follow up email was sent, but I am doubtful they will respond to that. Maybe they think I will just drop it and not get my refund. Wrong! I will continue to pursue the property to receive my refund. Don’t stay here, they don’t fulfill their reservations and then leave it to the customer to pursue the refund. Terrible service!

- Rhonda (2/5): Never again… - This place is the absolute worst. Stained bedding and mattresses, unclean carpet (picked up garbage from the floor as we entered!) and bathroom vanity had someone’s whiskers by the disposable cups. We’d made reservations online, and we had to cancel them and book through them because they weren’t able to access them. No breakfast, even though advertising it was included on their website. Our keys stopped working, and nobody was in the hotel at 7:30 AM to reissue keys. I’m pretty sure someone is supposed to be on hand 24/7 for liability reasons.
- Adam (1/5): Do Not Saty Here. - Arrived at hotel after a 3.5 hours drive. Told me they can't honor the booking.com reservation, even though it was paid for, had to repay with the hotel. Spent almost an hour on the phone to try and get a refund. Room was disgusting. Heater doesn't work. Stains on the mattress. No TV guide, lamps are broke . Pure shithole.
- Charles (1/5): Would not honor my already-paid online reservation - avoid this place like the plague! - Basically, nothing... see below. It was a shock to arrive, tired and ready to relax, and be told that the hotel would not honor my online reservation because their reservation system was 'broken'. AND, they would not refund my money, saying that I had to go ask for a refund from the online booking site I had used. When the service reps from that online site spoke to the hotel manager, he flatly refused, in my presence, to confirm that they would allow the refund for my 'cancellation' - which the HOTEL imposed, not me! Then I had to find somewhere else to stay quickly before it got TOO late. Do not bother to try this place unless you are willing to go without a reservation and to pay cash.

We asked for another blanket, was told to turn up the heat. the hotel gave a down filled blanket that was stained. Dont get me started on the bed. it wasnt a traditional mattress, i think it was foam. ugh!!!!

First room one of the beds was made sloppily and we discovered that the sheets weren’t changed. There was dirt in that bed. Then got assigned a second room and the lights and outlets between the beds don’t work. Can’t plug the tub to take a bath and water keeps running in the tub.

Called day of reservations to see if we could check in a half hour early and was told they did not have our reservations for that weekend . So called again got same response even after I gave name , reservation number and confirmation number and was told they did not have my name or reservation on file . But as of Sunday morning received a email that they will not refund me what I paid because I was a no show and did not cancel reservations with in 24 hours of showing up when there the ones that told me that I did not have reservations there . So I am pissed off at booking. Com and Hibbing inn and suites .

- Pam (5/5): It was a place to sleep - They had no breakfast! They had no breakfast and couldn't get another night by just calling them. So went too Chisholm, which was 10 times nicer.

We checked in and went to the room and it was filthy. We immediately went back to the desk and were told we would need to contact Booking.com for any compensation. I knew immediately we would be eating the cost because it was not easy to get in touch with customer service.

- Amy (10/5): Pleasant stay and would book at this hotel again. - The room was clean, fresh and comfortable. Staff was friendly and answered questions about locations we needed to find. We only stayed one night but would book again if we pass through again. We were right across from the laundry room, and they kept the door to the hallway open. I could hear the buzzers from equipment and hear the staff talking.

- Donna (1/5): Worst motel ever!!!!! - We left after two hours of check in so can't comment on breakfast. The location was fine but there were no taxis available. In order to go into the main entrance, you need to walk through a cloud of smoke from the guests and employees smoking right outside of the front door. The lobby reeks of smoke while you wait for an answer to the request to speak to someone as there isn't anyone at the front desk. The room was far from ready. The beds looked like someone had just been lying on them with the bed spreads wrinkled and the pillows just thrown on them. The sink had toothpaste from the last occupant and was obviously not cleaned. There was no soap in the dispenser by the sink or the bathtub. We were told hand towels would be brought to the room but that never happened. When a soap refill was delivered, it was placed on the counter, not in the dispenser. The air conditioner didn't work either. All in all , it was an awful experience and we left without spending the night. This was the worst motel I have ever visited.

I liked all of the soap dispensers inside of yhe shower but it was slippery. Nice air conditioning. Remove the big red stain on the carpet as you walk into the room.

- Gary (9/5): It was a very good experience. - Room was fine. Bed was comfy. It was quiet and clean. It was a hot day and the air conditioning in the room wasn't working. The front desk lady checked it and moved me to another room immediately. She was very accommodating!

We had stains all over the sheets that looked like blood and who knows what, so had to sleep on top of the covers, there was pink stains all over the carpet, and a dog that barked all night long. And we saw cockroaches in the hallway.
