- Issac (2/5): - Do not stay here. We have traveled the world and have never once left in the middle of the night. The bedroom/bathroom smelt like mold. Above us was a night club the entire building was shaking until 2 am when we finally decided to rebook a new hotel. We called twice and they asked my husband to go upstairs and ask them to be quiet.
- Tracey (8/5): - Property was huge. Beds were very comfortable. Was only a short walk to bars and shopping and metro. Plenty of toilet roll and shampoo which was a nice touch as we were travelling with hand luggage. Communication was very good and easy to access the property. Only a few minor niggles, someone got stuck in a bedroom as the door handle came off so had to leave that door open. Would be better if the one shower had a door on it to stop the water going into the room. There is quite a big step from the sleeping area to the living area and toilet, which was a bit difficult to go up and down at night. Unlucky for us there was construction work going on outside which was noisy, but that's no fault of the property owners. All in all if I was to return to Brussels I would definitely try to book the property again.
- ARANZAZU (10/5): Nos ha encantado - El apartamento está muy bien comunicado, en el centro de Bruselas, hemos ido en Navidad y la verdad que muy bien. Restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas en 2 min y todo el centro histórico está a 5/6 min andando. Si vas con niños es ideal
- Afonso (2/5): - HEALTH HAZARD! The bathroom was filled with visible mould everywhere, taps were leaking, living room lights didn't work, the kitchen was dirty, the TV wasn't functioning and it was an overall bad experience. The only good thing about it is its location near the centre.
- Yuki (2/5): - 非常に不愉快な宿泊になりました。 おそらくオーバーブッキングかと思いますが、予定していた場所に泊まることができませんでした。 予定していた場所とは別の場所に案内され、そこは郊外で非常に不便なところでした。 予定していたのは市街地の中心地でしたので、その日の夜の予定はすべて狂ってしまいました。 また、水回りのコンディションもよくなく、シャワーはチョロチョロです途中からお湯も出なくなり、震えながらシャワーを浴びました。 おかげでブリュッセル自体が悪いイメージになりました。
- Jan Vegar (6/5): Fin beliggenhet, ellers dårlig. - Fin beliggenhet. Leilighetens faktiske tilstand stemmer ikke med bildene. Løse ledninger fra taket. Møkkete på veggene og flere andre steder bordet i stuen holder på å falle fra hverandre. Utslitte benkeplater med mange stygge merker. Fuktskader og mugg i dusjen. Ingen enkel måte å koble seg på wifi. Defekt vifte.
- Michel (4/5): - La seule bonne chose à dire sur l'appartement 203 c'est l'emplacement, très bien située. Pour ce qui est de l'appart. , dégueulasse, cela fait plus de 30 ans que je voyage et jamais je n'ai vu une place aussi sale, planchers, murs et tables. Plancher de la salle de bain moisi qui dégage une forte odeur. Il a plut toute une journée et sommes resté à l'appart et le téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas, ai avisé et lorsque qu'on a quitté 3 jours plus tard c'était toujours pas corrigé Déconseillé pour qui que se soit... - Catherine (4/5): - This may have been nice years ago, but it needs a ton of maintenance now. The amount of mold in the bathroom was the kicker. I would have found another place after we walked in if I had had that option.
- Georges (4/5): - Accueil par téléphone pour obtenir codes entrée et chambre. Pas évident ! Surface de l’appartement importante avec tout le nécessaire pour passer huit jours ou plus. Aucun intérêt pour une nuit. Ameublement en mauvais état, table de salle à manger déglinguée, salle de douche sentant le moisi et eau usée (très désagréable), couvercle de toilettes mal fixé et dans l’ensemble peintures à refaire. Cet établissement ne peut être recommandé qu’à un groupe de personnes (jeunes ou vieux) pour partager un logis et faire ainsi des économies !
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Flat 203 was a little run down, and hadn't been cleaned well - there was congealed food on the tables and chewing gum stuck to the bathroom tiles, along with a weird smell from the dishwasher which meant we hand-washed all weekend. We also saw a mouse run around the living room, so we had to keep all food secured inside the fridge. The living room is huge and the sofa and bed are comfortable.
- Robert A (2/5): Warning! - We were bitterly disappointed with this accommodation! We booked it for the self contained features, elevator and washing machine as we were on a family vacay. Firstly the elevator was broken. Secondly their were no forks. Thirdly, the lock to the patio was broken which meant the property could easily be accessed by others. We contacted management before arrival and they never got back to us by email and you couldnt access them by phone. I waited on hold for over an hour before being hung up on. None of the issues were rectified. The apartment is spacious and lovely, but these problems negatively affected out stay. Lastly the stairs to the loft are very narrow and treacherous - so be careful!

- Delmas (8/5): - Un accès à l'appartement retardé de deux heures (ménage non fait) des plaques de cuisson non réparées sur l'ensemble du séjour, un système électrique peu fonctionnel et deux fêtes organisées dans les appartements voisins sur 3 nuits. C'est dommage car l'appartement lui même est très agréable et très bien situé. Personnel accueillant.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Poor maintenance - The flat was large and somewhat comfortable but the maintenance was lacking. The stovetop was not functioning which was a huge problem as the point of having a flat with a kitchen is being able to cook. There were no light switches and all the lights had to be turned off and on from a breaker box in a closet. When we arrived the internet was not functioning as well. We alerted them to the problems but were told they would not be able to get to them. Extremely disappointing customer service and quality control.
- RD (10/5): Monnaie 302 - Very nice flat but not the one from the website. From floor plan that looks like Monnaie 301. Still an excellent flat but stairs were missing handrails so wasn't very child friendly
- Marina (4/5): Not ideal for business travel - Lots of space and great location but (unlike other smartflats) smelly old bathroom, blocked sinks, no dishwasher and no wine glasses. No follow up from the team to any of the mentioned. Not ideal for a short term business stay.
- Steven (8/5): Great apartment, but construction is noisy - It's a good place, and a great location since it's located in the heart of Brussels, the only issue is that there is a lot of construction in the neighborhood, so past 6:30 AM there is no way to stay asleep without ear plugs.
- Lisa (4/5): If in a wheelchair check with them that lift works - Unfortunately didn't get to stay here as the stair entry lift has never worked and there was no key available so when booking a wheelchair accessible apartment something they might have checked before our arrival at 7.30pm at night. Then spent the next 2 hours trying to sort out and find other accomodation. I was able to view the apartment it looked great just a shame we couldn't get to it
