Ale myślę że w tej cenie nie ma też zbytnio co oczekiwać. Tani i w miarę dobry nocleg.

- Jose (5/5): Por el precio no está mal si vas a quedarte una larga estancia, si no aconsejo algo más céntrico - Lo mejor es el precio y lo relativamente '' cerca '' que está de shinjuku No me gustó como olía la habitación a tabaco por lo visto todas las habitaciones son aptas para fumar ( yo no lo sabía ) la limpieza no es de lo mejor y menos para ser Japón, las sabanas con manchas, etc... Aunque en los comentarios se diga que es muy buena ubicación yo pienso que depende... Para ir a shinjuku tienes que coger 2 metros y si quieres quedarte hasta tarde por shinjuku, shibuya... Deberás coger un taxi de vuelta que es lo que acabe haciendo yo con lo cual no renta, en mi opinión si piensas estar de vuelta en el hotel a las 23:00 cada noche está bien por qué es un hotel barato pero si quieres como yo estar hasta tarde por shinjuku que es mi barrio favorito no merece la pena para nada es mejor pagar algo más por un hotel más céntrico, por cierto te cobran por la limpieza del hotel !
- Belova (9/5): Nice place in quiet location - Very nice place with good location. It seems to be far away from the main attractions but it was nice to get away to the quieter neighbourhood. Moreover, the train station is very close, and you can get to Ikebukuro in 10 min. We also like the availability of kettle, fridge, and kitchenware at the room. Despite we booked smoking room (only one available at the time of booking), there was no smell (and we really appreciated it as non-smokrers). The place is seems to be rather old based on the state. Still, it's kept well.

- Brad (10/5): - This is actually a really nice place to stay if you want to be making your own food or doing your own cooking. The room I got was a twin, which had sets of dishes for 2 people, including plates, bowls, cutting board, knife, frying pan, electric range, refrigerator, and several other convenient appliances. It was really nice being able to walk to one of the nearby grocery stores or convenience stores and get something to make a meal, it kinda lets you get a taste of what it's like to live in Japan rather than just a standard tourist experience. So this place might be good if you're looking for something like that. The room overall was a bit dated and superficially a little beat up in some places, but that didn't bother me in the slightest. The bathroom is a little cramped and has a step up to get into, so if you're on the taller side, you'll probably have to watch your head. Other than that, the space in the twin-size room was really nice to have and may even be worth considering if you are travelling solo and going to be staying for a while. There are also washers and dryers for doing laundry, and if you don't have enough coins, you can exchange bills at the front desk. Since there is no room service, you have to take care of that yourself, but I didn't view that as a downside. There is a fee if you want an extra set of towels from the front desk, but you can just wash the ones you have yourselves. My room had tissues, paper towels, and 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for my stay. I honestly didn't check at the front desk to see if they had a price for refills because I just bought what I needed (which wasn't a lot) at a nearby 100-yen store. The station is less than a 5 minute walk and there are also some nice nearby places that can be easily walked to. There's an onsen nearby (Maenohara Onsen Sayano Yudokoro) that is really nice, especially on a rainy day.

Tiene la estación de tren a 5 minutos andando y también parada de bus, que conectan directamente con Ikebukuro, llegando en apenas 10-15 minutos. - Justin (7/5): For the price you get you can't complain - For the price that I got for a December trip I really can't complain. Most other places around Tokyo around this price are capsule hotels and hotel rooms with private bathrooms are way more expensive. The staff were really friendly and the vending machine at the lobby was very convenient. My room was facing the road. And the soundproofing or sound dampening of the windows didn't help much. You will hear the traffic trying to sleep and once in awhile a loud car or ambulance with their sirens on at 2am or 3am will disrupt the peace.

- Jose Emiliano (8/5): Bueno viejito y barato, cerca de Ikebukuro en una zona tranqui - Lo mejor del Hotel es la ubicaciñon Tokiwadai es un barrio super tranquilo y acogedor, una zona residencial casi libre de turistas y perfecta para llegar a descansar, está cerca de Ikebukuro y si tienes la app de Luup puedes ir y venir en bicicleta bastante fácil, aunque la Tobu line es práctica para moverse en la zona. Aunque mi primera impresión no fue la mejor, conforme pasaron los días me empezó a agradar mas y más el hotel, la zona de lavado tiene varias maquinas y es barato a comparación de otros lugares, tiene maquinas de bebidas y la privacidad de las habitaciones es buenísima pues como no hay limpieza a la habitación si no la pides, te dejan en paz prácticamente toda la estancia, el poder abrir la ventana es un plus que otros hoteles no tienen y a pesar de la almohada bastante fea, la cama era muy cómoda. Me gustó tanto que volvería sin pensarlo mucho. El hotel como tal es bastante viejo, y al principio cuando entré a la habitación parecía oscura y algo descuidada, las paredes necesitan una renovación y el mobiliario es antiguo, además de que al principio tenía un olor algo extraño, a encerrado y a cigarro (que no me molesta pues pedí habitación de fumador). Pensé que sería una estancia incomoda pero la verdad es que mis quejas sólo son los olores, sobre todo del baño que permanecen a pesar del extractor... y que le den una buena renovada al hotel, ya con eso sería una opción 10/10
