• Khairul Imran (9/5): It is a very convenient location with good value for longer stays. - The room provided lots of facilities like a small fridge, water heater, microwave and charging cable. The bathroom is a bit narrow because the tub take some space, it barely fits you however. The hotel itself provides laundry area with 300-400 yen for washing and another 300-400 yen for drying. It is also right next to Lawson so you could easily get some snacks or other daily necessity without going far. I needed to send a parcel to my friend in Tokyo, the hotel provided delivery for it and were very helpful despite my poor Japanese. They only provide 120 size box so if you need a smaller box, you can just ask any conbini or supermarket for smaller box for free. The only complaint I have is that the office opens at 9am. I needed an ironing board and not only do you have to rent it, you need to get it from the office. I had to go out at 8am in most days so I just skipped ironing some of my clothes.

• Alicia2005 (7/5): - Un point positif de cet hôtel est son rapport qualité-prix plutôt correct. La chambre est équipée d’un four à micro-ondes ainsi que de quelques éléments permettant de cuisiner ou, au minimum, de réchauffer des plats. Cet équipement peut être pratique pour les voyageurs qui souhaitent préparer ou réchauffer leurs repas. Cependant, en dehors de cet aspect, la chambre n’est pas particulièrement agréable et l’ensemble reste assez ordinaire. Le personnel, sans être ouvertement impoli, ne se distingue pas non plus par un accueil très chaleureux. Les échanges restent généralement assez minimalistes. Un incident a également marqué mon séjour. J’ai malheureusement perdu ma carte de chambre un soir. La réception ferme relativement tôt, vers 18 h 30, et il n’y a alors plus personne au comptoir. Il faut téléphoner pour que quelqu’un vienne ouvrir. Une personne résidant dans l’hôtel s’est déplacée pour me remettre une clé. Cela ne lui demandait probablement que de descendre quelques étages, mais il semblait malgré tout contrarié d’avoir été sollicité. La situation s’est réglée sans difficulté, mais l’attitude était plutôt froide et desagréable. Un autre point mérite d’être signalé : le ménage n’est pas inclus dans le service. Il faut payer environ 3 000 yens pour qu’il soit effectué. Même si ce fonctionnement existe souvent en Asie, cela reste surprenant pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits. Dans mon cas, je suis resté dix nuits et, durant toute cette période, aucune intervention n’a eu lieu dans la chambre. Les serviettes n’ont pas été changées une seule fois. Il faut également gérer soi-même certains aspects pratiques du séjour. Par exemple, les clients doivent descendre leurs sacs poubelles eux-mêmes dans l’espace prévu à cet effet, ce qui renforce l’impression d’un service assez minimal. Enfin, l’emplacement n’est pas idéal. Il existe bien deux lignes de métro accessibles, mais la plus pratique pour rejoindre le centre-ville se trouve à environ dix à quinze minutes à pied. Le ménage jamais fait en 10 nuits

Although the building is older and has some wear and tear, the rooms are clean and fully functional. Highly recommended for those prioritizing convenience and budget.

• Shaniel (8/5): Nice hotel in Ekoda - I liked the simplicity of the check-in check-out process. The hotel had a nice chill area with vending machine, and awesome coin laundry machines. The room was decent with aircon, nice desk and chair, and great japanese toilet. The location was good for me since i preferred the more local experience. Konbini was right next door, also nice restaurants and shops! Ekoda station was easy to use and close by. Would definitely recommend this stay, affordable and comfortable. Not sure there is anything i didnt like.

• Mana (6/5): リーズナブルでよい。 - ホテルから見える範囲でコンビニが2軒、それ以外にも地元の美味しそうなお店もたくさんあり、よいロケーション。 コインランドリーがあり、洗濯機・乾燥機が8台ずつあったので洗濯に困らなかった。 受付が10時-18時でしか会いていないのでチェックインに不便した。あとコインランドリー使用のため両替をしたかったが、これも受付が開いている時間にしかできなかったので大変だった。自販機でお金を崩そうとしたら10円玉ばかり出てきたので、コインランドリーを使うなら100円玉の用意は必要。 またユニットバスなどの水回りのカビが気になった。

• Emil (9/5): Bra pris och trevlig personal, men gamla rum. - Trevlig personal. Särskilt tack till kvinnan som var i receptionen vid min utcheckning som jag förlängde till kl. 12. Mycket bra lokalisation: "Ekoda" ligger centralt till många olika tunnelbanelinjer. Luftkonditioneringen var inte rengjorda i två olika rum vilket gav en dålig lukt. Rummen är slitna och inte så bra underhållna, men för det billiga priset är det helt acceptabelt.
