- Arslan (6/5): Good property with inconsistent services. - The property itself is good. The resort is expansive, and the rooms are good. Beyond the property itself, everything else is hit or miss. The food is acceptable at best. Breakfast and meal options are limited compared to competitors. The services are also inconsistent. Most of the staff is well trained and courteous, while few others are lacking in this department. One cannot look at Ananta in isolation. When it first opened all of this would have been completely fine and excusable. But the reality is that there are other options at the same price or cheaper that would provide a more satisfying experience.

(5 star means excellent) Rooms really need renovations. 2 stars to the rooms. Stinking toilet, Overflowing shower (possibly clogged drains issue), Uncomfortable toilet seats, dirty shower grouts, main door of cottage won't lock properly. Totally unexpected from a resort like Ananta 2 stars to massage rooms at Tattva. Oily floors, overflowing showers, doesn't compete with Ananta's competitors.

When I booked via booking.com, I did selected 1 child and age 8 years but when during checkin they said fhe child was 8 years and 8 months old (birth date - September 17, 2017) so they said they will have to charge extra. Booking.com should have said 8+ will be charged extra, money was not an issue but it was a surprise which we didnt expect.

Their politeness and professionalism truly made our stay comfortable and memorable. A special mention to Garima at the Oasis Lotus Desk. She was exceptionally courteous, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. Her warm behavior and dedication to guest satisfaction really stood out. Overall, the hospitality at the resort was outstanding, and I would definitely love to visit again.
