- Leanne (9/5): Good stay at Flexstay - Location is very convenient, close by to Sakuragicho for JR line, or Hinodecho for Keikyu line to Haneda Airport. The room was clean and good facilities available, like the laundry room, free skincare sachets/consumables, kettle, TV, hairdryer etc. The price is very fair, you don't receive room service during your stay, but I prefer that as I don't like to be woken up by housekeeping. Staff were very nice at check in and check out, they gave me a scale to weigh my luggage when asked, and kept my luggage secure for the day while I went out. I came back to claim my luggage before 6pm when the front desk closes, so I'm not sure how long they can keep your luggage for. This is my second time staying at Flexstay and I would come again. The bed was a little too hard for me, and the walls a little thin, you can hear the shower/TV running next door.

- YUNCHEN (1/5): - 疫情後開放出國旅遊，我們已連續三年於每年 12 月選擇入住這家飯店。 坦白說，從我們「到日本工作兼旅遊」的角度來看，這家飯店的地理位置確實相當不錯，也十分便利，這也是我們反覆選擇入住的原因。 比較可惜的是，今年 12 月退房時，我們不慎遺忘了一個隨身旅行用的磅秤。發現後便立即聯繫飯店，希望能協助寄送至我們下一次入住的飯店，但因需採用運費到付的方式，我們擔心其他飯店未必能配合，因此改請原飯店先行保留。 飯店回覆表示，遺失物僅能保留一個月。對於身在國外的旅客來說，一個月的期限其實相當緊迫，但我們仍先請飯店協助保留。今日再次聯繫，希望能延長保留至 2 月，我們將親自前往日本橫濱取回，然而飯店仍回覆無法保留超過一個月，並表示除非再次入住該飯店，否則無法提供更長的保留彈性。 以上皆為實際經過，如實分享。 也謝謝這家飯店過往的服務。
- YUNCHEN (1/5): - 疫情後開放出國旅遊，我們已連續三年於每年 12 月選擇入住這家飯店。 坦白說，從我們「到日本工作兼旅遊」的角度來看，這家飯店的地理位置確實相當不錯，也十分便利，這也是我們反覆選擇入住的原因。 比較可惜的是，今年 12 月退房時，我們不慎遺忘了一個隨身旅行用的磅秤。發現後便立即聯繫飯店，希望能協助寄送至我們下一次入住的飯店，但因需採用運費到付的方式，我們擔心其他飯店未必能配合，因此改請原飯店先行保留。 飯店回覆表示，遺失物僅能保留一個月。對於身在國外的旅客來說，一個月的期限其實相當緊迫，但我們仍先請飯店協助保留。今日再次聯繫，希望能延長保留至 2 月，我們將親自前往日本橫濱取回，然而飯店仍回覆無法保留超過一個月，並表示除非再次入住該飯店，否則無法提供更長的保留彈性。 以上皆為實際經過，如實分享。 也謝謝這家飯店過往的服務。

- suhyeon (10/5): - 체크인 시간이 6시까지라 못 할줄 알았는데 미리 연락드리니 방법을 상세히 알려주셨습니다 방도 깔끔하고 에어컨 전자레인지가 있는것도 좋았습니다 욕실이 조금 작긴한데 딱히 문제될 정도는 아니였음

- MIWA (7/5): リフレッシュしました～♪ - ぴあアリーナMMでのライブ参戦のため予約させて頂きました♪ 会場まで徒歩10分ちょっとで行けて、迷うこともなくとてもいい立地でした。駅も近く、徒歩圏内にコンビニあり。飲食店もたくさんありました🍺 お部屋に電子レンジがあったのも便利でした。クチコミの通りとてもコンパクトwなお部屋でした(すみません)が、内装がとても工夫されていて、スーツケースも取り出した小物も置き場所があり、快適に過ごさせて頂きました。 お風呂場にタオル掛けがない～と思いましたが、ハンガーがたくさん置いてあり、クリップ付きのものもあったので、ドアのフックに引っ掛けて即席タオル掛け✨ 解決しました(笑)

- ASAKO (8/5): 落ち着いて出張時間を過ごせました。有難うございます - 立地的に駅も近く、飲食街やコンビニもすぐに行けるところでよかった。施設も綺麗だし必要なものはほぼ揃ってる。繁華街に近いけれども少しズレたところにあるので、夜間もあまり街の喧騒は感じないのがよかった。 窓を開けると隣の部屋にも行けるような感じの小さいベランダみたいなのがあるので うっかり開けっぱなしには注意だなと感じた。（そんな人は居ないかもしれないけど） あまり壁は厚くないようで 隣の人が自室の玄関付近に居るあたりの音が特によく聞こえて来た（電気をつける音とか。） 気になる人は気になるかも。

- FEXX (10/5): Soggiorno TOP! - Struttura a 10 minuti dalla stazione JR Sakuragichoo, circondata di servizi utili (market, ristoranti). Cosmo-world e Landmark Tower a 15 minuti a piedi. Sono arrivata molto presto (11:30), ma la mia stanza era già pronta (GRANDISSIMI!) così ho potuto lavarmi e uscire subito per girare la città. Ho passato solo una notte nell'hotel, ma soggiornerei certamente di nuovo qui: personale cordiale, stanza e struttura pulita, molti utili nella stanza (phon, prese comode, specchio pieghevole). La camera è un pò striminzita, forse per soggiorni tanto lunghi può essere claustrofobico ma io l'ho trovata graziosa e comoda, anche se molto difficile tenere aperta la valigia. Presente microonde, frigo e bollitore, top! Qualità prezzo vantaggiosa. Nulla, è andato tutto bene!

- みほ (10/5): - 喫煙室に宿泊させて頂きました。空気清浄機もあり大変快適でしたが、フィルター清掃ランプや給水ランプが点灯していました。
