The room was a little smaller than we had anticipated, I would say it is pretty compact, though if you walk around carefully, it's got all you need. Great location in a nice suburb. A bit more space, but we paid a good price for it, so no complaints!

- Shoko (5/5): - 無駄のないお部屋のつくりで、わりと機能的だったような気がします。五反田駅までも徒歩圏内ですが…夏は少し辛く感じるかもしれません。まわりに飲食店がいっぱいあるので、食事には困らないかと思います。 清掃が行き届いていないように感じました。見えるところも所々薄っすら埃が溜まっていて、可動式の椅子の下は…少しビックリしました。しばらく使っていなかった部屋に当たってしまったのかもしれません。 また受付のスタッフの中に対応が何というか…とてもクール？な方いました。個人的には手が空いているのなら最初と最後の最低限の挨拶くらいはした方がいいと思いますが、ホテルの中には色々な接客スタイルやコンセプトがあるのだろうなと感じました。

- Janina (9/5): Great staff, comfortable room, spotty wifi in morning - I liked it a lot. The hotel is basically a one room apartment building. It made me "natsukashi" (nostalgic) for my first apartment in Japan. It's a small well designed room with good space to unpack and hang clothes, a good bed with enough pillows of different types, a table and chair, and a unit bath. Good enough clean decor and a window that opens onto a balcony. Unit bath, shampoo and toiletries not bad. Good location with conbini and restaurants and a good sashimi-don (raw fish and rice) place nearby. The staff were super helpful and patient with my many mishaps! First day I had several meetings I was conducting from the hotel and the wifi kept dropping and/or lagging; it was especially bad around 9:00 but not great all morning. Unfortunately my phone was picking up great wifi either so it was an issue

- JINYU (7/5): 距離五反田站靠近，東京方便的區域，價格實惠，適合不常待在酒店中，只求一個可以安心落腳的旅客使用。 - 酒店的位置靠近五反田站，步行大概6分鐘，是個方便的地點，附近supermaket、便利商店、餐廳眾多，酒店在寬敞的主街道上，雖然周遭有些酒店產業，但在主街上步行讓人感到安全放心。酒店的小包裝備品很貼心。 房間還是有點太小了，至少與booking上提供的大小資訊感覺有落差。煮水壺有點故障，水滾了不會自動跳起，會持續燒直到水都燒乾，有因此被燙到，覺得有點危險。

- Robert (10/5): Hidden gem of a hotel and location - This hotel in Gotanda is honestly a hidden gem. The room was amazing. The bathroom was definitely on the smaller side, it's fine if your one person. The bed was VERY accommodating and perfect! I really don't have much too say, it was a excellent hotel and it gave me a real experience of going to a Japanese apartment. The hotel is using a Japanese apartment style. If I come back to Tokyo, I will most likely stay here again for the long term because it is also closer to Shibuya! Thank you for having me! I love this hotel's location, it's really a hidden gem. I have not been to this side of Tokyo before and plenty of great restaurants.
