- richard (6/5): - The property and surrounding area was great. Great pool.Basically the room (206)was great, lots of room, clean well and kitchen well stocked. Everything you need. But beds need new mattresses and bathrooms need updated fixtures. Blinds need replacing also. We were afraid to open and close them for fear the slats would fall off so we just left them opened. Our vacation was great. Cant beat the weather!

- Nick (6/5): - The amenities in the kitchen were old and limited. The upholstery in the living room was terrible. Very old and dirty and very uncomfortable. The carpet under the coffee table was filthy. There was no screen in the living room sliding doors. One of the bedroom lamps did not work but was later fixed. The dining room table and chairs was ancient and too big for a one bedroom apt. The mattress was comfortable. The location is the best thing of this unit othereise we would not stay here again.
- Alicia (6/5): - The location of the property is beautiful being located right on Upham Beach. The individual unit was clean with cold AC. It’s VERY dated with some broken furniture. The baseboards are coming up. There is absolutely no hand soap, shampoo or body wash so make sure you bring everything you need. Plenty of dishwashing soap but that’s it. The location of the unit is directly over the pool as are MOST of the units in the building. While “quiet” time starts at 10pm it’s a big joke. People were swimming, yelling and partying well into 3am. Cops came out but then they’d start back up a little bit later. After speaking with other families who’ve stayed before they said the pool is noisy all night all the time. I definitely don’t plan on staying here again any time soon.

- Tracey (10/5): - We love that it is so nice and quiet. You can enjoy the pool area without all the horseplay. Unit 206 is our favorite, everything in it is perfect for our needs. We will continue to stay here many times in the future.
- Sherry (6/5): Not as nice as it should be - Problem checking in since on site personnel couldn’t handle. The condo needs to fix or replace furniture. Some drawers in both bedrooms didn’t have bottoms. Cups in kitchen were not washed. The location is beautiful

- Claudia (10/5): Great Condo Right on the Beach - Our unit, 507, was perfect for us. Fabulous view of the beach, ocean, and awesome sunsets. I liked that 507 wasn't right over the pool. We were there over the Christmas holiday so things were fairly quiet. Just a really nice, clean place to stay. My teenage son had his own room and bathroom, as we did also. I really like this part of the beach because there was so much beach space before you get to the water. If you like to throw a frisbee or football, there was plenty of room to do that without disturbing others. The Caprice was great and we will be planning to stay there again. Would highly recommend it to anyone and it was about $200 cheaper than other condos we looked at for the week.
