- ellis (7/5): - The staff were very friendly. The room itself was quite spacious. every time we came back and opened the room, there was always a strange smell. We couldn’t really tell what it was, and it happened every day, not just once. On the first day, the bidet functions on the toilet (both the rear and front wash) were not working properly. We informed the staff, and it was later fixed. We also noticed mold inside the sink area. In addition, the lower part under the sink was loose and looked like it was about to come off. Another downside is that the hotel is quite far from convenience stores and supermarkets. Considering the price we paid, the overall condition and experience did not feel worth the cost.

Clean and a lot of amenities provided. The room next to us had some really noisy children that we could hear through the walls. Not much to be done about it though.

- Milena (10/5): - Naprosto skvělé ubytování. Blízko metro M a Z. Tichá čtvrť. V okolí dostatek jídelen. Personál ochotný. Možnost využít mikrovlnou troubu, pračku, přístroj na dělání ledu. Varná konvice, čaj na pokoji. Pokoj dostatečně velký. Doporučuji.

- Sarah (10/5): - Hôtel très bien situé nous avons séjourner 2 séjours et tout c' est très bien passé. Le personnel est très agréable, les chambres sont spacieuse et propre. Nous avons trouvé l' hôtel ou séjourné si l' on effectue un prochain séjour. A l' accueil distributeur de boisson, laverie avec machine, sèche linge et lessive. Nous avons adorés. Merci pour votre accueil. Le seul est unique point négatif pour nous, et seulement est strictement personnel nous avons eu très chaud la nuit ..
- Ivan (10/5): Супер - Довольно большой номер, есть все необходимое. Удобное расположение - рядом несколько станций метро, автобус, супермаркет, 7/11. Удобно добираться в разные части города без пересадок. Обязательно вернемся сюда еще раз.

- James (9/5): Zeer fijn hotel op een mooie en rustige locatie, gunstig gelegen. Met goede faciliteiten en zeer vriendelijk en behulpza - Zeer ruime kamer (verrassend ruim!), comfortabel bed, netjes en schoon. Heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Geen benoemenswaardigheden.

- mikako (9/5): 部屋にトラブルが発生したが、すぐに同じ感じの部屋に交換してくれ対応の速さに感謝しています。また、機会があれば宿泊したいと思います。 - ミニキッチンがついており、食器類や鍋類もレンタルできた。スポンジや食器洗い洗剤もあったが、食器を拭くタオルもあったら良かったと感じる。 シーツは綺麗で良かったが、布団は血や汚れがかなりついており、汚れている布団は都度交換して欲しい。

- SeungHyun (9/5): 깨끗하고 어메니티가 다 구비된 좋은 숙소 - 일단 어메니티(칫솔, 세안, 샴푸 등)가 다 구비되어있고, 히터도 중앙이 아니라 직접 컨트롤할 수 있다는 점이 좋았습니다! 숙소는 매우 깨끗했고, 침대도 푹신하고 전자레인지와 전기포트가 있다는 부분도 좋았어요!! 다만,, 침대가 3개라고 했었는데, 하나가 소파베드였습니다ㅠ 분명 싱글 침대 3개로 되어있었는데.. 이 부분이 좀 아쉬웠어요. 역에서 10분 정도 걸어야 한다는 점도 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 전반적으로 만족스러웠어요!!!

Le ménage n’est pas compris dans le prix, mais nous n’avons aucun matériel pour le faire nous même. Plaque de cuisson dans la chambre mais aucun ustensiles. Les serviettes et tasses sont à descendre vous même pour les changer. Ainsi que vos poubelles à vider par vos soins.

- Rose Ann (8/5): Great option for staying in Tokyo - HOTEL: We were recommended this hotel by a family member. The room was comfortable and clean. There were complimentary bathroom accessories available eg. toothbrush, hairbrush, etc. The location is quiet and close enough to the train station for getting around easily. It was also close to the river if you like to take walks along the river. Staff were friendly, and the laundry facilities in the hotel was handy. LOCAL CAFE: The hotel is on the same street as an AMAZING cafe called IKI which has a warm and cozy vibe. The food is delicious! The coffee and matcha is amazing!! We visited the cafe multiple times during our stay cos it was soooo good! (They have one small cafe on the same street and then a larger cafe about 400m away (5 mins walk) close to the river. It's a hidden gem, but a 'must visit' cafe. There was also a McDonalds at the end of the street and multiple convenience stores nearby. The hallway on our floor smelt a little musty so I'm guessing the carpets could do with a regular shampoo and clean to get rid of the smell. (Note: Our room was fine, it just seemed to be the hallway.) The room didn't have a clothes iron, you had go down to reception to get one for a timed period before returning it.
