Vicki (10/5): A great place to stay with everything you need provided or close by - The location is fantastic. Easy walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and Machida train station. Our room was comfortable, the air conditioner was quiet and easy to adjust and I so loved being able to use the hotel laundry Nothing at all

YUMI (6/5): お値段以上ではなかったかな - 部屋が広かった。フロントに電話した後の対応は早かったですシャンプーとボディソープは良いと妹が言ってました。フロントの挨拶がなかった。何しにきたん？みたいな感じでした。事前に2名で泊まると連絡していたのに、アメニティが1人分しかなかった。連泊したが、2日めもバスマットは欲しかったです。

アキコ (4/5): - 夜10時頃着いて、まず１階の部屋の部屋だったことに驚いた。夜中から明け方、外が騒がしくて眠れなかった。朝起きて初めてカーテンを開けたら、窓が全開だったことがわかり衝撃だった。地方の4階の自宅でも窓を開けて寝るのはためらうのに、東京の1階のホテルで窓全開で寝ていたかと思うとゾッとした。ホテル備え付けの目覚まし時計が、日付けもデタラメで何時間もズレていたので、最初から合わせるのに苦労した。室内整備を徹底してほしい。

Rami (10/5): My best choice for hotel in Machida - Hotel location near JR Machida station is perfect. Lots of nice restaurants and shops near hotel. Room size is bigger than usual business hotels. Rooms and beds are very clean and comfort. TV is big enough an you can connect your PC, Tablet or phone at least via HDMi cable. Also coin laundry in hotel lobby is very handy for washing and drying your clothes.

Verified traveler (6/5): 環境、設備について - 1階に宿泊、窓は汚れており開けても景色は壁、また外気は隣のビルの室外機近く？で埃っぽかった。通常電波も弱く、Wi-Fiも非常に弱い、またフロントに繋がる電話も壊れておりました。通常の綺麗なアパホテルを想像して行かない方が良いと思います。フロントのスタッフの方の対応はとても良かったです。あとは設備のみ。

Verified traveler (2/5): 居抜きアパです - アパホテルだと、ある程度のクオリティは保証されていると思い選んだのですが失敗でした。部屋は一階でランドリーの匂いが部屋にも充満。部屋の暖房もきいているのか、いないのか分からない。朝食もお世辞にもよいとは言えない。アパホテルを名乗るのに、著しくクオリティが落ちるのであれば、金額等でわかりやすく明示すべきだと思いました。他のホテルにすればよかったです。

Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay in Machida! - Excellent hotel service and stay. Room was big enough for two of us and two suitcases. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I would change is to have an elongated toilet but I know it's tough with a small room.
Linda (7/5): Staff is very nice and helpful. Good for a short stay - The lobby was nice. The rooms seem updated and clean, similar to a safe and upgraded Motel 6 in the US. It was nice that it seemed local people stayed there instead of just noisy tourists. Location was close to many shops and fairly close to the train station The property could use an update, newer ceiling light, windows, hallways, washer/ vending machine, lobby bathroom. The motion detector hallway lights were distracting.

Miho (4/5): - 昔は違う名前のホテルだったので、アパホテルの部屋の感じとは違います。ロビーが臭いです。内線は壊れているので使用不可、必要な場合は外線か直接行く必要がありました。浴衣が用意されていましたが、色褪せてすごく古いものでした。ユニットバスも狭かったです。
?? (4/5): - 駐車場利用方法が凄く面倒。別料金取るのだからもう少し簡素的利用出来る様にして欲しい。フロア全体が暗い時間帯で照明を変えるとかすれば良いと思います。
Nancy (8/5): If you don’t mind the walk from the station, decent and spacious hotel in the heart of Machida with plenty of bars and r - Room was pretty spacious compared to other APA hotels rooms I stayed at. Overall, had a pleasant stay. There was an additional sink in the room but no hand towels. Bit of a walk from the station. Room was available at the time I checked in but still got charged an extra ¥1000 for checking in 30 mins before regular checkin time. Was hard to understand front desk staff’s Japanese.
