• ISMAEL (1/5): Nada recomendable. - Nada No hacen la cama. No cambian sábanas, ni toallas, ni recogen basura, ni limpian en toda la estancia (5 días). El personal no sabe inglés.

• Pablo (3/5): NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE - La cama era incómoda y dura. El calor en la habitación era insoportable, al igual que el olor de la moqueta. Si ponías el aire la habitación se congelaba y si abrías la ventana el ruido era insufrible. Por la noche es zona de paso de ambulancias. Por otro lado, las toallas o bajas a recepción a pedirlas o no te las cambian. Las zapatillas que te dan para estar por el hotel son de cuero, alergia y fricción instantánea. Estuvimos 6 noches y no hubo servicio de habitaciones en ningún momento. Luego vimos que encima había que pagarlo a mayores, algo que nunca nunca hemos visto en ningún hotel. La zona es aburridísima. No hay nada interesante alrededor. Con todo lo que tiene Tokio para ofrecer.

• Arthur (8/5): Overall great stay, appreciated the location and the room was cozy for solo travel. - The room was nicely sized for one person and included everything I needed (toiletries, towels, mini fridge). The location is about equal distance from otsuka station and ikebukuro station, so you can choose which station you will walk to depending on where you are going, and both stations have their own restaurants and shops to visit. While there is no room service included, it should still be clean enough throughout the stay provided that you do not deliberately make a mess. I also liked the proximity to convenience stores and the laundry room included on the 2nd floor. The WiFi works fine. The rooms are somewhat close together and there is not much soundproofing, so if your neighbors are being loud then you can oftentimes hear their conversations. If you are in the hallway, you can easily hear sounds from rooms.

• Aimee (5/5): Convenient location that is okay for a few nights stay. - I really enjoyed how easy the checkin and checkout process was. It was also nice that the hotel provided free items such as lotions, cleansers, razors, shaving cream, etc where the reception desk floor is. Also really enjoyed that there was a laundry room. The machines were so simple to use. Dryers take a bit to long to dry clothes, but that just requires some patience. The staff was always helpful as well. We needed a taxi on our first day and reception called one for us. Location was very convenient. It was close to Shin-Otsuka and Ikebukuro Station. I feel like staff needs to explain how things work a bit more to guests. For example, we couldn't figure out how to use the AC unit or how to dispose of trash until we asked. Apparently there was a manual inside the desk area and no one told us that, so I think if they informed guests about that then it would be so helpful. It's like they just expected us to know.

• Daniel Reuben (7/5): good service and clean, but struggled to sleep well. - check in was smooth, warm, and accommodating for our requests i don’t know if it’s the air quality or ventilation of the building, or the noise from the nearby street and emergency vehicles, or the bedding, but i found it very hard to sleep restfully. I stayed 5 nights with my wife and even when sleeping up to 9 hours we both woke up feeling tired and groggy.

• Matthew (10/5): - Simple and nice hotel in the centre of Tokyo. 10 minutes walk from the JR line which gets to Shibuya, shinjuku and Akihabara in about 20-28 minutes. Friendly and polite staff. Quiet location.

• Lea (7/5): Pretty good value for the price in Tokyo - Room had a really nice view, a microwave, fridge and a desk, and the stay was overall easy and smooth. Free tea bags and other amenities. The yukata in the room were very comfortable. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep. The duvet also had a lot of yellow stains. Bathroom is a bit small and old and the shower water temperature fluctuates.

• Siu Yan (5/5): - The room was reasonably spacious. I stayed in the hotel for more than 3 nights, but no cleaning provided during my stay. The bed sheets look yellowish. There is big difference in the level between the room and washroom. The city tax was not included in the booking price. I have to pay separately during check in. The security code for night access did not work. Guests have to access via stairs to the 2 second floor, reception area without security code required. But there is no reception attending during night time.

• 휘 (7/5): - 근처 도보 10분정도? 에 마트가 있었고 도보 15분 정도에 이케부쿠로역, 도보 6~7분 정도에 오츠카역이 있습니다! 오츠카역에서 나리타까지 일반 열차타고 1시간 30분밖에 걸리지 않아서 좋았습니다 (근처에 하마스시 있는데 꼭 가보세요 회전초밥집 중에서 제일 만족도가 높았습니다) 화장실에서 하수구냄새가 좀 심했어요 ㅠㅠ… 호텔 자체도 엄청 깨끗한 느낌은 아니에요 오래된 느낌이 있어서 그점은 살짝 아쉬웠어요

• Arlene (10/5): It was a great stay. The staff are very helpful. - The room was equipped with microwave so we can heat our food with ease. We have rented a car so the parking lot availability was really a great help. The hotel has kept our luggage for 2 hours after our check out because we had to buy something in Ikebukuro before heading to airport. 7 Eleven is across the street. There is nearby tram station.

• YUMING (10/5): - 空間：該有的都有，可以攤開2-3個大行李箱，房間有微波爐，浴室水量大且熱。 交通方面：離都電荒川線向原站非常近，可從山手線大塚站或捷運有樂町線東池袋轉乘，樓下有松屋以及另一間24小時的定食店，對面是7-11，走一小段也有全家，到池袋太陽城約5分鐘，西友超市10分鐘內。 櫃檯人員也很親切有耐心，入住操作上也都蠻方便的，重點很便宜。 離711太進，不小心就買了5000日幣。

Hotel staff was so helpful. They arranged my luggage drop off, which saved me time. The room is a bit outdated, but the value for money justifies it.

• Irene (10/5): - La habitación tenía un pasillo bastante espacioso donde pudimos dejar abiertas 3 maletas de facturar. El colchón era duro pero cómodo. No encontramos la manera de regular la temperatura del agua de la ducha, salía un poco más caliente de lo que nos hubiera gustado.

Otherwise good value, good location, great stay. 10-15 min walk - Everything you need in a hotel that is 15 minute walk from Ikky and 9 min walk to Otsuka Both great spots. Hotel service, room all good value Internet was always always dropping out. It was very frustrating.

La chambre était petite avec le lit collé contre le mur..donc difficile pour celui qui est côté mur de se lever du lit.

• Nawin Marco (6/5): Affordable stay in Tokyo, JR line 10 min walk - Decent price for last minute booking, around 14k per night, booking it on same day. They provided a cord (you can find it on the drawer) in order to be able to charge the phone while in bed The smell in the corridor, I had opened the window to allow some ventilation but it was soon closed by staff members. Most of the time we had to wait and let pass many elevator because they were already full. 2 small elevator for 12/14 floors of 15/20 room each, is not enough. The mattress was very very hard, and one with springs…. I don’t love white lights.

В номере всё необходимое - чайник, фен, холодильник, микроволновка. На втором этаже есть много стиральных и сушильных машин за небольшую плату. Англоговорящая стойка регистрации. Приняли багаж службой доставки за день до нашего приезда. Стойка регистрации на втором этаже, что не очень очевидно
