• Esther (10/5): Excellent - Voici une version plus fluide et élégante de votre avis : Tout était parfait ! Le personnel est agréable, à l’écoute et très arrangeant. La chambre était magnifique et l’emplacement idéal, à proximité du bus qui mène à Mykonos Town. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet était excellent, avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. La vue depuis la piscine est tout simplement magnifique : on y admire l’océan ainsi que les montagnes. Bref, je recommande cet hôtel à 100 % ! Un grand merci à la manager, qui a été exceptionnelle et attentive tout au long de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

The whole team works in perfect harmony and is exceptionally friendly – I’ve never experienced such warm hospitality before. Special thanks to Anna at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful, always with a smile. The bar staff were also fantastic, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were spotless. Transfers and car rental were arranged smoothly. Highly recommend. We liked the hotel so much during the start of our trip to Mykonos (before visiting Paros and Naxos) that we chose to come back for our final two nights – and it was just as perfect the second time! -

Hotel is up a very steep hill if you need to walk anywhere. Staff very helpful. The hotel was noisy at night as the rooms are very close to each other and people are coming and going at all hours (it is Mykonos!) so that was the only downside. Our room was also on the side of the road so that made the noise worse.

We had paid for a hot tub room and the hot tub didn’t work properly the whole time! There was also water on the floor in the balcony everyday which was very dangerous and the room was tatty in place. The manager did give us some money off the bar bill for the hot tub not working properly.

• Honor (10/5): Great location and lovely staff. - We had an absolutely delightful experience at Mr and Mrs White! From the warm welcome by the staff, who surprised us with Prosecco for a birthday celebration, to the delightful buffet breakfast each morning, and the serene pool offering a breathtaking view. Dimitri’s kindness ensured we lacked nothing throughout our stay. Despite the slightly steep hill leading to the beach (which is a quick 10-minute walk), the location is outstanding. The bus service to the old town and windmills is easy to use and at just €2, it's a much more economical choice than Mykonos taxis. Plus, being within walking distance of places like Scorpios was a definite bonus. Heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Mr and Mrs White for making our stay so memorable! Nothing :)

The location is great it’s only a short walk to two different beaches. There is slight angle to get up to the hotel but it’s perfect to walk after eating all the great food.

• Hynes (10/5): The most gorgeous hotel and staff - our hearts are very full! - We love everything!!! We have stayed here for the last 3 years and it is honestly our favourite place in the world. The hotel is stunning, always very clean and up to scratch. The staff are absolutely beautiful people inside and out. Anna Maria is our personal favourite, she is like my sister.. the most sweetest, kind, caring and considerate lady who has become a friend of ours. We were kindly offered free breakfast and drinks as we are loyal customers, which was such a nice touch. The staff deserve the world and continue to bring us the most amazing experience every time we stay. Thank you so much, we will see you again :) x Everything is perfect! No down falls.

The bathroom is terrible, small, dark, with no ventilation, with an awful smell. The toilet flush makes a loud noise. The TV has two channels only.

When I booked a room at Mr & Mrs White I never expected the room/service/value which I was about to get - my plan was to spend a couple of days on the other part of the island and find affordable accommodation after our first hotel in Mykonos. When we checked in I was struck by the view - it was a perfect overview of the town, with direct sea view and an amazing infinity pool. The room was incredible and easily beats anything I’ve seen so far. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and I felt like a superstar having this level of hospitality. We ended up loving this place much more than the first hotel (or any hotel that I have been in ever for that matter) and cannot recommend it enough. If you read this review then book this hotel and you will thank me later. This is definitely the perfect place to spend your time in Mykonos. This is a family run business that genuinely cares for every resident and goes the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction at a very affordable price.

• Dani-elle (1/5): Very unclean, it was stressful staying at this hotel - Some of the female staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. But that was the only enjoyable part of the stay Our rooms were never cleaned well or stocked with soap, we were there for 5 days and everyday I had to ask for towels and for my room to be made. Twice the towels were dirty.
• Melissa (8/5): Enjoyable staying - The view at the swimming pool area, the swimming pool, the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the toiletries, and the size of the room. The complimentary drink served at arrival was delicious. The beach was beautiful, and well organised. Didn’t like the communal toilets, the parking lot was dirty without cameras and lighting. Didn’t like the menu options for food.

• Sophie (8/5): Short Stay - We stayed here for one night to fill a gap. The staff were very nice and the pool area was lovely with an infinity view across to the sea (although we didn’t have time to use this. ) Breakfast had plenty of options. Our room was big and well equipped, we were welcomed with a free bottle of wine which was lovely. The shower room needed some maintenance as it was a little run down, letting the rest of the room down. only one chair on our balcony

Stayed at the hotel for 8 nights - From the first day we had a huge air conditioner leaking incident that damaged all our belongings. Hotel did not offer to clean my clothes from the leak or fix the issue. Hotel is in a great spot but unfortunately run by terrible management, room was not cleaned daily had to constantly call reception to get the room cleaned.

• Jane (7/5): Walking into the hotel is breathtaking with its outdoor pool and views of the sea - The pool was fabulous and the room basic but perfectly comfortable The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful We had to ask for our room to be cleaned which was poor The view from the balcony was obstructed
• Gregory (7/5): Nice location, cool view from the pool. - The view is very nice from the pool area. The pool itself is quite nice. The room is basic. The staff were excellent and made you feel right at home. They made sure we knew everything we needed to know. The platis yialos area is a great location to stay in Mykonos. Very expensive for what you get in exchange. The very steep slope to get to the hotel and walk up isn't great but at least you burn off the gyros!

• Sasha (1/5): WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! - The location is perfect. But apart from that I would never stay at this hotel again. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. we were in a group of people and every couple had the same bad experience. Our rooms were dirty, The floors were black! We stayed a total of of three nights and we never received room service. Our bathroom was unfinished had pipes coming out. We asked for fresh towels we received dirty stained towels. We asked for shower gel, never received it. You would ask to speak to the manager he was never seen and if sighted he always had his AirPod in and glasses on. Never addressing his guest politely. On the first day we arrived a lady feel off a non secured edge in the pool area and cracked her head open. Myself and a few other hotel guest assisted the lady and called the ambulance. The hotel manager was never seen during this incident and did not check in on the guest or his staff to see if everyone was okay. This had to be one of the worst experience and I would never stay at this hotel again. It has huge potential as it’s in a perfect location but with the current management and staff it needs a bit improvement. Especially for the amount of money we paid to stay. Very disappointed
• Angie (10/5): A gem! - The staff were so welcoming from the start. Refreshing welcome drink on arrival. Manager upgraded us to a much better room. Staff were always so lovely. Rooms are so beautiful and comfortable. The breakfasts were fabulous. . Best stay on our trip so far!

• Erika (8/5): Good choice of hotel at a reasonable price - Beautiful view from the hotel. We got upgraded to a better room with a small balcony and sea view. Very kind staff, specially Athina who gave us lots of tips on great places in Mykonos. Hotel is just 500m walk to the Beach Paralia Platis Gliaos. The hotel is located on a steep hill.
• Kim (4/5): Disappointed,this was our most expensive stay but didn’t live up to expectations - Staff receiving us and departing and bar team very nice.Pool was great.Only hotel that organised a transfer at a competitive price Location further away than expected up a steep steep hill.Room was not great ,didn’t feel clean.Curtain hanging down unhooked no water in room after a long journey.It was as if preparing the room was an after thought.trickling WC.This was not a 4 Star hotel,price was high and didn’t include breakfast very strange as most write ups say it should be included
