• Romy Joelle (7/5): Good location, clean room but noisy - The room was clean and there was a nice shower. Staff was friendly. Check in and check out was easy. 15 min walk from Hiroo station. The walls are thin, I can hear people in other rooms and people outside clearly.

• Yiamyut (10/5): Warm Hospitality - The accommodation is located in a quiet and peaceful area, with two convenience stores and a nearby Matsumoto Kiyoshi store within easy walking distance. There is a bus that goes directly to JR Ebisu or Shibuya Station for 210 yen, taking about 15–20 minutes. Alternatively, you can walk to Hiro-o Metro Station, which offers a convenient direct ride to Akihabara. What impressed me the most was the staff. They were incredibly kind and genuinely helpful — the best service I’ve experienced in all 10 of my trips to Tokyo. Thank you for your sincere care and hospitality. Staying here truly felt like being at home. This is what authentic Japanese service feels like. I hope to come back and stay here again. The only downside would be the soundproofing. I could hear people in the next room talking, laughing, and occasionally bumping into the wall. However, it didn’t really bother me, as I think this is quite common in Japanese hotels. That said, if you’re someone who shops a lot and unpacks items from plastic bags every night to repack your luggage, the noise from the bags might disturb your neighbors. Even something as simple as accidentally hitting the wall with your elbow could result in someone knocking back from the other side. Late at night, after midnight, someone tried to open my door. It was likely another guest who had been out drinking and went to the wrong room. However, the door was secure, so there was nothing to worry about. Another thing to note is that the hotel does not have an elevator, so you’ll need to use the stairs. My room was on the 4th floor — but on the bright side, I probably lost a few kilos during my stay.

The staff were friendly and always there to help when we needed them. The neighborhood was a pleasure to explore, too. We'd definitely like to stay here again when we come back to Tokyo!

• Koichi (8/5): Clean room but far from the train station - Far from the train station but 2 min from bus (between JR EBISU and Metro Damion Station Room is old but clean. You need to catch a taxi as no buses are available after the dinner time
• Binny (10/5): - The property was one bus ride away from the Shibuya crossing. The rooms were small but cozy and clean. The staff was very accommodating and quick to respond. We were able to have our luggage delivered to the front desk with ease. They were also kind enough to store our luggage before our flights after check out. The local cafes and shops nearby add to the comfort of the hotel, all of them were highly rated and the one we tried were really good. There is a Lawson and another convenient store 2 minutes away from the hotel.

• Moore (10/5): Fantastic, Comfortable Stay (Very Warm Staff) - Very close to bus stops, place is smaller but that was expected. Bed was fantastic, all amenities you could need available, inclusive of pajamas, slippers, hangers (coat and regular) dental kits, extension cord, a multi-device charging cable and hairdryer. Only thing not available is an iron. Should you need to do laundry, self laundering is available for a small fee. Staff very helpful, I accidentally locked myself out of my room one morning and was able to call for assistance via the intercom. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe at all times. I stayed 10 days and will choose to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend. Nothing I didn't like, I understood this isn't a 5 star accommodation which wasn't what I was after. For the affordability it was beyond comfortable.

• ILARIA (1/5): schifo - la camera fumatori la struttura è lontana letteralmente da qualsiasi cosa. Per iniziare l’unica soluzione per collegarsi alla città e un pullman che passa vicino alla struttura, ma che a mio avviso per un soggiorno a Tokyo non può essere l’unico modo di muoversi per cui abbiamo dovuto ricorrere spessissimo dei taxi. La struttura di per sé fa veramente schifo sembra un carcere. Le stanze sono piccolissime sporche, i bagni sono invivibili. È stata veramente un’esperienza terribile che non consiglierei a nessuno. In aggiunta la struttura non è provvista di ascensore quindi abbiamo dovuto salire scendere i nostri bagagli a mano senza l’aiuto del personale. Altra nota negativa è che la reception è aperta solo fino alle sei del pomeriggio per cui, qualora uno dovesse avere un problema alle otto di sera, non può contattarli in alcun modo.

• Adriana (5/5): Worth it if you are on a tight budget and just need a base in Tokyo - If you are on a tight budget and just need a place to sleep and explore Tokyo, I recommend it. It’s in a quiet area that isn't very central, but it is very manageable to get everywhere via public transport. There are bus stops right next to it, and it’s only a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station. We didn’t mind the walk. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and they received our luggage from our previous stay. The staff was nice and friendly. They provide a laundry service and have a luggage room if needed. The room is small for two people, but we managed to organize our luggage. There is also air conditioning in the room. We knew when we booked that the place wouldn’t be great, but there are several cons that need to be pointed out. Firstly, there is no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, it can be a hassle to get to the 4th floor. The bathroom is tiny, there is hardly enough space for one person. The faucet in the bathroom is shared between the sink and the shower, so you can only use one at a time. Additionally, there wasn’t any cold water in the bathroom to regulate the temperature, it was always hot or warm. There is also no socket in the bathroom, so we had to use the hairdryer outside of it. The kitchenette in the room is a bit pointless as you can't really cook there. Only the sink, fridge, and microwave are useful. On our last day, we didn't have any cold water. It was hot from both the kitchen and bathroom sinks, which was annoying because we wanted fresh water to drink. Even though our room wasn't a "smoking" option, there was always a faint smell of smoke when we entered, which was unpleasant, so we constantly had to air it out. Finally, the bed was a bit small for two people, but not the worst. The cleanliness could be improved, and you need to pay extra if you want housekeeping services.

• Aleksander (9/5): Bang for the buck! - It’s a bang for the buck. Located in a very good district, 15 minutes by walk (or 8 by bus) to Ebisu Station, 10 minutes by walk to Hibya Line Subway and just 1 minute walk to no. 87 bus stops, it’s a really attractive place. The hotel itself is a budget one, but provides everything you’ll ever need, a small kitchen space in the room, laundromat, driers, vending machine. Facilities are little old, but are quite well maintained. Despite hotel being open to smoking in the rooms, as a non smoker I hardly have any discomfort. No signs of bad smell in the room. I really recommend it as a great and affordable option. As mentioned in the description, it’s not the most accessible hotel. Getting on a 4th floor without elevator might be little challenging, but it’s definitely not a dealbreaker!
