• CHENG (10/5): - 地點方便，有任何需求留言很快可以得到回覆。住宿期間的垃圾處理也很方便。 浴室和洗手臺都有換氣扇，我覺得很棒，有評論說浴缸比較小，但我使用上沒問題，房間也沒有煙味。 衛浴設備稍微比較老舊，我住的那間浴室門邊有一塊常掉落的板子，因為沒有影響其他功能，我就先移到旁邊放著，沒有影響太多。

• Oksana (4/5): Cheap, but the quality is not great - Price Small bathroom, small toilet. The building is very outdated. The view outside the window was the wall of other building. Also the smell of cigarettes and all apartment that yellowed from it.

• Martina (7/5): - Byla jsem poprvé v Japonsku. Byla jsem varována, že pokoje v Japonsku jsou malé, což také můj byl. Nicméně jsem ocenila, že všechno potřebné v pokoji bylo k dispozici. Všechno bylo funkční, vlastně dobře vyřešené. Obecně nemám ráda klimatizace, ale v létě to v Japonsku bez nic nejde a tato pracovala naprosto v pořádku. Přestože postel byla umístěná pod klimatizací, necítila jsem přímý proud vzduchu, což jsem velmi ocenila. Před příjezdem jsem si nebyla jistá, jestli v pokoji bude povlečení a ručníky - byly! To se mi velmi ulevilo. Bylo tam rovněž mýdlo a šampon. Pokoj byl cítit cigaretovým kouřem. Nebylo to úplně překvapivé, v popisu hotelu se píše, že je tam možno kouřit, ale doufala jsem, že to nebudu cítit. Cítila jsem. Bohužel mi tím trochu nasákly i věci (v hotelu jsem byla 11 nocí). Nedokázala jsem (ani s překladačem) rozluštit nápisy u pračky a sušičky (byly pouze v japonštině). Proto jsem si netroufla věci vyprat, i když jsem to potřebovala.

• Nathan (7/5): Good - Really convenient location with nice and helpful staff and good facilities like in-hotel laundry machines. Close to the station and across the street from convenience stores. Bathroom was really small, so if you're a bigger person, you will struggle to go to the bathroom.

If coming long- term, you’ll most likely bring a large suitcase, if that’s the case, you’ll have to put it in the middle of the room further limiting your space to walk and move around comfortably. The smallest room if ever stayed in, but again, good price and great location from Kawasaki station.

• Karl (7/5): Good budget hotel but the tiny bathrooms may be an issue for some. - As is typical in Japan, rooms ae very small. I travelled with friends but, knowing about room sizes from previous visits to the country, we booked individual rooms. The room itself was about average size for a city hotel, but the bathroom was considerably smaller. I'm 5'9" and fairly slim, and it was very cramped for me. The location of the sink doesn't help (it's directly over part of the bathtub, rendering that area useless). In fact, you probably don't even need a sink in there as there's one in the main bedroom (along with kettle, microwave and fridge). A nightgown and slippers are included in the basic price, as are toiletries. Bed was comfortable and there is heating/air-con. The corridors to the rooms look a little run-down and are outdoors but this didn't present a problem. There is a convenient (and cheap) laundry at the end of the ground floor corridor. What might be an issue for some is that room service costs extra. I didn't pay but it meant taking care of my towels and dealing with my own rubbish. Reception is daily but only between 09:00 and 18:00. However there are night staff on hand via an emergency telephone. Overall, I found this a good hotel but the tiny bathrooms will be an issue for taller or larger people. The location, however, cannot be faulted as you're basically in the middle of everything. There are many shops, mini-markets, bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes' walk. Kawasaski station is less than a 10 minute stroll away. See above.

• Steven Lap Sing (8/5): - Close to railway and buses. A thousand shops and restaurants. Lively atmosphere. Midway between Yokohama and Tokyo. Low cost abundant efficient transport system. At Kawasaki city, I experienced real Japan away from the epicenter of overtourism seen in Kyoto, Osaka, Tokyo. I have seen daily out of house activities of a gentle polite helpful people that inhabit the Land of the Rising Sun. Everyone in the world with a dollar in the pocket has to live in Kyoto for a week during Sakura cherry blossom. Live is incomplete otherwise. Steven, from Melbourne, Australia.

• Christopher (5/5): Passable - The price is amazing. I got to see my wife for an very low budget price range. I’m extremely happy with this given how expensive flights are. Microwave and mini fridge in room as well as a water boiler for things like hot tea. The bed is like sleeping on a sheet of soggy plywood. The provided pillow is clumpy and difficult to effectively position. The rooms are small, but that’s what I paid for. Worst issue is easily the bed.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 此方に来た時には又御世話になりたいです。 - チェックイン、チェックアウト共にフロントの方の対応が大変良かったです。ホテルスタッフの方の対応も良く快適に滞在することが出来ました。唯強い寒波が訪れた日はエアコンの能力不足か原因は判りませんが寒がりの私には少し寒かったです。フロントの方に毛布をお貸し頂き何とか過ごすことが出来ました。本当にスタッフの方には感謝致します。コストパフォーマンスはかなり高いと思っています。次回も御世話になりたいです。
• Jason M. (10/5): Flexstay Inn Kawasaki-Ogawacho - The apartment was very clean and tidy. The hotel staff were very friendly, polite and informative. The staff let me keep my fold-up bicycle outside my apartment door during my stay. The apartment was equipped with bath towels, toiletries, and bed linen. On the first floor there is a laundry area to wash your clothes. Inside the apartment was a tea/coffee maker and a microwave oven. The apartment is very central and only 6 minutes walk from Kawasaki train station. You can get to Shinagawa in under 15 minutes. There are many great bars and restaurants in the area. Only one very small problem I found was that the Internet speed wasn't very strong. For value for money, I recommend Flexstay Inn Kawasaki.

• Mia (2/5): ホテルではない - 18時～10時は無人で、チェックインは内線で待機スタッフを呼び出し、チェックアウトは箱にカードキーを入れるだけです。バスタブにオーバーフローも無く、栓を抜いたら排水が間に合わずトイレは水浸しになり、バスマットがびしょ濡れになりました。連泊の間清掃もなく、気楽さはありますが、サービスは全くありません。
