We rented a meeting room for my granddaughter's first birthday. We cleaned the tables and vacuumed ourselves because kids are especially messy. I didn't want housekeeping to do that when they have more important things to do! Our rooms were exceptionally clean, as were the common areas. Thank you Jeremy and all the staff.

They make things that you can put on chair legs to stop that. Sounded like fingernails on a blackboard. I would stay there again without that noise.

Our biggest concern was that there was a grasshopper hopping on and around AC in our Guestroom. We saw it in the morning. Our daughter got so scared after realizing it was in the room with us all night. Deep cleaning is needed. Otherwise frontdesk staff was very friendly.

I have a phone that can scan, but my elderly mother does not . You should have that available for your older guests. The curtains did not close correctly. We either had to use the black out ones or have headlights from the parking lot in our room,

So that was confusing at check-in. But clean property, clean room. Room darkening curtains were easy to use and temperature control was good as well. Room was spacious with divider between beds and sofa bed. Sofa bed was very squeaky. Beds were comfortable and did not hear people in hallways or rooms near us. Elevator was large and continental breakfast was good. Parking lot was well lit and clean.

- Roam38432331417 (8/5): Only sleeping after a day at the state fair - State fair trip, sleeping between days. Two fair days, with nonstop entertainment for both days. Good time had each day we went
- Steven (10/5): - Always great service in the 10 years that I've stayed at this property! However, the hotel rooms and public areas are dated. Carpet in common areas & high density areas like elevators should be shampooed more often and/or replaced, small television sets, and furniture is not in keeping with hotel trends.

- heatherrT4061TY (10/5): Good stay - Hotel was very clean and accomodating. Breakfast changed daily and had a good variaty. My son enjoyed the pool and weight room. The bus to the state fair was about 2ish blocks away with an easy walk.

- Corey (4/5): - At $150 a night I wouldn’t expect to find a moldy A/C. The best part was the chicken bone under the bed skirt I seen while packing up to leave.
