She made sure that every need that we had was attended to, whether it be restaurant reservations, transportation, booking a boat, booking our nightly massages….we felt that she bent over backwards for us. We have stayed at many 5 star resorts around the world and The Shigira ranks up as one of the best experiences that we have had.
- ichiro (10/5): - バトラーさん（お世話になったのは大森さん）の気遣いといい、食事の質・量・味といい、申し分ないです。特にバトラーさんは若いのに、十分な力量で感心しました。部屋の設備で一点だけ惜しいなと思ったのは、ブラインドが多いにも関わらず、電動でなかった点ですが、それを言うのは欲張りかもしれません。この一点だけ改めたら文句のつけようがありません。また是非行きたいと思います。
