Ronaldo (8/5): Independent room in a family home. - Comfortable beds, clean and nice linen. Continental breakfast was sufficient and varied. Much appreciated. Room is good for 2 adults. We were three so the extra person compromised the space. But anyway it worked out well.

James (9/5): If want a cozy affordable stay just 20 mins from Christchurch city centre then this is perfect for you! - The property was so homey, tidy and comfy, all the amenities you would need. If I was to stay longer my only wish would be for a little mini counter top oven but for a short weekend stay it was perfect. My only critique would be that I wish the shower head was detachable and maybe 1 spare toilet in the bathroom. But could not critique anything else it was so lovely.

David (10/5): A perfect place to stay! - David & Ruth's B and B was absolutely great with everything we could need as well as lovely personal touches as well. The location was perfect for us, peaceful, the bed was so comfortable, the breakfast (& treats!!) was great & we'd happily recommend a stay to anyone & we'll be back ourselves when next south. We also enjoyed a lovely meal with friends at the West Melton Tavern. A pleasure to meet you both & thank you. Nothing!

Helena (10/5): Fantastic stay! Lovely owners and delicious breakfast options - Fantastic! Lovely neat and stylish room and a wonderful selection of breakfast items! Including some delicious muffins! New towels and bed made each day which I appreciated and nice cold air-conditioning and also wifi! The owners were also very accommodating and patient with me when I actually left my phone behind, it was no bother to them to help me look for it and I'm ever grateful for this!

Comfortable bed, stylishly decorated, ample necessities, and they were very helpful with our travel uncertainties. Would love to repeat! We thought we would be renting a car so it didn't matter that it wasn't close to the CBD so when we couldn't rent a car, it caused some frustration. Once that was resolved, we really appreciated the peace and quiet of the location!!

Suitable for a night or two but less so for a long stay. Two Fat Possums nearby does wonderful takeout Pizza but very popular on weekend for dine in. Bakery in same shopping centre is superb.
Bruce (10/5): Wish we could stay again - This place was great. Self contained,private,tennis court, great hosts,off street parking. This was a wonderful place, with a nice bed and refrigerator. We had to leave early, 2:30 a.m. and the unit was self contained so we did not bother anyone. Also a continental breakfast was laid out in our room so we were able to eat even though we left so early.

Martin (10/5): Lovely room - One night stop on holiday trip. A quiet new community with lovely guest room and friendly host making you feel at home. Not much to see nearby. A small town center in 5 minutes by driving. Good for stopover if you have own transports.

Fruits, toast, cereals, yoghurts and more are provided in each room and the quality of the furnishings is second to none. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It is located on a small newly built housing estate with countryside within a minutes walk. There were no restaurants/pubs/shops within walking distance but there was a children's play area and we did find somewhere to eat within a 5min drive. Would recommend...

Peter (8/5): Relaxing Stay - We enjoyed two nights here. The pictures were honest in that what you see is what you get. The hosts had a function on the evening of our arrival but contacted us to coordinate our ETA so that they were home. Fresh baked goods along with bread, juice, milk, and coffee were provided.

Manque juste un évier et une vrai table dans cette chambre. Néanmoins ,un parc pour enfant est à disposition et le calme de la campagne est très reposant Mais je garde l'adresse précieusement.
