Helpful, friendly, smiling staff. Very good food and service in the restaurant. Some interesting places to visit in the vicinity. Grounds are lovely to walk in, but once outside the resort, there are no obvious or marked walking paths.

- BB (10/5): Mooi resort op prachtige locatie. - Mooi resort op prachtige locatie aan het meer. Je voelt je midden in de natuur. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en servicegericht. Het eten was heel erg goed. De ventilatoren en het restaurant maken het onaangenaam. Vooral bij het ontbijt. Ze kunnen blijkbaar niet zachter worden gesteld.

Alcohol options - horrible selection of wine - tasted like gasoline. Communication of welcome staff needs improvement - unclear, not pleasant, no proper welcome, poor appearance. Overall a bad first impression. For the price, everything should be maintained and managed to a higher level.

- Manuraj (9/5): - Awesome location , nice and clean room We were stranded in hotel parking due to car breakdown due to auxiliary battery drain , no one in the hotel bothered to check what went wrong, we were travelling with a 1 year old baby and no one showed up the basic courtesy to enquire about the issue, we were in parking lot after checkout for 4 hours waiting for service centre guys to resolve the issue.

- Athish (4/5): The resort’s wedding setup took over the garden and made it unsafe for kids - Lake View Evening Snack Rooms There was a wedding event the next day, and they took over the entire garden area with their arrangements. The resort didn’t seem to value guest privacy or safety. Stage décor items were scattered all over the ground — it was hard to let young ones play freely, as we were worried about their safety.

The property is beautiful, along a gorgeous lake and just trees. It's pure therapy! A big shoutout to the amazing staff. Being frequent travellers, we always feel, warm staff always elevates the holiday experience. They are friendly, helpful and yet non intrusive. Next big shoutout, the Spa! The therapists are fantastic! And the space is spick and span! Next big shoutout, the food. It's brilliant. Please do try their fish and especially Kerala style mutton sukha. It's out of this world. The villas are extremely clean and very big. There is nothing like sitting in the patio, drinking your beers and watching the lake. The time stands still and the world goes by. The success of running an hospitality business, is not just attention to details but person involvement of the owners. We had an opportunity to catch-up with Lakshmi, over lunch, hear her passion about this resort..and just so many things. Thank you Anantya for such a memorable experience. That our holiday was just so short!

The beautifully kept grounds full of flowers, bushes, trees and birds. The very comfortable lakeside villa. The big swimming pool and the restaurant surrounded by water. The staff were friendly and helpful without exception and the service was generally very efficient. The food was very good and the team in the restaurant were exemplary. Nothing.

The waiting staff as well as most of the staff except the restaurant manager is very pleasant and helpful. 3.The chef was very friendly and came out to talk to us 1. Reception staff is not polite 2. Restaurant manager is not courteous and not helpful. 3. Rooms are not clean enough. I found a folded handkerchief under my quilt 4.When we go to a resort, it’s not just the ambience and location but also food. There’s only buffet and if we need ala Cart we have to choose from the buffet. I didn’t prefer any dish from the lunch menu on the checkout day as my family but we were forced to have because we didn’t know any nearby restaurants 5. The reception staff will start calling from 10 am to ask for checkout at 12, but Checkin though they said was 2pm, room wasn’t ready even by 3.30pm

It is a very old property and very poorly maintained. Beds are torn and dirty, out door showers has lots of algae and never cleaned. Food is average but very costly. Definitely not worth for money spent.
