Guest Reviews
- Gurmeet (7/5): -
- Mark (2/5): - Comfortable Bed Highway noise. Cigarette Stink that hit when you opened the door
- Kyle (5/5): -
- Troy (3/5): Good price, location and staff unfortunately the upkeep of rooms and equipment not checked replaced or maintained correc - The staff were friendly. The location is close to airport. Price was good & late check in was handy. It was dirty. The mattress was sunken in. The bed base was ripped. The white walls had black dirt on them. The window was not sealed and had a cold draught coming in. The air con remote was missing. The fridge froze all my food & drinks and compartments in fridge all broken. There were also ants everywhere.
- Irena (10/5): Great facilities and location - Great location and facilities
- Christiaan (2/5): -
- Daniel Scheid (7/5): - That it was good value for money and I was there just to catch up on sleep and laze around A little noisy guests walking in and out of rooms and doors are loud when they shut
- Daniela (8/5): -
- Liz (8/5): - Friendly, helpful staff and great location.
- michele (10/5): -
- Arthur (8/5): -
- Jemma (8/5): - Cheap, simple. Great for night stop over Showering facilities pretty average but you get what you pay for and they worked perfectly fine for a room just required for sleeping in
- Naeem (10/5): Very nice - Excellent Service
- Claire (8/5): It met all expectations and best part was comfortable beds and proximity to airport. - Bed very comfortable
Room - small size but fine for one person
Beautifully close to airport Door latch on room 109 was wonky and needed fiddling to unlock it
- Paul (5/5): - Water heater( Kettle) doesn't work and aircon is noisy
- Alexandra louise (3/5): -
- Paul (7/5): Good enough if on a budget - Cheap! Good value. Clean & tidy. Close to train line so you hear the train every 20 minutes or so. Bathroom is small, but again; for the price it’s good value

- shirley (3/5): Bed bugs ,not happy. - Close to where we wanted to be. Found two bed bug ,one was alive.
- Rose (6/5): 10/10 for staff, bedroom and comfort. 0/10 for clean healthy shower/toilet combo. - The property was exactly as described. The room was clean and the sheets and towels were clean and fresh. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was easy to get up and down the stairs. It's a handy location for events in the area and very close to rail and freeway options. The sealant in the combo shower/toilet must be replaced urgently . The seals were rotting from mould, beyond fixing with a clean. The grooves in the shower area were moudly too. A proper deep steam clean or bleach is needed urgently. It's vitally important for health to keep the combo shower/toilet completely mould free. There is no exhaust fan. We both sneezed excessively after being in the combo. I'm not blaming cleaners, management is responsible. (I would have just advised reception but they were very busy.)
- Paige (8/5): -
- Michael (4/5): Flys - Location Flys in cold weather even after I got rid of them they just kept re appearing again room not maintained condition wise
Limited ventilation
Very small bathroom
- Chamodhi (1/5): I had to leave the property instantly due to unhygienic atmosphere even though it was non-refundable - Stinky & very dodgy place inside Unhygienic
- Chloe (10/5): -
- Habl (8/5): -
- Bresnehan (1/5): - nothing everything
- Phil (4/5): Rubbish - Lady at front desk was lovely rest of the place was a dump Everything except the lady on the front desk
- regina (7/5): -
- Bridie (1/5): Felt like prison - Nothing Receptionist was not helpful he was even vaping . We couldn’t sleep with only 2 pillows so I one pillow each, asked for spare he said they don’t have any… how a hotel can’t have any pillows … unsure. The room was dirty and areas covered in very thick dust- felt like was in a prison
- Dylan (7/5): -
- Viv (7/5): Budget friendly stay close to the airport - Hotel was as expected from the ratings and reviews and good value for the price we paid for our 1 night stay. Our mid day flight meant we were close to airport and had time in the morning to not have to worry about traffic congestion. Check in was easy and staff helpful with directions to local restaurants etc. Breakfast was included and was more extensive than expected. Downstairs room straight onto the carpark meant we had to keep the block out blind down so room. Busy highway across from the carpark also meant more traffic noise however the closed window was sufficient to reduce noise to an acceptable level.
- Saumya (2/5): Sometimes saving money isn't worth it. - Dirty floors, dirty bathrooms. Hair on the bed and bathroom. Cockroaches in the room. You have to have a physical card. Most hotels even in third-world countries can take digital cards to hold money but somehow ibis budget hasn't figured that out?

- Levin (4/5): - Location Dirty and aging infrastructure.
- Jarvas (7/5): - Cleanliness Bit noisy
- Shane (9/5): Clean & comfortable. - Good location, not far from airport. Coles, K Mart, Pub & takeaway food within walking distance. WiFi drops out a little.
- jurišić (1/5): -
- Najeeb (1/5): - There were bugs all over my room. It was disgusting.
- Peter (7/5): Adequate for an overnight stay. It’s pretty basic and the bathrooms are not the best. But I would stay again. - Close to the airport. Reasonably priced. Good for a short stay Rooms are small. Not a lot in the area (apart from cars). Needs love. Tiny bathroom.

- Todd (10/5): -
- Zakaria (3/5): - Nothing I think price is expensive for what you get.
I've stayed at adina in pentridge for $148 night and its new and much better
- Dunn (10/5): - Good service Was all good
- Rosine (2/5): Absolutely disgusting place the only positive was that it had heating - Nice ample parking No elevators, the place had obviously not been cleaned, smelled like smoke which made me very nauseous the whole night. There was ants and roaches in the room around the fridge as well
- Adrian (5/5): good value but very noisy due to very close to motor way - price and clean facilities vent above the window can not be closed allow road noise to enter the room...too much noise from freeway can not get any sleep
- Greg (5/5): Ok for short stay no lifts so ask for lower ground if unable to do stairs with luggage etc - Close to where we needed
Comfortable bed
If you not expecting 4 star above it’s ok for short stay
Breakfast was really good 👍 Step up into small bathroom not really suited for older people also not very clean..place could do with upgrade
- Tarundeep Singh (1/5): Ridiculous - Nothing Rooms were not good and staff was not friendly
- Nathan (5/5): It passed for an overnight stay. - proximity to airport no hot water, there was mold everywhere in the bathroom, bed was average.
- ali (5/5): -
- Brenton (1/5): wont stay again - was close to airport super basic, tiny, bad toilet
- Philip (3/5): Don't stay at this place as you may end up stuck outside like me. - The room and it's facilities were all as expected for an Ibis Check in. I gave an approximate check in time, then my flight was delayed 2 hours so I sent an update to the property. When I arrived at around 10.30 pm (the updated time) the hotel was locked up. There was a sign outside with a number to ring but being a non-Australian on a stopover I had no sim card and so couldn't ring. Fortunately someone else was checking in and rang the number so we could both get checked in. The reception guy was inside the hotel but took 10-15 minutes to open up.
- Jessica (1/5): - Location Filthy, dirty sheets - went and got new ones & made it ourselves. Other areas of room were also filthy! Worker not fussed, emailed property w no response.
- Luke (5/5): - Cheap, location Small, not the cleanest
- Stefanie (5/5): -
- Dunn (10/5): -
- Dion (5/5): - It was cheap and the location for our trip was ok While linen was provided, we had to make our own bunk bed up.

- Wesley (1/5): Property was shut when I arrived, I requested laste check in and never heard back, -
- Daniel (8/5): Comfortable bed close to airport - Cheap and great location Small bathroom
- Michelle (8/5): Cheap but great value for what you get - Price and location. Perfect for just a place to sleep Mattresses were pretty old and we had to make up the bunk bed which was pretty hard work. Under the bed was dusty but rest was very clean
- Paul (7/5): -
- Marcelo (3/5): Good location but dirty place. - Location. 14min from airport Dirty. Dirty bedroom, dirty corridors, dirty ceilings, dirty walls
- Marco (2/5): -
- Uzair (8/5): -
- David (5/5): Very basic room but relatively cheap - The hotel was close to the airport (less than 15 minutes away) and I only needed a room overnight for a transfer flight. The room was very basic and clean. The room was quite small, the only lights were neon lights and the air con kept turning itself off. Also, there was no elevator which surprised me and was inconvenient.
- Brian (5/5): - It wasn't filthy. I slept surprisingly well.
I got what I paid for I suppose. Black hairs on the white sheets/doona when I got there. Old fashioned air conditioner in window let's all noise straight through from the road outside.
